to_o elude_v our_o proof_n for_o when_o we_o bring_v testimony_n direct_v out_o of_o scripture_n of_o the_o happiness_n of_o god_n servant_n after_o this_o life_n they_o answer_v present_o that_o they_o be_v to_o be_v understand_v either_o of_o eminent_a saint_n which_o be_v present_o accept_v into_o god_n presence_n or_o of_o their_o designation_n to_o bliss_n though_o they_o be_v not_o present_o possess_v of_o it_o which_o must_v be_v acknowledge_v to_o be_v a_o kind_n of_o happiness_n compare_v at_o least_o with_o the_o wicked_n condition_n which_o after_o death_n be_v irreparable_a but_o these_o notwithstanding_o and_o certain_a other_o we_o shall_v take_v notice_n of_o by_o and_o by_o we_o declare_v positive_o that_o for_o this_o doctrine_n of_o purgatory_n there_o be_v not_o any_o ground_n of_o scripture_n reason_n or_o antiquity_n but_o on_o the_o contrary_a all_o these_o be_v sufficient_a evidence_n to_o the_o contrary_n for_o if_o the_o thing_n be_v all_o this_o we_o say_v take_v effect_n immediate_o upon_o the_o change_n of_o this_o mortal_a into_o immortal_a state_n for_o who_o tell_v they_o that_o to_o the_o application_n of_o the_o work_n to_o the_o wage_n be_v require_v the_o suffrage_n of_o the_o live_n or_o passion_n
