lift_v up_o or_o be_v exalt_v two_o way_n suitable_a to_o the_o twofold_a way_n of_o his_o be_v low_a that_o be_v 1._o as_o to_o real_a and_o personal_a exaltation_n by_o something_o act_v upon_o himself_o or_o 2._o as_o to_o demonstration_n and_o manifestation_n of_o he_o to_o other_o for_o exalt_v he_o in_o their_o view_n and_o esteem_v let_v we_o consider_v these_o two_o way_n distinct_o either_o dishonour_n nay_o but_o it_o high_o honour_v god_n that_o send_v he_o and_o give_v he_o to_o we_o he_o that_o honour_v the_o son_n honour_v the_o father_n also_o nor_o any_o whit_n detract_v or_o derogate_v it_o from_o the_o desirableness_n excellency_n and_o usefulness_n or_o the_o desire_v after_o or_o press_v man_n to_o desire_v and_o follow_v after_o right_a holiness_n charity_n opportunity_n of_o be_v make_v rich_a honourable_a live_v pleasant_o and_o delightful_o for_o a_o long_a time_n so_o long_o suppose_v as_o be_v the_o life_n of_o methuselah_n will_v willing_o refuse_v and_o loose_v such_o enjoyment_n and_o incur_v answerable_a misery_n and_o yet_o this_o eternal_a life_n which_o god_n have_v promise_v to_o give_v to_o they_o that_o believe_v on_o and_o follow_v after_o the_o son_n of_o man_n be_v infinite_o more_o excellent_a than_o all_o the_o honour_n riches_n pleasure_n and_o most_o excellent_a enjoyment_n of_o this_o world_n though_o they_o may_v be_v enjoy_v safe_o not_o only_o so_o long_o as_o the_o life_n of_o methusalah_n but_o also_o so_o long_o as_o from_o the_o begin_n of_o this_o world_n to_o the_o end_n thereof_o without_o interruption_n resurrection_n according_a to_o some_o fancy_n of_o the_o platonist_n of_o all_o thing_n after_o some_o long_a period_n of_o time_n to_o be_v act_v over_o again_o as_o before_o he_o may_v not_o know_v nor_o can_v conceive_v how_o a_o man_n can_v be_v bear_v again_o but_o by_o such_o a_o reduction_n to_o his_o first_o entrance_n into_o the_o world_n again_o but_o it_o be_v better_a to_o show_v our_o grossness_n of_o understanding_n and_o inquire_v into_o truth_n propose_v to_o we_o of_o those_o that_o teach_v we_o they_o though_o we_o speak_v like_o fool_n therein_o then_o by_o a_o over-bashfulness_n or_o a_o desire_n to_o be_v think_v wise_a than_o we_o be_v to_o conceal_v our_o doubt_n and_o to_o pretend_v that_o we_o do_v apprehend_v what_o we_o be_v ignorant_a off_o for_o by_o so_o do_v we_o deprive_v ourselves_o of_o the_o help_n and_o instruction_n which_o by_o propound_v our_o doubt_n however_o gross_a and_o ignorant_a our_o propose_v of_o they_o may_v make_v we_o
