excommunicate_a person_n &_o consequent_o all_o manifest_a heretic_n according_a to_o the_o limitation_n of_o the_o council_n of_o constance_n yet_o have_v the_o custom_n of_o the_o church_n a_o true_a interpreter_n of_o law_n receive_v this_o decree_n with_o this_o general_a enlargement_n as_o it_o be_v also_o in_o the_o council_n of_o basill_n propound_v so_o that_o this_o toleration_n must_v be_v general_o understand_v that_o even_o with_o heretic_n not_o by_o name_n excommunicate_a nor_o notorious_a striker_n of_o the_o clergy_n we_o may_v as_o well_o in_o civil_a as_o in_o spiritual_a thing_n communicate_v when_o i_o say_v spiritual_a thing_n i_o mean_v such_o thing_n as_o belong_v unto_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n not_o the_o invention_n or_o society_n of_o infernal_a spirit_n but_o what_o manner_n of_o spiritual_a thing_n caluin_v mystery_n be_v and_o of_o the_o understanding_n of_o this_o kind_n of_o toleration_n 7._o see_v §._o 7._o enough_o have_v be_v say_v above_o now_o must_v i_o warn_v you_o and_o whosoever_o shall_v take_v the_o pain_n to_o geve_v the_o read_n unto_o this_o my_o writing_n that_o these_o tolleration_n in_o two_o case_n can_v be_v any_o warrant_n unto_o we_o at_o all_o case_n no_o toleration_n in_o two_o case_n they_o be_v in_o whatsoever_o case_n indispensable_a first_o if_o we_o find_v such_o communication_n to_o be_v noisome_a unto_o our_o soul_n so_o that_o we_o perceive_v ourselves_o to_o wax_v cold_a in_o our_o fervour_n and_o catholic_a resolution_n of_o persevere_v in_o christian_a duty_n good_a life_n and_o frequent_v of_o sacrament_n for_o this_o bond_n of_o avoid_v spiritual_a danger_n do_v bind_v we_o in_o every_o sin_n second_o if_o there_o be_v join_v withal_o a_o express_a or_o virtual_a denial_n of_o our_o faith_n or_o contempt_n of_o the_o church_n or_o superstitious_a behaviour_n or_o scandal_n which_o in_o go_v to_o heretic_n church_n do_v always_o concur_v for_o even_o as_o the_o aforesaid_a toleration_n can_v make_v but_o if_o you_o in_o murder_n theft_n fornication_n idolatry_n communicate_v with_o heretic_n you_o shall_v sin_n as_o much_o as_o before_o the_o toleration_n so_o be_v it_o in_o this_o case_n of_o go_v to_o the_o church_n that_o therefore_o which_o be_v good_a you_o may_v by_o the_o toleration_n aforesaid_a do_v with_o heretic_n that_o which_o be_v evil_a be_v as_o unlawful_a as_o ever_o before_o and_o therefore_o in_o unlawful_a matter_n we_o must_v have_v recourse_n unto_o the_o ancient_a apostolical_a rule_n of_o avoid_v most_o constant_o heretic_n and_o especial_o in_o their_o service_n as_o a_o thing_n which_o can_v never_o be_v lawful_a for_o if_o a_o man_n may_v in_o put_v of_o his_o cap_n to_o they_o as_o s._n john_n say_v in_o his_o second_o epistle_n communicate_v to_o their_o wicked_a work_n because_o he_o may_v geve_v they_o countenance_n &_o encouragement_n to_o prosecute_v the_o same_o how_o much_o more_o shall_v he_o do_v the_o like_a in_o the_o very_a top_n of_o their_o
