some_o crime_n from_o which_o they_o and_o none_o else_o can_v absolve_v or_o not_o do_v it_o without_o their_o leave_n therefore_o the_o synod_n do_v declare_v that_o notwithstanding_o this_o doctrine_n have_v not_o hitherto_o be_v understand_v or_o practise_v in_o this_o bishopric_n by_o reason_n of_o the_o great_a ignorance_n of_o the_o church_n and_o sacred_a canon_n that_o have_v reign_v therein_o nevertheless_o that_o the_o ordinary_a confessor_n have_v no_o power_n to_o absolve_v in_o case_n reserve_v to_o the_o prelate_n and_o least_o of_o all_o in_o those_o that_o be_v reserve_v to_o the_o pope_n namely_o those_o contain_v in_o the_o bulla_n coenâ—_n domini_fw-la which_o all_o confessor_n ought_v to_o be_v acquaint_v with_o neither_o can_v they_o absolve_v in_o the_o crime_n of_o heresy_n or_o in_o any_o case_n wherein_o the_o faith_n be_v concern_v all_o which_o do_v belong_v to_o the_o court_n of_o the_o holy_a office_n of_o inquisition_n or_o to_o such_o
