to_o be_v understand_v first_o all_o such_o as_o have_v care_n so_o much_o as_o in_o they_o lie_v to_o have_v peace_n with_o all_o man_n good_a and_o bad_a second_o such_o as_o not_o only_a themselves_o be_v at_o peace_n with_o other_o but_o also_o do_v labour_n to_o reconcile_v party_n at_o variance_n and_o to_o make_v peace_n between_o man_n and_o man_n both_o these_o sort_n be_v bless_v that_o be_v they_o be_v in_o a_o happy_a state_n and_o condition_n because_o this_o gift_n of_o peacemaking_a be_v a_o grace_n of_o god_n spirit_n in_o they_o alone_o who_o be_v bless_v for_o where_o god_n spirit_n work_v peace_n of_o conscience_n towards_o god_n in_o christ_n there_o the_o same_o spirit_n do_v move_v the_o party_n to_o seek_v peace_n with_o all_o man_n as_o also_o to_o make_v peace_n between_o those_o that_o be_v at_o variance_n so_o far_o forth_o as_o it_o may_v stand_v with_o religion_n and_o a_o good_a conscience_n yet_o here_o be_v certain_a question_n to_o be_v scan_v touch_v peace_n which_o will_v give_v great_a light_n to_o the_o better_a understanding_n of_o this_o rule_n quest._n i._n see_v peacemaker_n be_v bless_v why_o shall_v they_o be_v blame_v which_o seek_v to_o make_v peace_n between_o papist_n and_o protestant_n by_o reconcile_a these_o two_o religion_n answer_n because_o this_o be_v not_o good_a peace_n for_o there_o be_v no_o more_o concord_n between_o these_o two_o religion_n then_o be_v between_o light_n and_o darkness_n whereas_o it_o be_v say_v they_o differ_v not_o in_o substance_n but_o in_o circumstance_n both_o have_v the_o same_o word_n the_o same_o creed_n and_o sacrament_n we_o must_v know_v that_o notwithstanding_o all_o this_o yet_o by_o necessary_a consequent_a of_o their_o doctrine_n and_o religion_n they_o do_v quite_o overturn_v the_o foundation_n of_o the_o bible_n of_o the_o creed_n and_o sacrament_n as_o in_o the_o point_n of_o justification_n by_o work_n of_o humane_a satisfaction_n of_o worship_v saint_n and_o image_n and_o their_o mass_a sacrifice_n and_o priesthood_n may_v soon_o appear_v but_o they_o have_v the_o same_o baptism_n with_o we_o answ._n baptism_n sever_v from_o the_o true_a preach_v of_o the_o word_n be_v no_o sufficient_a note_n of_o a_o true_a church_n for_o the_o samaritan_n have_v circumcision_n and_o yet_o the_o lord_n say_v 9_o they_o be_v not_o his_o people_n again_o they_o hold_v the_o outward_a form_n of_o baptism_n but_o they_o overturn_v the_o inward_a power_n thereof_o by_o deny_v justification_n by_o faith_n alone_o in_o jesus_n christ._n three_o baptism_n be_v preserve_v in_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n not_o for_o their_o sake_n but_o for_o the_o hide_a church_n which_o god_n have_v keep_v to_o himself_o even_o in_o the_o midst_n of_o all_o after_o regeneration_n whereby_o forsake_v the_o lust_n and_o course_n of_o their_o former_a ignorance_n and_o embrace_v and_o obey_v sincere_o the_o word_n of_o life_n they_o may_v become_v god_n hereby_o we_o must_v be_v admonish_v to_o labour_v for_o this_o gift_n of_o discern_v by_o the_o illumination_n of_o the_o spirit_n in_o the_o word_n as_o we_o show_v before_o that_o so_o the_o eye_n be_v single_a the_o whole_a body_n may_v be_v light_n that_o be_v so_o order_v that_o with_o peace_n and_o comfort_n we_o may_v walk_v on_o in_o the_o way_n of_o life_n whereas_o otherwise_o we_o
