begin_v to_o seize_v upon_o a_o man_n and_o the_o stroke_n of_o some_o terror_n and_o feâ—â—_n strike_v in_o and_o drive_v the_o soul_n to_o a_o amaze_n and_o insomuch_o that_o the_o heart_n say_v good_a lord_n what_o will_v this_o come_v to_o if_o this_o befall_v i_o what_o shall_v become_v of_o i_o this_o be_v astonishment_n the_o second_o part_n be_v this_o and_o that_o go_v further_a and_o our_o translation_n express_v it_o to_o the_o full_a my_o soul_n begin_v to_o be_v very_o heavy_a that_o be_v our_o translation_n but_o the_o word_n go_v a_o degree_n further_o when_o this_o sorrow_n act_v only_o strike_v and_o shake_v the_o heart_n of_o our_o saviour_n with_o the_o suddenness_n of_o it_o but_o it_o enter_v into_o his_o soul_n and_o fill_v it_o abundant_o and_o rack_v it_o to_o saviour_n be_v surcharge_v and_o fill_v be_v full_a with_o the_o indignation_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o that_o heavy_a vexation_n that_o lie_v upon_o he_o for_o so_o the_o word_n imply_v abundance_n of_o misery_n which_o do_v bear_v down_o the_o heart_n of_o a_o poor_a creature_n but_o this_o be_v not_o in_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n though_o his_o soul_n be_v fill_v brim_n full_a of_o the_o indignation_n of_o the_o lord_n yet_o he_o be_v not_o overcharge_v with_o it_o second_o hence_o it_o follow_v that_o all_o the_o faculty_n of_o the_o whole_a nature_n of_o the_o soul_n of_o our_o saviour_n they_o gather_v up_o themselves_o and_o they_o draw_v up_o all_o their_o force_n to_o bear_v up_o themselves_o against_o the_o wrath_n of_o the_o lord_n which_o be_v now_o come_v upon_o they_o all_o the_o power_n of_o his_o soul_n the_o mind_n and_o the_o memory_n and_o hope_v and_o fear_n they_o be_v all_o gather_v up_o as_o in_o time_n of_o war_n the_o soldier_n come_v all_o forth_o from_o their_o garrison_n to_o close_v in_o the_o main_a battle_n so_o the_o lord_n jesus_n foresee_v the_o wrath_n of_o the_o father_n come_v against_o he_o and_o he_o draw_v forth_o all_o his_o ability_n and_o leave_v all_o other_o employment_n whole_o and_o bring_v they_o to_o fence_v and_o to_o fortify_v themselves_o to_o bear_v this_o wrath_n of_o the_o lord_n as_o if_o our_o saviour_n have_v say_v come_v you_o all_o hither_o and_o help_v to_o bear_v up_o my_o soul_n against_o the_o unsupportable_a wrath_n of_o god_n this_o be_v the_o very_a skirt_n and_o selvedge_n of_o the_o word_n yet_o observe_v this_o by_o the_o way_n our_o saviour_n be_v not_o deprive_v of_o this_o work_n of_o any_o of_o his_o ability_n but_o only_o they_o be_v call_v off_o from_o all_o other_o employment_n and_o they_o whole_o betake_v themselves_o to_o bean_n the_o wrath_n of_o the_o lord_n as_o the_o main_a work_n which_o now_o do_v lie_v upon_o they_o and_o this_o may_v be_v do_v and_o be_v do_v by_o our_o saviour_n and_o yet_o without_o sin_n as_o it_o be_v with_o a_o clock_n a_o man_n may_v stoâ—_n the_o wheel_n upon_o force_n and_o make_v they_o stand_v still_o though_o there_o be_v no_o distemper_n in_o the_o wheel_n cause_v it_o but_o only_o the_o hand_n which_o stop_v it_o so_o it_o be_v with_o christ_n there_o be_v no_o infirmity_n in_o the_o mind_n or_o memory_n of_o our_o saviour_n but_o the_o hand_n of_o god_n be_v so_o heavy_a upon_o he_o and_o the_o wrath_n of_o god_n so_o seize_v upon_o he_o that_o all_o other_o action_n cease_v and_o he_o attend_v to_o no_o
