think_v within_o thyself_o why_o have_v thou_o write_v therein_o that_o the_o king_n of_o babylon_n shall_v come_v and_o make_v this_o land_n waist_n so_o that_o he_o shall_v make_v both_o people_n the_o same_o wherefore_o god_n now_o will_v he_o to_o put_v the_o sum_n of_o all_o in_o write_v that_o either_o they_o may_v be_v therewith_o somewhat_o more_o move_v to_o embrace_v the_o same_o and_o to_o turn_v to_o the_o true_a worship_v of_o god_n or_o else_o that_o his_o word_n may_v remain_v in_o write_v 48._o as_o *_o witness_n against_o their_o obstinate_a and_o indurate_a heart_n which_o by_o no_o calling_n or_o teach_v can_v be_v bring_v to_o relent_v by_o this_o example_n we_o may_v learn_v the_o great_a benefit_n &_o commodity_n of_o write_v and_o that_o the_o people_n of_o god_n by_o mouth_n only_o may_v soon_o slip_v out_o of_o memory_n &_o be_v forget_v or_o not_o be_v well_o understand_v at_o the_o first_o but_o when_o they_o remain_v in_o write_v they_o may_v be_v read_v again_o &_o better_o weigh_v &_o consider_v at_o leisure_n &_o so_o will_v both_o stick_v more_o sure_o in_o remembrance_n and_o be_v the_o more_o easy_o understand_v see_v therefore_o the_o prophet_n by_o speak_v have_v labour_v in_o vain_a with_o that_o wayward_a people_n the_o space_n of_o 3._o .23_o year_n as_o appear_v cap._n 25._o of_o the_o prophet_n god_n now_o will_v he_o to_o write_v the_o prophecy_n which_o he_o have_v utter_v to_o the_o end_n they_o may_v have_v no_o excuse_n nor_o want_v any_o external_a mean_n whereby_o they_o may_v come_v to_o the_o understanding_n of_o his_o will_n 7._o and_o thereby_o turn_v unto_o he_o that_o he_o may_v take_v mercy_n of_o they_o or_o else_o that_o you_o their_o obstinate_a disobedience_n both_o of_o the_o king_n the_o counsellor_n &_o the_o whole_a people_n may_v be_v make_v thereby_o more_o notorious_a and_o open_a to_o the_o world_n then_o do_v hieremie_n call_v baruch_n etc_n the_o son_n of_o neriah_n and_o baruch_n etc_n etc_n the_o ready_a willingness_n of_o baruch_n be_v here_o to_o be_v observe_v who_o be_v not_o only_o content_v to_o write_v the_o thing_n at_o the_o mouth_n of_o hieremie_n but_o also_o at_o his_o appointment_n open_o to_o read_v it_o in_o the_o face_n of_o all_o the_o people_n whereof_o in_o all_o likelihood_n of_o reason_n it_o must_v needs_o have_v be_v that_o great_a displeasure_n and_o danger_n shall_v have_v come_v unto_o he_o but_o to_o further_o the_o will_n of_o god_n he_o do_v not_o stick_v to_o hazard_v himself_o to_o all_o peril_n of_o the_o world_n neither_o may_v we_o think_v that_o hieremie_n cunning_o shift_v the_o danger_n hereof_o from_o himself_o to_o baruch_n for_o he_o can_v not_o procure_v great_a mislike_v by_o this_o publish_n of_o thing_n in_o write_v than_o he_o have_v do_v by_o speak_v of_o the_o same_o to_o their_o face_n it_o may_v be_v that_o for_o some_o cause_n and_o respect_n he_o be_v let_v and_o stay_v by_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n
