among_o the_o thief_n and_o robber_n aswell_o as_o any_o other_o sinner_n whatsoever_o that_o so_o thou_o may_v save_v some_o of_o they_o that_o have_v be_v such_o and_o deliver_v other_o from_o the_o hand_n of_o those_o that_o be_v and_o will_v be_v such_o for_o ever_o thou_o have_v tell_v we_o thyself_o that_o the_o thief_n come_v to_o steal_v kill_v and_o to_o destroy_v john_n 10.10_o by_o the_o last_o of_o these_o thou_o save_v so_o many_o of_o they_o as_o will_v repent_v with_o the_o good_a thief_n and_o put_v their_o trust_n in_o thou_o and_o the_o other_o two_o thou_o vanquish_v so_o that_o they_o shall_v not_o prevail_v either_o against_o thou_o or_o thou_o to_o their_o destruction_n or_o confusion_n as_o will_v be_v manifest_v more_o at_o large_a in_o that_o which_o will_v follow_v and_o ensue_v upon_o this_o subject_n when_o we_o shall_v come_v to_o speak_v of_o thy_o death_n burial_n and_o the_o like_a and_o therefore_o if_o these_o thy_o enemy_n use_v thou_o as_o a_o thief_n in_o come_v out_o against_o thou_o with_o sword_n and_o staff_n torch_n and_o lantern_n and_o such_o other_o instrument_n as_o whereby_o they_o use_v to_o take_v and_o apprehend_v thief_n and_o robber_n withal_o it_o be_v but_o thy_o father_n justice_n against_o our_o sin_n which_o thou_o come_v into_o the_o world_n most_o cheerful_o and_o willing_o to_o satisfy_v &_o undergo_v but_o yet_o i_o must_v confess_v that_o see_v thou_o be_v innocent_a as_o well_o from_o these_o as_o all_o other_o offence_n both_o thy_o suffering_n and_o thy_o enemy_n sin_n be_v the_o great_a in_o that_o they_o do_v these_o thing_n unto_o thou_o without_o thy_o desert_n and_o therefore_o there_o be_v a_o great_a deal_n of_o reason_n that_o they_o shall_v be_v punish_v and_o thou_o pity_v according_o for_o if_o it_o be_v a_o thing_n much_o to_o be_v condole_v and_o lament_v to_o see_v a_o innocent_a and_o honest_a man_n to_o be_v apprehend_v and_o violent_o lay_v hold_v upon_o yea_o drag_v and_o hale_v pinion_v and_o manacle_v too_o and_o so_o carry_v to_o prison_n and_o thence_o afterward_o bring_v to_o the_o bar_n and_o force_v to_o answer_v for_o his_o life_n then_o much_o more_o when_o these_o thing_n be_v do_v coelorum_fw-la &_o angelorum_fw-la domino_fw-la to_o he_o that_o be_v lord_n both_o of_o heaven_n and_o earth_n as_o it_o be_v unto_o our_o bless_a saviour_n who_o as_o the_o prophet_n speak_v be_v lead_v as_o a_o sheep_n unto_o the_o slaughter_n esay_n 53.7_o wherefore_o our_o saviour_n do_v but_o just_o complain_v of_o their_o injustice_n in_o say_v they_o come_v out_o withstand_v they_o in_o their_o robbery_n as_o it_o be_v say_v of_o the_o bandettee_n in_o france_n that_o they_o seldom_o rob_v but_o they_o kill_v too_o why_o christ_n do_v never_o any_o of_o these_o thing_n but_o be_v so_o far_o from_o do_v they_o as_o that_o he_o do_v the_o clean_a contrary_n for_o instead_o of_o fly_v he_o go_v to_o meet_v they_o when_o they_o come_v to_o take_v he_o and_o when_o the_o officer_n know_v he_o not_o he_o tell_v they_o that_o he_o be_v the_o man_n vliro_n se_fw-fr dans_fw-fr in_fw-la manus_fw-la eorum_fw-la yield_v himself_o willing_o and_o ready_o of_o his_o own_o accord_n into_o their_o hand_n and_o instead_o of_o hurt_v or_o be_v any_o way_n in_o such_o kind_a prejudicial_a to_o any_o man_n he_o do_v infinite_a good_a to_o all_o man_n heal_v they_o of_o all_o manner_n of_o sickness_n and_o sore_n that_o stand_v in_o need_n of_o his_o help_n either_o of_o those_o way_n and_o last_o he_o be_v so_o far_o from_o rob_v or_o take_v any_o thing_n unjust_o from_o they_o as_o that_o he_o will_v never_o be_v sole_a owner_n or_o possess_v any_o temporal_a thing_n as_o his_o own_o but_o rather_o spend_v and_o employ_v all_o such_o thing_n as_o he_o have_v as_o his_o gift_n and_o grace_n his_o labour_n and_o his_o learning_n yea_o and_o his_o very_a life_n and_o all_o for_o the_o benefit_n and_o salvation_n of_o other_o and_o therefore_o i_o say_v it_o be_v a_o great_a point_n of_o injustice_n in_o they_o thus_o to_o come_v out_o unto_o he_o as_o to_o a_o thief_n with_o sword_n and_o staff_n and_o that_o which_o be_v add_v by_o our_o saviour_n himself_o in_o the_o text_n add_v also_o a_o increase_n to_o their_o mischief_n and_o his_o misery_n that_o be_v that_o while_o he_o be_v daily_o or_o in_o the_o day_n time_n teach_v in_o the_o temple_n among_o they_o they_o take_v he_o not_o but_o make_v choice_n of_o the_o night_n to_o do_v it_o in_o and_o therefore_o come_v with_o lantern_n and_o torch_n aswell_o as_o
