our_o faith_n the_o ultimate_a end_n of_o the_o gospel-revelation_n but_o st._n james_n tell_v we_o the_o devil_n than_o may_v be_v as_o good_a christian_n as_o we_o for_o they_o also_o believe_v and_o tremble_v jam._n 2.19_o and_o at_o the_o 26_o verse_n as_o the_o body_n without_o the_o spirit_n be_v dead_a so_o faith_n without_o work_n be_v dead_a also_o good_a work_n then_o be_v the_o very_a life_n and_o spirit_n of_o christianity_n so_o that_o we_o be_v infinite_o mistake_v if_o we_o think_v that_o any_o one_o article_n of_o the_o christian_a faith_n end_v mere_o in_o word_n be_v capable_a of_o a_o good_a sense_n reconcâ—leable_a with_o our_o strict_a duty_n or_o else_o they_o be_v not_o the_o dictate_v of_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n nor_o the_o sense_n of_o the_o holy_a inspire_v men_n themselves_o but_o the_o proverb_n or_o say_n of_o dissolute_a man_n who_o be_v there_o personate_v which_o lie_v under_o the_o dominion_n of_o sin_n and_o be_v bring_v into_o captivity_n to_o the_o law_n of_o sin_n we_o be_v little_o verse_v indeed_o in_o scripture_n if_o we_o know_v not_o there_o be_v some_o thing_n obscure_a in_o it_o yet_o we_o must_v be_v blind_a if_o we_o do_v not_o plain_o perceive_v that_o it_o do_v indispensable_o exact_a of_o we_o a_o righteous_a and_o just_a and_o a_o virtuous_a and_o holy_a life_n agreeable_a to_o the_o heavenly_a and_o everlasting_a law_n of_o the_o kingdom_n of_o heaven_n our_o god_n have_v no_o pleasure_n in_o wickedness_n neither_o shall_v any_o evil_a dwell_v with_o he_o such_o as_o be_v foolish_a shall_v not_o stand_v in_o his_o sight_n for_o he_o hate_v all_o they_o that_o work_n vanity_n he_o shall_v destroy_v they_o that_o speak_v lease_v the_o lord_n will_v abhor_v both_o the_o bloodthirsty_a and_o deceitful_a man_n as_o the_o psalmist_n have_v it_o psal_n 5.4_o 5_o 6._o and_o god_n be_v not_o of_o another_o mind_n under_o the_o gospel_n but_o if_o the_o christian_a faith_n do_v indeed_o make_v void_a the_o necessity_n of_o be_v true_o righteous_a and_o holy_a and_o allow_v its_o professor_n the_o liberty_n of_o live_v in_o immorality_n and_o sin_n it_o ought_v to_o be_v reject_v of_o all_o sober_a
