the_o father_n and_o the_o grace_n of_o the_o son_n all_o the_o consolation_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n consist_v in_o his_o acquaint_v we_o with_o and_o communicate_v unto_o we_o the_o love_n of_o the_o father_n and_o the_o grace_n of_o the_o son_n nor_o be_v there_o any_o thing_n in_o the_o one_o or_o the_o other_o but_o he_o make_v it_o a_o matter_n of_o consolation_n to_o we_o so_o that_o indeed_o we_o have_v our_o communion_n with_o the_o father_n in_o his_o love_n and_o the_o son_n in_o his_o grace_n by_o the_o operation_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n 1._o first_o he_o communicate_v to_o relieve_v we_o but_o to_o make_v we_o in_o every_o condition_n to_o rejoice_v with_o joy_n unspeakable_a and_o glorious_a it_o be_v not_o with_o a_o increase_n of_o corn_n and_o wine_n and_o oil_n but_o with_o the_o shine_a of_o the_o countenance_n of_o god_n upon_o we_o that_o he_o comfort_v our_o soul_n psal._n 4._o 6._o the_o world_n hate_v i_o may_n such_o a_o soul_n as_o have_v the_o spirit_n say_v but_o my_o father_n love_v i_o man_n despise_v i_o as_o a_o hypocrite_n but_o my_o father_n love_v i_o as_o a_o child_n i_o be_o poor_a in_o this_o world_n but_o i_o have_v a_o rich_a inheritance_n in_o the_o love_n of_o my_o father_n i_o be_o straighten_a in_o all_o thing_n but_o there_o be_v bread_n enough_o in_o my_o father_n house_n i_o mourn_v in_o secret_a under_o the_o power_n of_o my_o lust_n and_o sin_n where_o no_o eye_n see_v i_o yea_o but_o the_o father_n see_v i_o and_o be_v full_a of_o compassion_n with_o a_o sense_n of_o his_o kindness_n which_o be_v better_o than_o life_n i_o rejoice_v in_o tribulation_n glory_n in_o affliction_n triumph_n as_o a_o conqueror_n though_o i_o be_o kill_v all_o the_o day_n long_o all_o my_o sorrow_n have_v a_o bottom_n that_o may_v be_v fathom_v my_o trial_n bound_n that_o may_v be_v compass_v but_o the_o breadth_n and_o depth_n and_o height_n of_o the_o love_n of_o the_o father_n who_o can_v express_v i_o desireablenesse_n to_o believer_n as_o the_o chief_a of_o ten_o thousand_o altogether_o lovely_a and_o then_o he_o show_v they_o of_o the_o thing_n of_o christ_n his_o love_n grace_n all_o the_o fruit_n of_o his_o death_n suffer_v resurrection_n and_o intercession_n and_o with_o these_o support_v their_o heart_n and_o soul_n and_o here_o whatever_o be_v of_o refreshment_n in_o the_o pardon_n of_o sin_n deliverance_n from_o the_o curse_n and_o wrath_n to_o come_v in_o justification_n and_o adoption_n with_o the_o innumerable_a privilege_n attend_v they_o in_o the_o hope_n of_o glory_n give_v unto_o we_o come_v in_o on_o this_o head_n of_o account_n three_o the_o principle_n and_o fountain_n of_o all_o his_o act_n for_o our_o consolation_n come_v next_o under_o consideration_n to_o a_o due_a consideration_n of_o the_o great_a love_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n weaken_v all_o the_o principle_n of_o our_o obedience_n do_v this_o dwell_v and_o abide_v upon_o our_o heart_n what_o a_o dear_a valuation_n must_v we_o need_v put_v upon_o all_o his_o operation_n and_o act_n towards_o we_o nothing_o indeed_o be_v valuable_a but_o what_o come_v from_o love_n and_o goodwill_n this_o be_v valuation_n of_o the_o dispensation_n of_o the_o spirit_n for_o our_o consolation_n he_o proceed_v to_o that_o end_n from_o the_o father_n he_o distribute_v as_o he_o will_v work_v as_o he_o please_v and_o what_o be_v we_o towards_o who_o he_o carry_v on_o this_o work_n froward_a perverse_a unthankful_a grieve_v vex_v provoke_v he_o yet_o in_o his_o love_n and_o tenderness_n do_v he_o continue_v
