like_a that_o of_o the_o mede_n and_o persian_n peremptory_a and_o unalterable_a quod_fw-la scripsi_fw-la scripsi_fw-la what_o i_o have_v write_v i_o have_v write_v say_v the_o law_n in_o all_o these_o respect_n sin_n by_o the_o commandment_n and_o the_o law_n do_v become_v and_o appear_v to_o be_v exceed_o sinful_a but_o if_o it_o shall_v be_v say_v by_o any_o that_o though_o the_o law_n be_v severe_a to_o sinner_n yet_o the_o gospel_n be_v propitious_a and_o merciful_a to_o they_o and_o therefore_o sin_n seem_v not_o now_o at_o least_o to_o be_v so_o vile_a a_o thing_n as_o heretofore_o to_o this_o i_o shall_v answer_v and_o make_v it_o evident_a 6_o that_o the_o gospel_n also_o bear_v witness_n yea_o sin_n yea_o the_o gospel_n witness_v against_o sin_n and_o be_v the_o and_o death_n the_o design_n and_o doctrine_n of_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n which_o be_v and_o be_v all_o against_o sin_n the_o design_n of_o christ_n be_v indeed_o to_o save_v sinner_n 1_o tim._n 1.15_o but_o to_o destroy_v sin_n rom._n 8.3_o 1_o joh._n 3.5_o with_o 8._o he_o come_v to_o save_v his_o people_n from_o their_o sin_n he_o come_v not_o to_o save_v from_o the_o petty_a and_o contemptible_a evil_n of_o reproach_n and_o affliction_n etc._n etc._n but_o from_o the_o great_a and_o formidable_a evil_n of_o sin_n from_o the_o guilt_n for_o time_n past_a and_o the_o power_n
