its_o operation_n also_o one_o may_v resist_v the_o union_n though_o with_o great_a pain_n but_o not_o the_o other_o for_o often_o on_o a_o sudden_a the_o soul_n be_v surprise_v and_o carry_v away_o she_o than_o not_o think_v of_o god_n and_o unless_o the_o rape_v be_v very_o great_a or_o in_o the_o height_n for_o then_o she_o know_v nothing_o as_o in_o the_o union_n the_o sense_n be_v not_o lose_v and_o one_o may_v perceive_v that_o the_o head_n be_v draw_v after_o she_o spirit_n and_o sometime_o by_o the_o force_n of_o the_o spirit_n the_o whole_a body_n be_v elevate_v up_o into_o the_o air_n and_o the_o party_n then_o see_v the_o body_n so_o far_o above_o ground_n do_v begin_v to_o fear_v and_o wonder_v at_o it_o yet_o in_o this_o both_o body_n and_o soul_n have_v great_a comfort_n first_o after_o union_n be_v when_o the_o soul_n like_a unto_o a_o flame_n proceed_v or_o ascend_v from_o a_o well_o kindle_v fire_n burn_v with_o the_o fire_n of_o divine_a love_n go_v out_o of_o feel_v a_o great_a certainty_n of_o his_o presence_n and_o it_o be_v of_o that_o majesty_n and_o efficacy_n that_o it_o cause_v all_o the_o power_n and_o sense_n instant_o to_o be_v recollect_v attentive_a and_o give_v their_o attendance_n though_o at_o that_o present_a they_o be_v much_o distract_v and_o they_o dare_v not_o then_o move_v or_o stir_v and_o this_o celestial_a call_n impulse_n nor_o disturb_v she_o but_o remain_v in_o their_o attendance_n with_o admiration_n in_o these_o degree_n it_o do_v happen_v that_o the_o soul_n have_v many_o strong_a and_o sudden_a motion_n when_o one_o do_v hear_v a_o good_a sermon_n or_o god_n well_o speak_v of_o or_o praise_v or_o music_n or_o at_o the_o sight_n of_o some_o sweet_a and_o devout_a picture_n and_o this_o come_v with_o a_o impulse_n in_o the_o depth_n or_o most_o inward_a of_o the_o soul_n so_o vehement_a sudden_a and_o swift_a that_o she_o can_v resist_v it_o more_o than_o a_o child_n to_o a_o giant_n but_o away_o she_o be_v take_v and_o elevate_v sometime_o above_o all_o that_o be_v create_v where_o she_o have_v the_o vision_n and_o revelation_n former_o mention_v and_o with_o the_o greatness_n of_o the_o glory_n and_o majesty_n which_o she_o behold_v in_o god_n she_o be_v much_o terrify_v and_o do_v conceive_v a_o reverential_a fear_n which_o cause_v the_o very_a hair_n of_o her_o head_n to_o stand_v and_o then_o she_o do_v grieve_v that_o she_o or_o any_o other_o ever_o offend_v a_o lord_n of_o so_o high_a and_o incomprehensible_a a_o dignity_n power_n and_o majesty_n and_o some_o time_n it_o be_v so_o excessive_a that_o the_o body_n in_o the_o rapt_a be_v elevate_v forcible_o a_o great_a height_n from_o the_o earth_n as_o loathe_v all_o thing_n on_o earth_n and_o tend_v to_o the_o place_n fire_n that_o sudden_o fall_v do_v fire_n and_o burn_v all_o whence_o proceed_v a_o great_a flame_n so_o as_o the_o soul_n be_v sudden_o fire_v all_o over_o and_o do_v burn_v so_o strong_o with_o the_o fire_n of_o divine_a love_n that_o her_o spirit_n like_o unto_o a_o great_a flame_n with_o a_o most_o swift_a flight_n get_v out_o of_o herself_o in_o such_o a_o delicate_a and_o subtle_a manner_n that_o it_o be_v admirable_a and_o in_o a_o instant_n she_o be_v place_v where_o she_o do_v see_v and_o understand_v many_o great_a misterye_n together_o with_o all_o clearness_n and_o daily_o be_v do_v to_o he_o in_o the_o world_n this_o be_v able_a and_o sufficient_a she_o say_v to_o cause_v a_o separation_n and_o a_o absolute_a division_n of_o the_o soul_n from_o the_o body_n if_o god_n have_v not_o give_v her_o strength_n to_o bear_v it_o or_o dispose_v of_o she_o otherwise_o 12._o she_o do_v also_o speak_v of_o a_o other_o sort_n of_o rapt_v far_o beyond_o the_o rest_n it_o and_o be_v not_o able_a to_o resist_v it_o and_o she_o be_v take_v and_o powerful_o carry_v beyond_o all_o that_o be_v create_v and_o place_v in_o a_o strange_a solitude_n desolat_a and_o destitute_a of_o any_o comfort_n from_o heaven_n and_o earth_n and_o she_o do_v conceive_v that_o none_o of_o any_o of_o both_o will_v keep_v her_o company_n or_o be_v a_o comfort_n to_o she_o in_o that_o desolation_n neither_o do_v she_o desire_v any_o comfort_n or_o company_n from_o they_o but_o will_v there_o willing_o suffer_v and_o die_v 13._o and_o it_o do_v happen_v as_o she_o say_v that_o his_o divine_a majesty_n do_v communicate_v himself_o to_o she_o in_o so_o subtle_a and_o admirable_a a_o way_n that_o it_o can_v be_v understand_v less_o express_v by_o any_o but_o by_o himself_o but_o she_o have_v so_o clear_a a_o knowledge_n then_o leave_v in_o she_o of_o his_o greatness_n and_o goodness_n and_o his_o other_o incomprehensible_a perfection_n that_o it_o do_v increase_v her_o love_n and_o augment_v her_o pain_n and_o torment_n love_n do_v burn_v and_o consume_v she_o her_o desire_n to_o be_v with_o he_o be_v able_a to_o separat_fw-la the_o soul_n from_o the_o body_n and_o she_o do_v not_o know_v how_o to_o help_v herself_o but_o by_o death_n and_o therefore_o die_v she_o will_v to_o enjoy_v his_o bless_a presence_n in_o glory_n this_o torment_n be_v the_o great_a that_o the_o memory_n of_o he_o be_v so_o perfect_a and_o clear_a notwithstanding_o he_o do_v absent_v himself_o which_o add_v much_o to_o her_o affliction_n 14._o in_o other_o degree_n
