thess._n 2._o 10._o 2_o tim._n 2._o 2._o but_o alas_o while_o we_o be_v here_o they_o will_v evade_v this_o testimony_n both_o of_o our_o happiness_n by_o call_v our_o faith_n fantacy_n our_o communion_n with_o god_n delusion_n and_o the_o sincere_a profession_n of_o his_o word_n before_o the_o world_n hypocrisy_n pride_n and_o arrogancy_n yet_o i_o say_v when_o they_o see_v we_o on_o the_o right_a hand_n of_o christ_n commingle_v among_o the_o angel_n of_o light_n and_o themselves_o on_o his_o left_a hand_n and_o commingle_v with_o the_o angel_n of_o darkness_n and_o i_o say_v when_o they_o shall_v see_v our_o heart_n and_o way_n open_v before_o their_o eye_n and_o own_a by_o the_o judge_n for_o honest_a heart_n and_o good_a way_n and_o yet_o the_o same_o way_n that_o they_o hate_v slight_v disow_v and_o contemn_v what_o will_v they_o or_o what_o can_v they_o say_v but_o thus_o we_o fool_v count_v their_o life_n madness_n and_o their_o end_n to_o be_v without_o honour_n but_o how_o be_v they_o number_v with_o the_o saint_n and_o own_a by_o god_n and_o christ._n and_o true_o be_v it_o not_o that_o the_o world_n may_v by_o see_v the_o turn_n that_o be_v wrought_v on_o the_o godly_a at_o their_o conversion_n be_v convince_v of_o the_o evil_a of_o their_o way_n or_o be_v leave_v without_o excuse_v the_o more_o in_o the_o day_n of_o god_n with_o some_o other_o reason_n they_o shall_v not_o i_o be_o persuade_v stay_v so_o long_o from_o heaven_n as_o they_o do_v nor_o undergo_v so_o much_o abuse_v and_o hardship_n as_o frequent_o befall_v they_o god_n by_o the_o lengthen_v out_o the_o life_n of_o his_o people_n that_o be_v scatter_v here_o and_o there_o among_o man_n in_o this_o world_n be_v make_v work_n for_o the_o day_n of_o judgement_n and_o the_o overthrow_n of_o the_o implacable_a for_o ever_o and_o ever_o and_o as_o i_o have_v say_v will_v by_o the_o conversion_n life_n patience_n self-denial_n and_o heavenly_a mindedness_n of_o his_o dear_a child_n give_v they_o a_o heavy_a and_o most_o dreadful_a blow_n now_o when_o god_n have_v thus_o lay_v open_a the_o work_n of_o grace_n both_o by_o the_o booâ—_n of_o life_n and_o the_o christian_n heart_n then_o of_o 〈◊〉_d self_n will_v fall_v to_o the_o ground_n their_z pleading_z what_o gift_n and_o ability_n they_o have_v in_o this_o world_n they_o will_v now_o see_v that_o and_o beside_o they_o at_o that_o day_n shall_v be_v convince_v that_o theâ—e_n be_v so_o much_o reality_n and_o downright_a willingness_n in_o god_n in_o every_o tender_a of_o grace_n and_o mercy_n to_o the_o worst_a of_o man_n and_o also_o so_o much_o goodness_n justness_n and_o reasonableness_n in_o every_o command_n of_o the_o gospel_n of_o grace_n which_o they_o be_v so_o often_o entreat_v and_o beseech_v to_o embrace_v that_o they_o will_v be_v drown_v in_o the_o conviction_n of_o this_o that_o they_o do_v refuse_v love_n grace_n reason_n etc._n etc._n love_n i_o say_v for_o hatred_n grace_n for_o sin_n and_o thing_n reasonable_a for_o thing_n unreasonable_a and_o vain_a now_o they_o shall_v see_v they_o leave_v glory_n for_o shame_n god_n for_o the_o devil_n heaven_n for_o hell_n light_a for_o darkness_n now_o they_o shall_v see_v that_o though_o they_o make_v themselves_o beast_n yet_o god_n make_v theâ—_n reasonable_a creature_n and_o that_o he_o do_v with_o reason_n
