find_v acceptance_n and_o success_n with_o god_n so_o on_o the_o other_o side_n a_o man_n may_v pray_v and_o yet_o yet_o not_o say_v that_o be_v not_o use_v the_o voice_n at_o all_o nor_o utter_v any_o word_n to_o god_n in_o prayer_n and_o therefore_o it_o be_v say_v of_o moses_n that_o he_o cry_v to_o god_n when_o he_o be_v silent_a and_o the_o apostle_n speak_v of_o the_o spirit_n tell_v we_o that_o he_o make_v request_n to_o god_n sometime_o with_o sigh_n and_o groan_n that_o be_v not_o yea_o that_o can_v be_v express_v rom._n 8.26_o so_o that_o a_o man_n may_v make_v request_n to_o god_n without_o expression_n as_o well_o by_o mean_v as_o by_o speak_v and_o therefore_o it_o be_v add_v in_o the_o follow_a verse_n god_n know_v the_o meaning_n of_o the_o spirit_n that_o be_v he_o that_o his_o apostle_n and_o disciple_n who_o be_v about_o he_o at_o that_o time_n may_v hear_v it_o he_o lift_v up_o his_o eye_n to_o heaven_n and_o say_v now_o this_o you_o see_v the_o holy-ghost_n take_v special_a notice_n of_o as_o a_o remarkable_a and_o a_o memorable_a thing_n he_o do_v not_o only_o tell_v we_o that_o our_o saviour_n pray_v and_o what_o his_o prayer_n be_v from_o the_o begin_n of_o it_o to_o the_o end_n but_o he_o acpuaint_v we_o also_o with_o the_o manner_n and_o the_o circumstance_n of_o his_o prayer_n he_o show_v we_o what_o his_o gesture_n be_v he_o tell_v we_o how_o he_o place_v his_o eye_n and_o how_o he_o use_v his_o voice_n in_o prayer_n these_o thing_n may_v seem_v but_o small_a matter_n and_o we_o may_v look_v upon_o they_o as_o petty_a inconsiderable_a thing_n but_o wherefore_o do_v the_o holy_a ghost_n so_o careful_o take_v notice_n of_o they_o and_o set_v they_o down_o in_o write_v for_o the_o church_n unless_o they_o be_v of_o some_o weight_n and_o some_o consideration_n methinks_v he_o intimate_v thus_o much_o to_o we_o doctrine_n that_o there_o shall_v be_v consideration_n have_v not_o only_o of_o the_o matter_n but_o that_o the_o saint_n have_v make_v and_o that_o christ_n himself_o have_v make_v but_o also_o to_o describe_v their_o outward_a carriage_n and_o behaviour_n in_o they_o which_o show_v that_o there_o be_v something_o even_o in_o that_o too_o sometime_o our_o saviour_n christ_n be_v note_v to_o cast_v himself_o prostrate_a upon_o the_o earth_n in_o prayer_n as_o you_o may_v see_v mat._n 26.39_o he_o fall_v upon_o his_o face_n and_o pray_v and_o sometime_o to_o look_v up_o to_o heaven_n as_o you_o have_v it_o in_o my_o text_n so_o also_o when_o he_o raise_v lazarus_n john_n 11.41_o he_o lift_v up_o his_o eye_n and_o when_o he_o heal_v the_o deaf_a man_n he_o look_v up_o to_o heaven_n mark_v 7.34_o sometime_o he_o only_o sigh_v to_o himself_o in_o prayer_n and_o we_o hear_v of_o no_o we_o may_v know_v more_o of_o god_n especial_o of_o his_o love_n and_o of_o his_o mercy_n to_o his_o people_n in_o his_o son_n than_o they_o do_v or_o if_o it_o be_v not_o so_o to_o what_o end_n be_v the_o pain_n that_o christ_n have_v take_v to_o manifest_v his_o father_n name_n to_o we_o oh_o let_v we_o be_v ashamed_a to_o come_v behind_o the_o saint_n of_o the_o old_a testament_n in_o the_o knowledge_n of_o this_o name_n who_o come_v behind_o we_o in_o the_o mean_n of_o this_o knowledge_n be_v it_o so_o that_o jesus_n christ_n have_v make_v a_o absolute_a etc._n etc._n then_o let_v we_o satisfy_v use_v 4_o ourselves_o with_o the_o discovery_n he_o have_v make_v and_o let_v we_o not_o attempt_v or_o undertake_v to_o know_v more_o of_o the_o father_n than_o he_o have_v make_v know_v to_o we_o indeed_o if_o jesus_n christ_n have_v fall_v short_a in_o this_o discovery_n it_o be_v but_o reason_n that_o we_o shall_v exceed_v and_o go_v beyond_o it_o if_o he_o have_v not_o tell_v we_o all_o that_o be_v fit_a for_o we_o to_o know_v it_o be_v a_o congruous_a thing_n that_o we_o shall_v strive_v to_o know_v more_o but_o see_v the_o discovery_n he_o have_v make_v be_v so_o complete_a and_o absolute_a in_o all_o respect_n so_o that_o there_o can_v be_v nothing_o add_v to_o it_o we_o have_v cause_n to_o rest_v in_o it_o and_o to_o content_v ourselves_o with_o so_o much_o knowledge_n of_o the_o father_n as_o he_o have_v reveal_v to_o we_o indeed_o there_o be_v a_o itch_n in_o nature_n to_o search_v into_o those_o thing_n especial_o concern_v god_n which_o be_v conceal_v and_o hide_v from_o we_o fain_o we_o will_v see_v his_o face_n when_o christ_n have_v manifest_v but_o his_o backpart_n to_o we_o we_o will_v know_v more_o of_o his_o nature_n of_o his_o counsel_n and_o decree_n the_o order_n of_o they_o the_o measure_n of_o they_o the_o object_n of_o they_o than_o he_o have_v think_v expedient_a to_o reveal_v to_o we_o we_o will_v approach_v too_o nigh_o to_o gaze_v we_o will_v intrude_v on_o those_o thing_n which_o we_o have_v not_o see_v for_o which_o we_o have_v no_o revelation_n as_o the_o apostle_n speak_v col._n 2.18_o and_o this_o my_o brethren_n be_v the_o evil_a genius_n of_o these_o very_a time_n man_n go_v beyond_o themselves_o in_o sift_v into_o thing_n concern_v god_n and_o beyond_o christ_n too_o i_o mean_v beyond_o any_o thing_n that_o he_o have_v manifest_v of_o his_o father_n to_o they_o indeed_o they_o tell_v we_o that_o christ_n reveal_v it_o to_o they_o by_o his_o spirit_n but_o that_o be_v not_o the_o spirit_n of_o christ_n which_o show_v we_o any_o thing_n beyond_o what_o he_o have_v write_v in_o his_o word_n the_o business_n of_o the_o spirit_n be_v not_o to_o bring_v we_o any_o other_o truth_n than_o those_o which_o be_v reveal_v in_o the_o word_n but_o to_o clear_v those_o to_o we_o if_o any_o spirit_n bring_v we_o any_o thing_n cross_v with_o or_o but_o so_o much_o as_o diverse_a from_o the_o scripture_n if_o a_o angel_n drop_v from_o heaven_n teach_v we_o any_o other_o doctrine_n he_o must_v not_o be_v believe_v but_o accurse_v to_o the_o law_n and_o to_o the_o testimony_n say_v the_o prophet_n isa_n 8.20_o if_o any_o man_n or_o angel_n speak_v not_o according_a to_o this_o word_n let_v he_o pretend_v what_o light_n he_o will_v it_o be_v because_o there_o be_v no_o light_n in_o he_o and_o therefore_o this_o will_v never_o make_v they_o famous_a and_o therefore_o they_o must_v have_v their_o nice_a and_o curious_a speculation_n by_o themselves_o beyond_o any_o write_a word_n they_o must_v have_v hide_a thing_n discover_v to_o they_o which_o other_o man_n be_v not_o acquaint_v with_o that_o they_o may_v be_v observe_v to_o be_v man_n of_o singular_a depth_n and_o extraordinary_a intercourse_n with_o the_o spirit_n of_o christ_n this_o the_o apostle_n note_v in_o those_o impostor_n col._n 2.18_o intrude_a into_o those_o thing_n which_o they_o have_v not_o see_v but_o how_o come_v this_o to_o pass_v vain_o puff_v up_o by_o their_o fleshly_a mind_n there_o be_v the_o cause_n of_o this_o intrusion_n and_o hence_o the_o prophet_n david_n to_o show_v that_o he_o be_v not_o proud_a and_o thy_o law_n be_v in_o our_o heart_n it_o be_v not_o write_v in_o our_o understanding_n only_o but_o in_o our_o heart_n and_o our_o affection_n and_o this_o be_v that_o which_o make_v obedience_n to_o it_o please_a and_o delightful_a to_o we_o so_o that_o if_o you_o may_v be_v free_a from_o the_o injunction_n and_o direction_n of_o the_o word_n with_o the_o servant_n in_o the_o law_n you_o will_v instant_a in_o the_o study_n of_o the_o scripture_n seem_v to_o be_v very_o cautious_a and_o exact_a to_o frame_v their_o life_n in_o every_o thing_n according_a to_o the_o word_n of_o god_n so_o that_o they_o will_v not_o vary_v from_o it_o in_o the_o least_o particular_a or_o if_o they_o find_v themselves_o at_o any_o time_n in_o any_o thing_n to_o swerve_v from_o the_o direction_n of_o the_o rule_n they_o will_v judge_v themselves_o for_o it_o but_o now_o the_o word_n the_o rule_n itself_o be_v lay_v aside_o as_o a_o unnecessary_a and_o a_o useless_a thing_n as_o if_o it_o be_v not_o worthy_a the_o keep_n any_o long_o there_o be_v no_o care_n at_o all_o to_o walk_v by_o it_o when_o there_o be_v gross_a and_o horrid_a deviation_n from_o it_o they_o be_v not_o look_v upon_o as_o matter_n of_o humiliation_n or_o contrition_n in_o the_o least_o degree_n i_o wish_v that_o such_o will_v serious_o consider_v with_o themselves_o how_o christ_n shall_v own_v they_o in_o the_o latter_a day_n how_o he_o shall_v plead_v before_o his_o father_n for_o they_o that_o they_o have_v keep_v his_o word_n now_o my_o belove_a lay_v these_o thing_n to_o heart_n and_o never_o rest_n may_v serve_v to_o mind_v they_o what_o their_o duty_n be_v and_o i_o shall_v give_v it_o you_o in_o two_o word_n 1._o they_o must_v do_v his_o work_n and_o deliver_v his_o message_n the_o errand_n their_o own_o spirit_n as_o many_o do_v in_o these_o time_n no_o they_o must_v speak_v the_o word_n of_o christ_n and_o speak_v they_o full_o and_o complete_o they_o must_v fulfil_v the_o word_n of_o god_n as_o the_o apostle_n speak_v col._n 1.25_o they_o must_v without_o respect_n or_o fear_n deliver_v all_o their_o master_n message_n to_o any_o man_n to_o who_o he_o send_v they_o how_o great_a soever_o he_o may_v be_v they_o must_v not_o out_o of_o base_a and_o servile_a dread_n of_o any_o suppress_v or_o mince_v their_o errand_n in_o the_o least_o degree_n or_o deal_v so_o mannerly_a profit_n or_o their_o own_o honour_n but_o the_o honour_n of_o their_o master_n as_o christ_n who_o be_v the_o father_n messenger_n glorify_v not_o himself_o as_o the_o apostle_n speak_v but_o he_o that_o they_o may_v admire_v christ_n that_o the_o thought_n and_o affection_n of_o man_n may_v be_v carry_v to_o he_o they_o must_v not_o preach_v themselves_o but_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n when_o indeed_o he_o never_o send_v they_o they_o be_v messenger_n of_o satan_n and_o not_o of_o christ_n and_o therefore_o it_o concern_v the_o church_n to_o prove_v they_o well_o who_o come_v with_o these_o pretence_n and_o to_o sift_v they_o to_o the_o bottom_n that_o they_o may_v know_v not_o the_o speech_n of_o these_o man_n only_o but_o the_o power_n as_o the_o apostle_n speak_v 1_o cor._n 4_o 19_o and_o here_o you_o be_v not_o only_o to_o consider_v whether_o they_o have_v obtain_v the_o election_n and_o ordination_n of_o the_o church_n or_o no_o for_o many_o reach_n to_o this_o who_o be_v never_o send_v by_o christ_n but_o there_o be_v other_o thing_n to_o be_v observe_v i_o shall_v lay_v they_o down_o in_o order_n they_o that_o be_v send_v by_o jesus_n christ_n be_v furnish_v with_o competent_a ability_n at_o least_o for_o the_o delivery_n of_o their_o message_n you_o must_v not_o think_v that_o christ_n will_v send_v by_o the_o hand_n of_o a_o fool_n no_o if_o there_o be_v a_o messenger_n of_o christ_n he_o be_v one_o of_o a_o thousand_o for_o gift_n and_o ability_n in_o the_o time_n of_o the_o law_n when_o he_o raise_v up_o prophet_n what_o spirit_n what_o power_n such_o ground_n and_o reason_n as_o his_o spirit_n natural_o be_v not_o likely_a to_o suggest_v because_o they_o do_v not_o any_o way_n concern_v he_o as_o a_o natural_a man_n as_o when_o upon_o the_o apprehension_n of_o some_o great_a dishonour_n that_o will_v come_v to_o god_n if_o such_o a_o thing_n shall_v be_v deny_v a_o man_n be_v much_o enlarge_v and_o quicken_v in_o his_o prayer_n yea_o when_o his_o prayer_n be_v against_o his_o natural_a desire_n when_o he_o be_v earnest_a with_o the_o lord_n in_o secret_a to_o help_v he_o to_o pluck_v out_o a_o right_a eye_n or_o to_o cut_v off_o a_o right_a hand_n to_o mortify_v and_o curse_v and_o kill_v those_o lust_n and_o those_o corruption_n which_o natural_o be_v extreme_o dear_a to_o he_o and_o that_o upon_o such_o ground_n and_o motive_n wherein_o there_o be_v no_o self_n respect_n when_o he_o shall_v serious_o and_o sincere_o beg_v the_o lord_n to_o give_v but_o a_o little_a wealth_n a_o little_a honour_n if_o he_o perceive_v that_o more_o will_v do_v he_o spiritual_a hurt_n that_o it_o will_v puff_n he_o up_o and_o make_v he_o proud_a as_o agur_n do_v give_v i_o not_o riches_n feed_v i_o with_o food_n in_o our_o prayer_n we_o strive_v most_o for_o spiritual_a thing_n what_o do_v you_o think_v the_o spirit_n of_o christ_n will_v make_v we_o long_o more_o after_o earth_n and_o earthly_a thing_n than_o christ_n himself_o that_o it_o will_v make_v we_o more_o importunate_a for_o wealth_n than_o grace_n more_o earnest_n after_o temporal_a and_o worldly_a blessing_n then_o after_o those_o spiritual_a blessing_n in_o heavenly_a place_n in_o christ_n jesus_n as_o the_o apostle_n call_v they_o ephes_n 1.3_o be_v it_o a_o likely_a thing_n my_o brethren_n that_o the_o spirit_n shall_v make_v we_o struggle_v more_o for_o bodily_a and_o outward_a thing_n then_o for_o those_o thing_n that_o be_v more_o agreeable_a and_o suitable_a to_o it_o more_o near_o to_o its_o own_o nature_n i_o christ_n and_o they_o that_o be_v devoid_a of_o it_o do_v both_o pray_v for_o earthly_a blessing_n for_o there_o be_v promise_n of_o these_o as_o well_o as_o of_o the_o other_o but_o now_o the_o difference_n lie_v in_o this_o both_o aim_v not_o at_o the_o same_o end_n he_o that_o have_v the_o spirit_n of_o christ_n desire_v these_o outward_n blessing_n moderate_o with_o submission_n that_o he_o may_v serve_v god_n with_o they_o that_o he_o may_v promote_v his_o end_n that_o he_o may_v be_v the_o able_a instrument_n to_o help_v his_o church_n to_o support_v his_o people_n to_o advance_v his_o glory_n to_o appear_v for_o his_o cause_n even_o these_o desire_n of_o his_o be_v spiritual_a although_o not_o for_o the_o matter_n of_o they_o at_o least_o for_o the_o end_n of_o they_o but_o now_o my_o brethren_n on_o the_o other_o side_n he_o that_o have_v not_o christ_n spirit_n desire_v these_o outward_a blessing_n that_o he_o may_v consume_v they_o on_o his_o lust_n as_o the_o apostle_n speak_v jam._n 4.3_o you_o ask_v and_o receive_v not_o because_o you_o ask_v amiss_o that_o you_o may_v consume_v it_o upon_o your_o lust_n that_o you_o may_v make_v provision_n for_o the_o flesh_n with_o it_o and_o that_o it_o may_v be_v oil_n to_o nourish_v and_o to_o feed_v the_o sinful_a flame_n that_o be_v within_o you_o and_o thus_o it_o be_v my_o brethren_n with_o a_o multitude_n of_o man_n they_o pray_v to_o god_n for_o some_o thing_n to_o bestow_v upon_o their_o sensual_a appetite_n to_o serve_v their_o carnal_a turn_n to_o satisfy_v their_o brutish_a and_o voluptuous_a pleasure_n and_o desire_n they_o will_v be_v in_o place_n and_o power_n that_o they_o may_v raise_v their_o name_n and_o family_n that_o they_o may_v swell_v and_o swagger_v over_o their_o inferior_n that_o they_o may_v plague_v their_o enemy_n and_o pleasure_v those_o that_o be_v observant_a of_o they_o they_o will_v have_v wealth_n and_o riches_n in_o abundance_n that_o they_o may_v swimm_n in_o full_a delight_n and_o fare_v delicious_o every_o day_n agur_n measure_v the_o conveniency_n or_o inconveniency_n of_o his_o outward_a state_n as_o it_o will_v fit_v he_o more_o or_o less_o for_o god_n service_n not_o poverty_n lest_o i_o deny_v thou_o not_o riches_n leave_v i_o forget_v thou_o but_o these_o man_n measure_v it_o by_o nothing_o but_o their_o sensual_a appetite_n and_o so_o their_o prayer_n serve_v their_o lust_n and_o they_o will_v have_v god_n himself_o to_o serve_v they_o too_o if_o they_o can_v prevail_v with_o he_o and_o be_v such_o desire_n as_o these_o like_a to_o be_v raise_v by_o the_o spirit_n of_o christ_n what_o will_v the_o spirit_n stir_v man_n up_o to_o pray_v for_o any_o thing_n to_o nourish_v and_o maintain_v the_o flesh_n the_o carnal_a part_n which_o be_v the_o spirit_n enemy_n the_o flesh_n lu_v against_o the_o spirit_n and_o the_o spirit_n lu_v against_o the_o flesh_n for_o those_o two_o be_v contrary_a one_o to_o another_o and_o will_v mercy_n pity_n and_o compassion_n which_o a_o child_n can_v look_v for_o from_o his_o own_o father_n he_o make_v we_o to_o approach_v the_o throne_n of_o grace_n with_o great_a assurance_n of_o audience_n and_o acceptance_n and_o success_n there_o common_o he_o do_v this_o 2._o but_o yet_o i_o must_v confess_v a_o hypocrite_n may_v sometime_o have_v these_o expectation_n and_o a_o child_n of_o god_n may_v want_v they_o the_o jew_n have_v childlike_a expectation_n jer._n 3.4_o they_o cry_v to_o god_n thou_o be_v my_o father_n and_o will_v not_o thou_o that_o be_v my_o father_n pity_v i_o and_o help_v i_o sure_o thou_o will_v and_o yet_o they_o have_v no_o childlike_a affection_n no_o care_n at_o all_o to_o please_v god_n and_o therefore_o it_o be_v add_v in_o the_o next_o word_n that_o they_o say_v and_o do_v as_o evil_a as_o they_o can_v but_o now_o my_o brethren_n he_o that_o act_n by_o christ_n spirit_n as_o he_o have_v childlike_a expectation_n so_o he_o have_v childlike_a affection_n or_o if_o at_o any_o time_n he_o want_v his_o childlike_a expectation_n yet_o still_o he_o have_v his_o childlike_a affection_n though_o he_o be_v in_o such_o a_o case_n that_o he_o be_v very_o persuade_v for_o the_o present_a that_o god_n will_v neither_o own_v he_o nor_o regard_v he_o nor_o look_v upon_o he_o as_o a_o son_n yet_o he_o love_v god_n still_o he_o have_v a_o child_n heart_n to_o god_n even_o when_o he_o think_v that_o god_n have_v not_o a_o father_n heart_n to_o he_o though_o he_o seem_v to_o frown_v upon_o he_o and_o to_o hide_v his_o face_n and_o to_o turn_v away_o his_o prayer_n yet_o he_o have_v dear_a affection_n to_o the_o lord_n notwithstanding_o all_o this_o and_o this_o appear_v by_o the_o trouble_n he_o be_v in_o at_o god_n displeasure_n it_o grieve_v he_o so_o that_o he_o be_v sick_a of_o love_n as_o the_o poor_a church_n be_v cant._n 2.5_o when_o christ_n withdraw_v himself_o a_o while_n this_o be_v her_o grief_n i_o seek_v he_o who_o my_o soul_n love_v i_o will_v go_v into_o the_o city_n and_o seek_v he_o who_o my_o soul_n love_v i_o say_v unto_o the_o watchman_n do_v you_o see_v he_o who_o my_o soul_n love_v and_o so_o in_o the_o behalf_n of_o those_o person_n that_o they_o also_o may_v be_v with_o i_o where_o i_o be_o as_o for_o the_o person_n who_o our_o saviour_n pray_v for_o you_o see_v they_o be_v describe_v here_o by_o the_o father_n give_v they_o to_o jesus_n christ_n let_v they_o be_v what_o they_o will_v in_o all_o consideration_n and_o
wish_v to_o true_a believer_n then_o to_o be_v with_o christ_n in_o heaven_n to_o be_v in_o heaven_n where_o they_o shall_v be_v absolute_o and_o complete_o holy_a and_o happy_a where_o they_o shall_v never_o sin_v and_o where_o they_o shall_v never_o suffer_v any_o more_o where_o holiness_n and_o happiness_n shall_v be_v both_o perfect_a where_o there_o be_v fullness_n of_o joy_n and_o pleasure_n for_o evermore_o and_o to_o be_v with_o christ_n there_o of_o who_o immediate_a prefence_n true_a believer_n be_v inavoidable_o debar_v as_o long_o as_o they_o remain_v in_o this_o world_n while_o they_o be_v at_o home_n in_o the_o body_n they_o be_v absent_a from_o the_o lord_n as_o 2_o cor._n 5.6_o but_o when_o they_o come_v to_o heaven_n they_o shall_v be_v with_o he_o they_o shall_v have_v be_v with_o saint_n on_o earth_n be_v good_a though_o they_o be_v imperfect_a here_o and_o though_o by_o reason_n of_o their_o imperfection_n they_o be_v the_o less_o delightful_a and_o the_o less_o beneficial_a to_o we_o to_o be_v with_o saint_n in_o heaven_n be_v better_a because_o they_o be_v perfect_a there_o there_o be_v the_o spirit_n of_o just_a man_n make_v perfect_a but_o to_o be_v with_o christ_n there_o be_v best_a of_o all_o this_o be_v so_o good_a that_o there_o be_v nothing_o better_a there_o be_v no_o high_a happiness_n attainable_a by_o any_o creature_n and_o therefore_o christ_n will_v have_v his_o people_n to_o enjoy_v it_o to_o be_v in_o heaven_n where_o himself_o be_v because_o he_o love_v they_o with_o a_o love_n of_o benevolence_n 2._o jesus_n christ_n will_v have_v his_o people_n to_o be_v in_o heaven_n where_o himself_o be_v because_o he_o love_v they_o with_o a_o love_n of_o complacency_n because_o he_o take_v delight_n in_o they_o and_o friend_n that_o delight_v in_o one_o another_o think_v it_o not_o sufficient_a to_o be_v present_a each_o with_o other_o by_o the_o presence_n of_o their_o heart_n and_o spirit_n no_o if_o it_o be_v possible_a they_o will_v be_v present_a each_o with_o other_o in_o their_o body_n too_o as_o you_o may_v see_v in_o jonathan_n and_o david_n what_o shift_v they_o make_v to_o come_v together_o so_o jesus_n christ_n earth_n and_o hence_o he_o beg_v his_o father_n for_o they_o to_o bring_v they_o to_o the_o same_o place_n where_o himself_o be_v as_o if_o he_o can_v not_o live_v in_o heaven_n without_o they_o the_o lord_n they_o shall_v be_v transform_v into_o the_o same_o image_n from_o glory_n to_o glory_n their_o vile_a body_n shall_v be_v conform_v to_o his_o glorious_a body_n phil._n 3.21_o and_o while_o they_o see_v he_o as_o he_o be_v they_o shall_v be_v like_o he_o as_o the_o apostle_n john_n insinuate_v 1_o epist_n 3.2_o they_o shall_v bear_v the_o very_a image_n of_o the_o heavenly_a christ_n will_v have_v his_o people_n to_o be_v with_o he_o that_o they_o may_v see_v his_o glory_n and_o see_v may_v partake_v of_o it_o both_o by_o union_n and_o reflection_n use_v now_o to_o descend_v to_o application_n be_v it_o the_o will_n of_o christ_n etc._n etc._n here_o than_o you_o see_v the_o singular_a and_o extraordinary_a happiness_n of_o christ_n people_n if_o they_o be_v always_o to_o remain_v to_o set_v up_o their_o perpetual_a abode_n in_o this_o world_n it_o will_v be_v very_o sad_a with_o they_o it_o be_v a_o vale_n of_o tear_n a_o most_o uncomfortable_a place_n especial_o to_o christ_n people_n in_o which_o they_o be_v not_o like_a to_o have_v a_o quiet_a hour_n almost_o as_o long_o as_o they_o remain_v in_o it_o but_o now_o the_o comfort_n be_v that_o it_o be_v the_o will_n of_o christ_n that_o they_o that_o be_v bestow_v upon_o he_o by_o his_o father_n shall_v not_o always_o stay_v here_o that_o he_o will_v have_v they_o come_v to_o heaven_n where_o himself_o be_v that_o he_o will_v not_o always_o leave_v they_o in_o this_o vale_n of_o tear_n but_o he_o will_v one_o day_n bring_v they_o to_o a_o place_n of_o joy_n there_o to_o enjoy_v himself_o
