the_o say_v holy_a scripture_n do_v evident_o teach_v we_o that_o christ_n redemption_n be_v not_o apply_v unto_o we_o but_o by_o faith_n and_o therefore_o all_o such_o as_o be_v destitute_a of_o the_o faith_n of_o christ_n be_v void_a of_o their_o justification_n and_o remain_v still_o guilty_a of_o sin_n be_v the_o child_n of_o wrath_n and_o in_o danger_n of_o eternal_a damnation_n it_o repugn_v to_o reason_n salvation_n why_o christian_n say_v be_v necessary_a to_o salvation_n because_o to_o the_o end_n that_o we_o may_v become_v partaker_n of_o any_o great_a and_o unaccustomed_a benefit_n all_o reason_n require_v that_o we_o acknowledge_v the_o benefit_n and_o our_o be_v â—â—â—â—ctor_n and_o that_o we_o honour_v he_o as_o it_o be_v come_v we_o with_o all_o thanksgiving_n redemption_n be_v so_o great_a and_o unaccustomed_a and_o he_o who_o bestow_v it_o upon_o we_o so_o great_a and_o famous_a as_o also_o the_o mean_n whereby_o he_o bestow_v it_o upon_o we_o so_o strange_a and_o marvellous_a it_o be_v requisite_a we_o shall_v acknowledge_v all_o these_o thing_n lest_o we_o shall_v live_v and_o die_v ungrateful_a towards_o so_o great_a a_o benefactor_n and_o lest_o instead_o of_o blessing_n &_o thank_v he_o after_o the_o manner_n of_o the_o jew_n we_o curse_v and_o blaspheme_v he_o it_o be_v therefore_o a_o absurd_a thing_n to_o esteem_v those_o who_o do_v not_o believe_v in_o christ_n to_o be_v partaker_n of_o eternal_a salvation_n prepare_v for_o we_o by_o christ_n the_o which_o also_o by_o this_o may_v be_v confirm_v because_o none_o can_v be_v save_v who_o do_v not_o know_v god_n and_o the_o benefit_n of_o his_o creation_n for_o otherwise_o all_o idolator_n may_v be_v save_v neither_o therefore_o can_v he_o be_v save_v who_o do_v not_o know_v the_o benefit_n of_o his_o redemption_n because_o the_o benefit_n of_o our_o redemption_n be_v far_o great_a and_o more_o admirable_a and_o do_v more_o appertain_v to_o the_o glory_n of_o god_n and_o of_o christ_n our_o redeemer_n and_o require_v also_o of_o we_o great_a honour_n service_n and_o thanks_n give_v neither_o be_v it_o sufficient_a for_o we_o to_o know_v in_o general_a that_o all_o good_a thing_n come_v unto_o we_o from_o god_n for_o this_o be_v not_o sufficient_a for_o the_o honour_n and_o gratitude_n which_o be_v dew_n unto_o he_o but_o we_o must_v also_o know_v what_o and_o how_o great_a the_o benefit_n be_v as_o also_o by_o what_o manner_n way_n and_o mean_v he_o bestow_v it_o upon_o we_o that_o be_v to_o say_v that_o he_o have_v deliver_v we_o from_o sin_n and_o everlasting_a death_n and_o that_o he_o have_v open_v unto_o we_o the_o way_n to_o eternal_a life_n &_o that_o after_o a_o most_o admirable_a manner_n to_o wit_n by_o join_v our_o nature_n unto_o he_o &_o by_o suffer_v therein_o death_n for_o us._n for_o this_o especial_o commend_v his_o charity_n mercy_n and_o justice_n this_o also_o exact_v at_o our_o hand_n all_o duery_n praise_n and_o thanksgiving_n these_o therefore_o be_v most_o necessary_o to_o be_v know_v to_o salvation_n the_o 3._o reason_n if_o every_o one_o may_v be_v save_v in_o his_o own_o faith_n than_o therefore_o that_o the_o creator_n of_o heaven_n and_o earth_n and_o to_o be_v the_o rewarder_n of_o both_o good_a and_o evil_a work_n their_o faith_n notwithstanding_o be_v not_o of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n but_o of_o their_o own_o private_a judgement_n or_o rather_o of_o the_o devil_n for_o they_o do_v not_o believe_v so_o because_o god_n have_v reveal_v it_o unto_o man_n by_o any_o true_a prophet_n but_o because_o mahomet_n who_o they_o think_v to_o be_v the_o prophet_n of_o god_n &_o his_o instrument_n to_o teach_v mortal_a man_n have_v so_o set_v it_o down_o in_o his_o alcoran_n albeit_o therefore_o that_o which_o they_o believe_v be_v true_a yet_o because_o the_o ground_n of_o their_o belief_n and_o the_o whole_a reason_n thereof_o be_v fâ—lse_a and_o pestilent_a to_o wit_n that_o mahomet_n be_v they_o unto_o salvation_n or_o that_o they_o can_v be_v save_v by_o that_o faith_n how_o can_v that_o which_o be_v uncertain_a deceitful_a &_o pestiferous_a be_v make_v the_o foundation_n of_o our_o justice_n before_o god_n or_o of_o eternal_a salvation_n in_o like_a manner_n albeit_o the_o jew_n do_v believe_v the_o same_o or_o rather_o more_o thing_n agreeable_a unto_o truth_n yet_o the_o faith_n whereby_o they_o do_v believe_v they_o be_v deceytfull_a and_o void_a of_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n for_o the_o whole_a reason_n or_o cause_n of_o their_o belief_n be_v because_o the_o rabbyn_o and_o doctor_n of_o their_o synagogue_n do_v so_o interpret_v the_o holy_a scripture_n unto_o they_o for_o they_o be_v the_o rule_n of_o their_o belief_n or_o which_o be_v all_o one_o the_o holy_a scripture_n as_o it_o be_v subject_a to_o their_o interpretation_n but_o this_o whole_a reason_n of_o their_o belief_n be_v deceytfull_a and_o no_o less_o hurtful_a and_o dangerous_a then_o that_o of_o the_o turk_n for_o it_o be_v no_o less_o hurtful_a to_o believe_v that_o their_o rabbyns_n interpret_n the_o holy_a scripture_n be_v endue_v with_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n then_o to_o believe_v that_o mahomet_n be_v the_o prophet_n of_o god_n neither_o be_v they_o draw_v into_o lesser_a absurditye_n by_o the_o force_n of_o that_o principle_n how_o therefore_o can_v that_o faith_n
