pluck_v up_o root_n and_o rind_n of_o all_o such_o weed_n as_o may_v overgrow_v choke_v and_o hinder_v the_o prosper_v of_o grace_n one_o main_a and_o rank_n weed_n be_v spiritual_a pride_n and_o selfe-conceitednesse_a which_o grow_v too_o fast_o in_o the_o best_a soil_n be_v water_v and_o cherish_v by_o the_o devil_n who_o when_o he_o can_v procure_v the_o child_n of_o god_n to_o stoop_v to_o his_o lure_n and_o bite_v at_o his_o bait_n of_o impiety_n and_o profaneness_n then_o labour_v he_o to_o poison_v he_o with_o his_o own_o venom_n to_o puff_n he_o up_o and_o make_v he_o swell_v with_o pride_n of_o his_o gift_n he_o will_v make_v he_o proud_a of_o his_o knowledge_n proud_a of_o his_o preach_n pray_v etc._n etc._n yea_o rather_o than_o fail_v he_o will_v make_v he_o proud_a of_o
