will_v be_v in_o we_o and_o by_o his_o love_n we_o shall_v be_v in_o he_o he_o proceed_v to_o speak_v of_o the_o love_n of_o saint_n and_o angel_n the_o pleasure_n joy_n and_o delectation_n that_o natural_o and_o necessary_o flow_v from_o this_o knowledge_n and_o love_n of_o god_n the_o happiness_n which_o the_o body_n shall_v be_v exalt_v to_o and_o the_o eternal_a duration_n of_o all_o these_o this_o eternal_a life_n our_o bless_a saviour_n have_v bring_v to_o light_v through_o the_o gospel_n and_o have_v promise_v it_o to_o all_o those_o who_o by_o patient_a continuance_n in_o well_o do_v seek_v for_o glory_n and_o honour_n and_o immortality_n rom._n 2.7_o 1_o john_n 2.25_o and_o this_o be_v the_o promise_n that_o he_o have_v promise_v even_o eternal_a life_n some_o perchance_o may_v say_v the_o great_a disproportion_n that_o be_v between_o the_o service_n and_o reward_n make_v this_o promise_n of_o eternal_a life_n difficult_a to_o be_v believe_v for_o who_o can_v think_v that_o god_n shall_v recompense_v our_o poor_a and_o imperfect_a duty_n and_o service_n perform_v for_o a_o very_a short_a time_n with_o such_o a_o immense_a and_o eternal_a weight_n of_o glory_n and_o happiness_n to_o this_o i_o answer_v that_o though_o indeed_o it_o can_v consist_v with_o god_n justice_n to_o punish_v any_o creature_n without_o or_o beyond_o its_o demerit_n yet_o nothing_o hinder_v but_o that_o he_o may_v be_v as_o bountiful_a as_o he_o please_v and_o in_o his_o reward_n exceed_v all_o the_o desert_n and_o even_a expectation_n of_o his_o creature_n a_o hundred_o or_o a_o thousand_o fold_n let_v we_o then_o admire_v the_o transcendent_a and_o unmerited_a goodness_n and_o love_n of_o god_n in_o do_v such_o great_a thing_n for_o we_o as_o send_v his_o son_n into_o the_o world_n to_o take_v our_o nature_n upon_o he_o to_o suffer_v death_n for_o our_o sin_n and_o to_o give_v we_o the_o great_a promise_n of_o eternal_a life_n and_o let_v we_o endeavour_v in_o some_o measure_n to_o answer_v this_o love_n by_o suitable_a affection_n of_o the_o most_o ardent_a love_n and_o gratitude_n let_v we_o also_o love_v the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n in_o sincerity_n which_o we_o have_v all_o the_o reason_n in_o the_o world_n to_o do_v consider_v the_o greatness_n of_o his_o love_n to_o we_o manifest_v by_o the_o great_a thing_n he_o have_v do_v
