it_o shall_v be_v execute_v upon_o their_o king_n yet_o beside_o all_o this_o that_o have_v be_v say_v to_o show_v the_o unreasonableness_n and_o falseness_n of_o this_o deposition_n that_o king_n be_v unaccountable_a for_o their_o action_n and_o may_v not_o be_v resist_v though_o they_o do_v those_o thing_n that_o be_v never_o so_o dishonourable_a to_o god_n and_o prejudicial_a and_o hurtful_a to_o their_o subject_n there_o may_v somewhat_o more_o be_v say_v with_o reference_n to_o the_o wisdom_n of_o god_n for_o how_o be_v it_o possible_a to_o be_v imagine_v that_o he_o who_o be_v so_o infinite_o wise_a have_v in_o his_o unsearchable_a understanding_n appoint_v government_n as_o the_o only_a mean_n for_o his_o people_n happy_a and_o well_o be_v here_o on_o earth_n shall_v leave_v his_o people_n in_o such_o a_o condition_n that_o if_o so_o be_v the_o mean_n and_o instrument_n which_o he_o have_v ordain_v for_o their_o good_a shall_v rise_v up_o against_o they_o to_o their_o destruction_n they_o shall_v have_v no_o power_n lest_o they_o to_o help_v themselves_o nor_o mean_n to_o provide_v for_o their_o own_o safety_n but_o must_v be_v fain_o to_o submit_v themselves_o to_o their_o will_n and_o pleasure_n how_o do_v this_o exceed_o reflect_v upon_o the_o wisdom_n and_o providence_n of_o god_n and_o be_v it_o not_o manifest_a and_o apparent_a that_o god_n end_n and_o intention_n in_o government_n be_v hereby_o quite_o frustrate_v and_o void_a so_o as_o that_o that_o which_o he_o have_v appoint_v for_o his_o people_n great_a benefit_n and_o security_n shall_v turn_v to_o their_o great_a hurt_n and_o mischief_n and_o this_o be_v the_o next_o way_n instead_o of_o make_v god_n the_o author_n of_o peace_n 1_o cor._n 14_o 33._o to_o make_v he_o the_o chief_a author_n of_o all_o disorder_n and_o confusion_n for_o let_v any_o man_n judge_n that_o have_v but_o the_o ordinary_a understanding_n of_o a_o man_n if_o this_o be_v not_o occasion_n sufficient_a to_o make_v even_o the_o best_a of_o king_n if_o god_n do_v not_o give_v they_o more_o than_o a_o ordinary_a measure_n of_o his_o grace_n to_o become_v tyrant_n and_o to_o live_v as_o they_o listen_v when_o they_o be_v persuade_v that_o they_o may_v do_v what_o they_o listen_v and_o none_o may_v control_v they_o therefore_o for_o the_o more_o full_a clear_n of_o that_o which_o have_v be_v the_o power_n that_o be_v be_v ordain_v of_o god_n they_o be_v magistrate_n that_o be_v here_o mean_v by_o these_o power_n and_o these_o power_n the_o apostle_n say_v be_v of_o god_n now_o i_o ask_v do_v ever_o god_n give_v a_o power_n unto_o any_o for_o the_o destruction_n of_o his_o people_n and_o of_o those_o that_o be_v commit_v to_o their_o charge_n be_v this_o the_o ordinance_n of_o god_n for_o king_n and_o ruler_n to_o seek_v the_o undo_n and_o ruin_n of_o their_o people_n sure_o no._n god_n do_v appoint_v they_o for_o his_o people_n good_a as_o before_o be_v show_v and_o thus_o much_o also_o the_o apostle_n declare_v to_o we_o here_o in_o the_o word_n follow_v verse_n 3_o ruler_n be_v not_o a_o terror_n to_o good_a work_n but_o to_o the_o evil_a will_v thou_o not_o be_v afraid_a of_o the_o power_n do_v that_o which_o be_v good_a and_o thou_o shall_v have_v praise_n of_o the_o same_o for_o he_o be_v the_o minister_n of_o god_n to_o thou_o for_o good_a etc._n etc._n here_o by_o the_o way_n this_o show_v unto_o we_o that_o the_o act_n of_o king_n for_o the_o good_a of_o their_o people_n be_v not_o act_n of_o grace_n as_o some_o flatterer_n will_v make_v they_o but_o they_o be_v act_n of_o duty_n which_o god_n require_v from_o they_o towards_o their_o people_n and_o beside_o let_v we_o have_v a_o respect_n unto_o king_n and_o governor_n too_o as_o they_o be_v a_o humane_a ordinance_n as_o the_o apostle_n call_v they_o as_o you_o hear_v before_o 1_o pet._n 2.13_o etc._n etc._n do_v ever_o the_o people_n who_o elect_v they_o give_v they_o any_o such_o power_n as_o to_o rule_v they_o according_a to_o their_o will_n and_o pleasure_n if_o they_o have_v what_o make_v they_o those_o good_a law_n for_o according_a to_o which_o they_o covenant_v for_o to_o govern_v they_o and_o therefore_o as_o the_o apostle_n before_o say_v they_o be_v the_o ordinance_n of_o god_n with_o respect_n to_o their_o people_n good_a so_o here_o the_o apostle_n say_v they_o be_v the_o ordinance_n of_o man_n with_o respect_n to_o the_o same_o for_o so_o he_o say_v submit_v yourselves_o to_o every_o ordinance_n of_o man_n for_o the_o lord_n sake_n whether_o unto_o the_o king_n as_o supreme_a or_o unto_o governor_n as_o they_o that_o be_v send_v by_o he_o what_o for_o or_o to_o what_o end_n sure_o not_o for_o their_o destruction_n but_o to_o be_v instrument_n of_o their_o well_o be_v for_o so_o it_o follow_v for_o the_o punishment_n of_o evil_a doer_n and_o for_o the_o praise_n of_o they_o that_o do_v well_o therefore_o hence_o i_o say_v if_o king_n who_o be_v ordain_v by_o god_n and_o choose_v by_o man_n for_o this_o end_n to_o be_v instrument_n of_o good_a to_o their_o people_n do_v contrary_o abuse_v their_o authority_n wherewithal_o they_o be_v entrust_v both_o by_o god_n and_o man_n to_o the_o hurt_n and_o destruction_n of_o their_o people_n if_o in_o this_o case_n the_o people_n to_o preserve_v themselves_o do_v stand_v upon_o their_o
