these_o phrase_n intend_v to_o express_v the_o fervency_n of_o he_o that_o officiate_v not_o his_o use_v new_a and_o various_a word_n pag._n 22._o again_o second_o mr._n s._n b._n understand_v not_o why_o it_o be_v signify_v fervent_o shall_v exclude_v the_o other_o sense_n of_o the_o precedent_n use_v his_o ability_n as_o to_o expression_n it_o seem_v there_o be_v many_o thing_n he_o do_v not_o place_n viz._n because_o it_o be_v not_o usual_a for_o a_o author_n in_o the_o same_o place_n to_o use_v the_o same_o phrase_n in_o two_o so_o different_a sense_n and_o i_o have_v show_v the_o most_o usual_a and_o probable_a sense_n be_v fervent_o and_o therefore_o mr._n cl._n must_v not_o build_v a_o new_a notion_n upon_o his_o new_a and_o false_a exposition_n as_o to_o the_o examiner_n he_o will_v make_v that_o sense_n necessary_a by_o a_o case_n which_o he_o refer_v to_o i_o to_o decide_v viz._n whether_o a_o minister_n use_v a_o prescribe_a form_n with_o all_o the_o fervency_n he_o can_v may_v be_v say_v to_o pray_v as_o well_o as_o he_o be_v able_a if_o he_o think_v he_o can_v represent_v his_o resentment_n better_a by_o his_o own_o expression_n which_o case_n i_o thus_o resolve_v if_o the_o form_n he_o use_v be_v our_o liturgy_n and_o he_o go_v on_o still_o to_o use_v it_o notwithstanding_o the_o spirit_n of_o pride_n suggest_v to_o he_o great_a thing_n of_o his_o own_o ability_n he_o pray_v better_a than_o he_o be_v able_a to_o do_v on_o the_o sudden_a in_o his_o own_o expression_n and_o i_o can_v believe_v any_o consider_a man_n of_o tolerable_a modesty_n will_v say_v that_o he_o be_v able_a to_o express_v the_o want_n of_o a_o public_a congregation_n better_o especial_o without_o study_n than_o they_o be_v express_v in_o our_o accurate_a form_n draw_v up_o by_o so_o many_o learned_a and_o pious_a man_n with_o great_a care_n and_o judgement_n wherein_o all_o ordinary_a case_n be_v provide_v for_o and_o to_o which_o when_o public_a affair_n require_v it_o new_a occasional_a form_n be_v add_v in_o better_a expression_n than_o most_o of_o we_o can_v put_v together_o by_o study_n and_o our_o utmost_a care_n he_o therefore_o who_o pray_v fervent_o
