general_o believe_v by_o the_o reform_a church_n unto_o this_o day_n and_o though_o mr._n goodwin_n stiff_o deny_v that_o there_o be_v any_o conditional_a promise_n in_o the_o gospel-covenant_n yet_o the_o gospel_n for_o according_a to_o he_o the_o gospel_n have_v no_o threaten_n and_o if_o it_o have_v a_o mere_a threaten_a alone_a without_o a_o promise_n be_v no_o mean_n of_o offer_v mercy_n and_o pardon_n to_o a_o man._n it_o remain_v therefore_o in_o the_o four_o place_n that_o since_o mercy_n and_o pardon_n be_v offer_v to_o the_o non-elect_a unbeliever_n it_o must_v be_v by_o the_o promise_n of_o the_o gospel_n but_o it_o can_v be_v by_o the_o absolute_a promise_n for_o the_o absolute_a promise_n be_v not_o make_v to_o the_o non-elect_a unbeliever_n beside_o that_o the_o absolute_a promise_n be_v always_o fulfil_v and_o so_o the_o non-elect_a shall_v be_v certain_o pardon_v and_o save_v and_o since_o it_o be_v so_o evident_a that_o it_o can_v be_v by_o the_o
