make_v and_o see_v whether_o there_o be_v answerable_a disposition_n to_o the_o expression_n you_o have_v make_v and_o how_o that_o the_o lord_n do_v remember_v every_o expression_n that_o you_o have_v make_v three_o we_o must_v call_v upon_o god_n in_o truth_n that_o be_v conscionable_o to_o perform_v the_o engagement_n of_o prayer_n prayer_n put_v a_o engagement_n upon_o the_o heart_n now_o those_o that_o call_v upon_o he_o in_o truth_n be_v conscionable_a to_o perform_v the_o engagment_n as_o now_o do_v i_o pray_v for_o any_o good_a thing_n i_o be_o engage_v to_o endeavour_v in_o the_o use_n of_o all_o mean_n for_o the_o attain_n of_o the_o good_a thing_n when_o you_o confess_v a_o sin_n why_o you_o be_v engage_v by_o that_o mean_n to_o endeavour_v all_o your_o might_n against_o that_o sin_n and_o when_o you_o pray_v for_o my_o grace_n you_o be_v engage_v to_o make_v use_n of_o all_o mean_v you_o can_v for_o the_o attain_n of_o that_o grace_n and_o then_o beside_o in_o prayer_n there_o be_v much_o profession_n unto_o god_n for_o our_o sincerity_n and_o upright_a nesse_n and_o of_o our_o wilingnesse_n to_o be_v at_o his_o dispose_n perform_v these_o engagement_n that_o thou_o make_v to_o god_n in_o prayer_n if_o god_n shall_v present_v to_o we_o all_o our_o profession_n that_o we_o have_v make_v to_o he_o in_o prayer_n and_o tell_v we_o how_o we_o have_v come_v short_a of_o they_o it_o will_v make_v we_o be_v in_o shame_n and_o confusion_n in_o our_o own_o thought_n another_o thing_n in_o prayer_n must_v be_v faith_n pray_v without_o doubt_v as_o in_o the_o former_a scripture_n the_o prayer_n of_o faith_n prevail_v much_o james_z 1.6.7_o a_o man_n that_o waver_v and_o doubt_v must_v not_o think_v to_o obtain_v any_o thing_n of_o god_n but_o i_o that_o to_o help_v a_o soul_n to_o exercise_v faith_n in_o prayer_n notwithstanding_o there_o have_v be_v many_o infirmity_n in_o psal_n 65.2_o 3_o o_o thou_o that_o hear_v prayer_n unto_o thou_o all_o flesh_n shall_v come_v thou_o hear_v prayer_n but_o i_o have_v a_o great_a many_o sin_n that_o hinder_v no_o mark_n what_o though_o iniquity_n prevail_v against_o i_o as_o for_o our_o transgression_n thou_o shall_v purge_v they_o away_o oh_o make_v use_n of_o this_o scripture_n though_o you_o remember_v not_o other_o thing_n yet_o you_o that_o have_v deject_v heart_n and_o be_v afraid_a that_o god_n will_v not_o hear_v your_o prayer_n see_v what_o the_o text_n say_v thou_o hear_v prayer_n lord_n but_o will_v not_o my_o sin_n hinder_v no_o say_v david_n iniquity_n prevail_v against_o i_o as_o for_o our_o transgression_n thou_o shall_v purge_v they_o away_o exercise_n say_v in_o this_o and_o know_v that_o god_n do_v not_o hear_v prayer_n because_o thou_o be_v not_o sinful_a because_o of_o thy_o worthiness_n but_o mere_o for_o his_o free_a grace_n another_o holy_a disposition_n in_o prayer_n shall_v be_v this_o the_o soul_n shall_v come_v with_o a_o holy_a freedom_n with_o the_o spirit_n of_o adoption_n to_o god_n cry_v abba_n father_n if_o thou_o come_v to_o god_n mere_o as_o to_o a_o judge_n though_o it_o be_v true_a those_o that_o do_v not_o know_v disposition_n be_v fervency_n in_o prayer_n the_o affectual_a fervent_a prayer_n of_o a_o righteous_a man_n avail_v much_o and_o that_o will_v be_v a_o mean_n to_o help_v against_o vain_a thought_n too_o as_o when_o the_o honey_n be_v scald_a hot_a then_o the_o fly_n will_v not_o come_v to_o it_o if_o thy_o heart_n be_v as_o it_o be_v scald_a hot_a in_o prayer_n thou_o will_v not_o have_v such_o
