astronomer_n and_o astrologer_n and_o of_o their_o true_a intent_n for_o they_o be_v call_v astronomer_n because_o they_o have_v the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o law_n and_o rule_n which_o the_o sovereign_a creator_n have_v establish_v and_o ordain_v among_o the_o star_n and_o their_o course_n and_o motion_n according_a as_o their_o name_n derive_v from_o the_o greek_a tongue_n import_v as_o also_o the_o name_n of_o astrology_n will_v infer_v as_o much_o see_v that_o thereby_o be_v signify_v that_o they_o understand_v and_o can_v render_v a_o reason_n of_o the_o nature_n and_o of_o the_o effect_n of_o the_o celestial_a body_n wherefore_o then_o since_o they_o have_v great_a knowledge_n than_o the_o ignorant_a and_o common_a people_n as_o well_o by_o the_o knowledge_n as_o by_o the_o observation_n and_o continual_a experience_n of_o the_o effect_n of_o the_o planet_n they_o shall_v be_v therefore_o find_v the_o more_o culpable_a before_o god_n if_o they_o understand_v not_o the_o language_n of_o the_o heaven_n thereby_o to_o learn_v how_o to_o glorify_v he_o and_o yet_o so_o far_o be_v the_o great_a part_n of_o they_o from_o do_v that_o which_o we_o say_v that_o contrariwise_o we_o see_v very_o many_o which_o impute_v that_o to_o the_o sphere_n that_o they_o shall_v attribute_v to_o the_o spheres-creator_n and_o so_o draw_v man_n from_o god_n their_o father_n by_o the_o vanity_n of_o their_o human_a dream_n under_o colour_n of_o their_o astronomy_n and_o astrology_n cause_v they_o to_o stay_v in_o regard_n of_o the_o creature_n with_o they_o and_o so_o make_v they_o to_o god_n as_o he_o point_v out_o the_o path_n and_o way_n to_o those_o who_o have_v eye_n to_o see_v and_o a_o spirit_n to_o understand_v they_o rather_o take_v occasion_n therein_o by_o the_o vain_a dream_n of_o their_o own_o apprehension_n to_o wander_v from_o the_o truth_n and_o for_o this_o cause_n moses_n david_n and_o the_o other_o prophet_n and_o servant_n of_o god_n speak_v of_o the_o work_n of_o the_o creation_n and_o of_o the_o divine_a providence_n in_o they_o do_v propound_v unto_o we_o but_o simple_o those_o which_o be_v the_o most_o apparent_a to_o all_o &_o the_o most_o easy_a to_o be_v understand_v because_o they_o will_v not_o only_o teach_v the_o most_o learned_a who_o be_v they_o which_o willing_o make_v lest_o profit_n in_o their_o writing_n but_o will_v also_o instruct_v the_o simple_a and_o ignorant_a who_o god_n do_v oftentimes_o make_v capable_a of_o his_o secret_n for_o which_o cause_n likewise_o these_o holy_a father_n speak_v not_o of_o the_o sphere_n and_o heavenly_a body_n subtle_o as_o philosopher_n in_o their_o school_n do_v but_o rather_o vulgar_o to_o the_o end_n that_o the_o most_o rude_a and_o plain_a may_v understand_v their_o philosophy_n replenish_v with_o the_o doctrine_n of_o salvation_n for_o it_o be_v very_o necessary_a that_o every_o one_o shall_v be_v instruct_v therein_o according_a to_o his_o own_o capacity_n to_o pursue_v then_o our_o yesterday_n speech_n sun_n utility_n of_o the_o light_n and_o heat_n of_o the_o sun_n begin_v concern_v the_o sun_n which_o the_o holy_a scripture_n set_v so_o often_o before_o our_o eye_n as_o a_o universal_a preacher_n of_o the_o sovereign_a majesty_n i_o pray_v you_o let_v we_o first_o consider_v what_o joy_n and_o what_o good_a it_o be_v that_o man_n receive_v by_o it_o
