to_o be_v apprehend_v and_o do_v proffer_v eternal_a life_n without_o money_n or_o money_n worth_a though_o a_o man_n be_v never_o so_o vile_a and_o wretched_a if_o you_o see_v your_o misery_n you_o have_v david_n own_o argument_n go_v and_o use_v it_o psal_n 25.16_o have_v mercy_n upon_o i_o o_o lord_n for_o i_o be_o desolate_a and_o afflict_a all_o the_o saint_n of_o god_n have_v no_o other_o and_o here_o i_o be_o take_v i_o and_o all_o with_o i_o this_o be_v the_o first_o thing_n in_o effectual_a call_v the_o objective_n propound_v of_o christ_n to_o a_o man_n the_o second_o thing_n be_v the_o receive_n of_o christ_n christ_n not_o only_o the_o offering_n of_o christ_n to_o a_o man_n for_o so_o he_o offer_v himself_o to_o those_o that_o be_v not_o of_o god_n even_o to_o all_o but_o in_o effectual_a call_v as_o there_o be_v a_o offer_n on_o god_n side_n so_o there_o be_v a_o reflection_n on_o god_n side_n as_o many_o as_o receive_v he_o etc._n etc._n john_n 1.12_o they_o receive_v he_o these_o two_o now_o make_v up_o effectual_a call_v the_o offering_n of_o christ_n and_o the_o receive_n of_o he_o when_o christ_n call_v a_o man_n to_o he_o and_o he_o answer_v to_o than_o it_o be_v propound_v to_o i_o as_o well_o as_o to_o any_o body_n else_o but_o the_o effectualness_n of_o this_o call_n be_v that_o it_o breed_v the_o seed_n of_o grace_n in_o a_o man_n it_o breed_v save_v desire_n and_o save_a long_n and_o save_v and_o kindly_a mourning_n for_o the_o want_n of_o this_o sweet_a good_a when_o it_o see_v such_o a_o excellent_a good_a and_o a_o possibility_n of_o it_o and_o that_o it_o be_v propound_v to_o every_o creature_n than_o the_o soul_n think_v i_o may_v be_v one_o as_o well_o as_o any_o body_n else_o and_o so_o the_o soul_n belong_v after_o it_o the_o second_o thing_n be_v the_o personal_a propound_v of_o this_o to_o those_o that_o have_v these_o seed_n of_o grace_n the_o first_o be_v general_a to_o one_o as_o well_o as_o to_o another_o personal_n but_o now_o this_o be_v to_o this_o man_n
person_n rather_o than_o to_o any_o body_n else_o and_o now_o the_o soul_n begin_v to_o think_v serious_o this_o proposition_n be_v to_o i_o this_o tender_a be_v to_o i_o i_o hunger_n and_o thirst_n choose_v this_o text_n whereunto_o he_o have_v call_v you_o by_o our_o gospel_n etc._n etc._n for_o the_o coherence_n of_o these_o word_n in_o the_o former_a verse_n the_o apostle_n have_v tell_v the_o thessalonian_n of_o a_o woeful_a fall_v away_o that_o shall_v he_o among_o all_o visible_a church_n in_o the_o whole_a world_n almost_o that_o there_o shall_v be_v a_o general_a defection_n unless_o of_o god_n elect_n and_o they_o shall_v have_v fearful_a declining_n and_o he_o show_v that_o the_o power_n of_o the_o devil_n and_o his_o instrument_n shall_v be_v the_o cause_n of_o this_o fall_v away_o he_o shall_v come_v with_o strong_a delusion_n and_o then_o the_o just_a cause_n why_o god_n do_v suffer_v the_o devil_n and_o his_o imp_n to_o bring_v this_o about_o that_o all_o they_o may_v be_v damn_v that_o have_v pleasure_n in_o unrighteousness_n the_o lord_n will_v have_v they_o damn_a and_o this_o make_v the_o lord_n suffer_v the_o devil_n to_o work_v apostasy_n and_o to_o a_o man_n and_o encourage_v he_o to_o go_v on_o in_o the_o way_n of_o holiness_n he_o put_v some_o hope_n into_o the_o soul_n and_o when_o a_o man_n see_v some_o hope_n than_o he_o will_v pray_v and_o fast_o and_o humble_v himself_o the_o lord_n let_v in_o this_o hope_n and_o so_o prepare_v a_o man_n for_o himself_o three_o because_o he_o will_v not_o do_v all_o at_o once_o once_o but_o but_o one_o of_o seven_o and_o this_o though_o it_o be_v not_o natural_o moral_a yet_o it_o be_v positive_o moral_a though_o it_o be_v not_o natural_a write_v in_o the_o heart_n of_o man_n as_o a_o man_n if_o he_o have_v no_o teach_n his_o conscience_n will_v find_v out_o that_o he_o shall_v not_o be_v idle_a and_o steal_v commit_v murder_n the_o conscience_n will_v grope_v out_o these_o ordinance_n and_o statute_n of_o god_n and_o the_o conscience_n will_v find_v out_o that_o there_o must_v be_v a_o set_a day_n for_o god_n worship_n and_o service_n the_o light_n of_o nature_n will_v find_v out_o that_o but_o that_o it_o must_v be_v one_o day_n of_o seven_o that_o it_o can_v find_v out_o but_o i_o say_v that_o it_o be_v the_o positive_a law_n of_o god_n that_o it_o must_v be_v one_o of_o seven_o reas_n 1_o now_o because_o it_o be_v not_o write_v in_o the_o heart_n of_o man_n but_o in_o the_o commandment_n of_o god_n positive_o deliver_v to_o we_o and_o require_v of_o we_o i_o can_v give_v no_o other_o reason_n for_o it_o but_o only_o the_o reason_n take_v out_o of_o the_o scripture_n there_o can_v be_v no_o reason_n take_v from_o the_o judgement_n of_o man_n as_o other_o law_n the_o very_a law_n of_o reason_n will_v enforce_v they_o but_o there_o can_v be_v no_o other_o reason_n for_o this_o but_o only_o out_o of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n the_o lord_n have_v command_v six_o day_n thou_o shall_v labour_v and_o be_v his_o will_n it_o must_v be_v perform_v for_o god_n may_v require_v six_o day_n for_o himself_o and_o leave_v we_o but_o one_o day_n god_n may_v have_v ordain_v it_o so_o but_o god_n intend_v we_o shall_v live_v by_o the_o sweat_n of_o our_o brow_n the_o lord_n be_v please_v to_o allow_v we_o six_o day_n now_o he_o give_v we_o six_o day_n do_v reserve_v unto_o himself_o one_o of_o seven_o reas_n 2_o second_o another_o reason_n be_v this_o as_o the_o lord_n have_v command_v this_o seven_o day_n so_o he_o say_v it_o be_v his_o day_n the_o seven_o day_n be_v the_o sabbath_n of_o the_o lord_n thy_o god_n now_o than_o if_o the_o seven_o day_n be_v the_o sabbath_n of_o the_o lord_n our_o god_n than_o we_o must_v not_o divert_v any_o of_o the_o hour_n or_o any_o part_n
