as_o well_o as_o christ_n if_o he_o be_v christ_n second_o you_o must_v know_v this_o that_o there_o be_v a_o great-deal_a of_o difference_n between_o join_v unto_o another_o by_o way_n of_o contact_n or_o touch_v and_o join_v unto_o another_o by_o way_n of_o composition_n as_o for_o example_n the_o sea_n and_o the_o land_n they_o be_v join_v together_o they_o be_v unite_v but_o how_o not_o by_o way_n of_o composition_n but_o by_o way_n of_o contact_n the_o sea_n touch_v the_o land_n &_o the_o land_n touch_v the_o sea_n yet_o the_o land_n can_v say_v i_o be_o the_o sea_n nor_o the_o sea_n can_v say_v i_o be_o the_o land_n why_o because_o it_o be_v a_o union_n only_o by_o contact_n by_o touch_v and_o not_o by_o composition_n one_o be_v compound_v of_o the_o other_o so_o the_o union_n that_o be_v between_o christ_n and_o a_o believer_n it_o be_v by_o way_n of_o spiritual_a contact_n christ_n touch_v the_o soul_n by_o his_o spirit_n and_o the_o soul_n touch_v christ_n by_o faith_n i_o say_v it_o be_v a_o union_n by_o way_n of_o spiritual_a contact_n and_o touch_v and_o not_o by_o composition_n and_o therefore_o a_o believer_n can_v say_v that_o i_o be_o christ_n and_o i_o be_o the_o spirit_n three_o you_o must_v know_v there_o be_v a_o twofold_n in-being_a one_o whereby_o essence_n be_v apply_v unto_o each_o other_o and_o another_o whereby_o essence_n be_v mix_v together_o morning_n may_v there_o be_v find_v in_o this_o congregation_n but_o i_o choose_v rather_o to_o exhort_v you_o in_o the_o name_n of_o the_o lord_n for_o to_o get_v this_o same_o spiritual_a life_n they_o they_o be_v with_o they_o again_o in_o the_o morning_n they_o bring_v they_o water_n and_o necessary_a thing_n but_o they_o do_v not_o come_v to_o bed_v to_o they_o now_o say_v luther_n justification_n be_v that_o bed_n where_o christ_n and_o a_o believe_v soul_n lie_v &_o though_o good_a work_n duty_n and_o prayer_n tend_v upon_o christ_n and_o where_o ever_o there_o be_v faith_n they_o come_v not_o into_o this_o work_n or_o if_o you_o will_v thus_o you_o know_v that_o when_o a_o israelite_n be_v sting_v in_o the_o wilderness_n by_o a_o fiery_a bite_a serpent_n he_o be_v then_o to_o look_v upon_o the_o brazen_a serpent_n and_o by_o the_o behold_n of_o the_o brasen-serpent_n he_o be_v cure_v the_o look_v of_o his_o eye_n cure_v he_o he_o have_v other_o member_n there_o be_v the_o arm_n and_o the_o leg_n and_o other_o member_n that_o do_v accompany_v the_o eye_n but_o though_o there_o be_v other_o member_n that_o do_v accompany_v the_o eye_n it_o be_v the_o see_v of_o the_o eye_n that_o do_v cure_v the_o person_n and_o so_o though_o work_n do_v accompany_v faith_n and_o there_o be_v no_o save_v justify_v faith_n but_o work_v accompany_v it_o yet_o it_o be_v only_o the_o behold_n of_o this_o brasen-serpent_n by_o the_o eye_n of_o faith_n that_o do_v cure_v the_o soul_n as_o to_o the_o point_n of_o justification_n when_o abraham_n go_v up_o into_o the_o mountain_n to_o offer_v up_o his_o son_n he_o speak_v to_o his_o servant_n to_o stay_v below_o 22.5_o gen._n 22.5_o stay_v you_o here_o till_o i_o come_v again_o at_o the_o foot_n and_o the_o bottom_n the_o lord_n know_v they_o be_v never_o thankful_a for_o that_o so_o much_o as_o for_o outward_a thing_n but_o if_o christ_n be_v in_o you_o of_o a_o truth_n why_o shall_v you_o not_o be_v content_v with_o your_o condition_n what_o ever_o it_o be_v yea_o thankful_a for_o it_o yea_o thankful_a in_o proportion_n duty_n 3_o three_o if_o christ_n be_v in_o you_o of_o a_o truth_n then_o why_o shall_v
