the_o same_o condition_n for_o the_o obtain_n of_o salvation_n and_o after_o the_o same_o manner_n that_o the_o law_n do_v but_o we_o be_v far_o from_o this_o for_o the_o law_n require_v perfect_a obedience_n to_o all_o the_o commandment_n thereof_o that_o be_v to_o say_v all_o manner_n of_o good_a work_n as_o that_o whereby_o we_o be_v to_o be_v justify_v before_o god_n or_o as_o the_o cause_n of_o our_o salvation_n now_o we_o on_o the_o contrary_n do_v teach_v that_o we_o be_v save_v only_o and_o altogether_o by_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n through_o the_o merit_n and_o satisfaction_n of_o jesus_n christ_n and_o we_o say_v that_o work_n be_v necessary_a to_o our_o justification_n at_o leastwise_o to_o the_o continuance_n of_o it_o after_o a_o far_o inferior_a manner_n that_o be_v absolute_o but_o upon_o condition_n of_o their_o faith_n and_o repentance_n where_o faith_n therefore_o in_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n and_o repentance_n be_v want_v it_o be_v in_o vain_a for_o man_n to_o believe_v that_o they_o be_v reconcile_v unto_o god_n or_o that_o they_o be_v in_o the_o state_n of_o salvation_n which_o be_v the_o doctrine_n now_o teach_v by_o mr._n d_o mr._n s._n and_o many_o other_o whereas_o these_o man_n than_o do_v think_v that_o all_o condition_n be_v legal_a they_o be_v herein_o deceive_v for_o the_o difference_n between_o the_o law_n and_o the_o gospel_n be_v not_o that_o the_o one_o require_v condition_n to_o be_v perform_v and_o the_o other_o none_o at_o all_o which_o be_v it_o so_o than_o the_o gospel_n shall_v be_v a_o doctrine_n of_o licentiousness_n and_o carnal_a liberty_n but_o in_o this_o that_o the_o law_n offer_v salvation_n unto_o none_o but_o unto_o those_o that_o do_v perfect_o fulfil_v it_o without_o fail_v in_o any_o the_o least_o duty_n therein_o require_v and_o command_v but_o the_o gospel_n offer_v pardon_n of_o all_o sin_n and_o transgression_n unto_o all_o that_o believe_v in_o christ_n and_o rise_v up_o out_o of_o their_o sin_n by_o repentance_n when_o they_o be_v fall_v and_o do_v not_o still_o lie_v in_o they_o thus_o the_o law_n be_v a_o covenant_n of_o work_n because_o it_o promise_v salvation_n to_o none_o but_o that_o i_o have_v already_o say_v may_v be_v sufficient_a for_o a_o answer_n unto_o this_o question_n notwithstanding_o because_o many_o at_o this_o day_n by_o hear_v of_o our_o late_a new_a preacher_n and_o read_v of_o their_o book_n have_v their_o mind_n and_o understanding_n so_o vitiate_v and_o deprave_a that_o whensoever_o they_o hear_v we_o teach_v the_o necessity_n of_o repentance_n unto_o salvation_n or_o hear_v we_o press_v the_o practice_n and_o performance_n of_o good_a work_n upon_o man_n conscience_n present_o they_o think_v that_o we_o be_v enemy_n unto_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n and_o do_v preach_v nothing_o but_o the_o law_n for_o so_o indeed_o some_o few_o year_n since_o when_o one_o hear_v i_o tell_v my_o hearer_n that_o as_o long_o as_o any_o one_o of_o they_o do_v live_v in_o sin_n and_o not_o practice_v repentance_n it_o be_v in_o vain_a for_o he_o to_o believe_v that_o his_o sin_n be_v forgive_v and_o that_o he_o shall_v at_o the_o come_n of_o christ_n to_o judgement_n rise_v again_o in_o his_o own_o body_n to_o live_v eternal_o with_o christ_n after_o he_o be_v return_v home_o from_o the_o church_n he_o speak_v aloud_o in_o the_o hear_n of_o divers_a and_o say_v here_o be_v nothing_o but_o preach_v of_o the_o law_n preach_v of_o repentance_n repent_v and_o you_o shall_v be_v save_v repent_v and_o heaven_n gate_n shall_v be_v set_v open_a for_o you_o to_o the_o intent_n therefore_o that_o such_o poor_a seduce_a soul_n may_v be_v bring_v to_o see_v their_o error_n i_o will_v handle_v this_o matter_n a_o little_a more_o he_o incur_v that_o penalty_n and_o even_o so_o in_o like_a manner_n because_o the_o law_n require_v universal_a obedience_n of_o we_o and_o curse_v we_o if_o we_o break_v but_o any_o one_o commandment_n thereof_o therefore_o if_o we_o shall_v commit_v but_o one_o sin_n in_o all_o our_o life_n there_o be_v no_o hope_n of_o salvation_n by_o the_o law_n but_o a_o fearful_a expectation_n of_o judgement_n and_o wrath_n everlasting_a but_o now_o see_v christ_n have_v redeem_v we_o from_o the_o curse_n of_o the_o law_n and_o although_o he_o command_v we_o to_o walk_v before_o he_o in_o all_o the_o way_n of_o his_o commandment_n be_v yet_o please_v to_o pardon_v our_o fall_n if_o we_o do_v not_o lie_v still_o and_o welter_v and_o wallow_v in_o the_o puddle_n of_o our_o sin_n as_o he_o come_v thither_o so_o although_o as_o st._n james_n say_v 3.2_o jam._n 3.2_o we_o do_v in_o many_o thing_n offend_v all_o that_o be_v take_v many_o fall_n while_o we_o be_v in_o our_o journey_n towards_o heaven_n yet_o if_o we_o do_v not_o lie_v still_o in_o any_o sin_n but_o rise_v up_o again_o speedy_o by_o repentance_n and_o proceed_v in_o our_o obedience_n to_o god_n commandment_n we_o may_v true_o be_v say_v to_o walk_v in_o the_o way_n of_o righteousness_n and_o shall_v in_o the_o end_n come_v to_o heaven_n through_o the_o mercy_n of_o god_n in_o christ_n jesus_n but_o it_o may_v here_o be_v say_v object_n there_o be_v many_o good_a soul_n that_o labour_n and_o strive_v constant_o and_o continual_o to_o repent_v &_o believe_v and_o yet_o they_o be_v so_o trouble_v with_o doubt_n and_o fear_n which_o do_v
