wickedness_n and_o vice_n and_o i_o will_v have_v those_o who_o have_v store_n of_o worldly_a advantage_n to_o recommend_v they_o to_o add_v religion_n to_o their_o riches_n and_o holiness_n to_o their_o honour_n that_o they_o may_v be_v current_n for_o their_o intrinsic_a value_n rather_o than_o for_o the_o image_n and_o picture_n of_o worth_n which_o the_o world_n have_v stamp_v upon_o they_o 3._o if_o holiness_n be_v the_o chief_a excellency_n and_o perfection_n of_o the_o divine_a nature_n than_o what_o a_o absurd_a and_o unreasonable_a thing_n be_v it_o to_o scorn_v and_o despise_v holiness_n to_o mock_v and_o deride_v man_n under_o this_o very_a title_n the_o world_n be_v much_o blind_v that_o they_o do_v not_o see_v the_o great_a evil_n of_o sin_n and_o the_o beauty_n and_o excellency_n of_o holiness_n but_o that_o man_n shall_v be_v so_o infatuate_v as_o to_o change_v the_o nature_n of_o thing_n and_o to_o mistake_v thing_n of_o so_o vast_a difference_n shall_v be_v matter_n of_o scorn_n and_o contempt_n as_o the_o apostle_n speak_v in_o another_o case_n behold_v you_o despiser_n and_o wonder_v and_o perish_v do_v you_o think_v the_o holy_a and_o just_a god_n will_v put_v up_o these_o affront_v and_o indignity_n you_o do_v not_o only_o despise_v man_n but_o you_o despise_v god_n also_o you_o can_v contemn_v that_o which_o god_n account_v his_o glory_n without_o revile_v the_o divine_a nature_n and_o offer_v despite_n to_o god_n himself_o the_o malice_n reach_v heaven_n and_o be_v level_v against_o god_n whenever_o you_o slight_a holiness_n that_o they_o can_v do_v they_o can_v hurt_v our_o soul_n they_o can_v follow_v we_o beyond_o the_o grave_a and_o pursue_v we_o into_o another_o world_n but_o the_o effect_n of_o god_n hatred_n and_o displeasure_n be_v mighty_a and_o last_a they_o extend_v themselves_o to_o all_o eternity_n for_o who_o know_v the_o power_n of_o his_o anger_n who_o can_v tell_v the_o utmost_a of_o what_o
