it_o can_v therefore_o ordinary_o at_o least_o be_v attempt_v without_o sin_n by_o other_o because_o a_o deviation_n from_o his_o institution_n and_o thus_o far_o all_o who_o acknowledge_v a_o ministerial_a function_n be_v at_o a_o accord_n in_o this_o particular_a and_o the_o far_a prosecution_n thereof_o no_o way_n necessary_a to_o be_v intend_v i_o say_v therefore_o three_o that_o as_o this_o affair_n be_v whether_o in_o extraordinary_a case_n and_o where_o a_o lawful_a minister_n can_v be_v have_v other_o person_n may_v take_v upon_o they_o to_o consecrate_v and_o administer_v it_o and_o whither_o if_o they_o do_v so_o what_o they_o do_v be_v so_o far_o valid_a as_o to_o make_v that_o which_o they_o pretend_v to_o consecrate_v and_o administer_v to_o have_v the_o relation_n of_o a_o sacrament_n but_o as_o it_o will_v be_v consider_v whether_o it_o be_v not_o equal_o advisable_v for_o such_o person_n to_o let_v alone_o altogether_o the_o consecration_n and_o administration_n thereof_o because_o christ_n may_v as_o well_o supply_v to_o man_n the_o want_n of_o the_o sacrament_n themselves_o as_o the_o defect_n of_o those_o who_o
sacrament_n and_o so_o far_o therefore_o to_o be_v in_o a_o capacity_n to_o profit_v those_o to_o who_o they_o be_v dispense_v so_o it_o be_v christ_n and_o not_o the_o minister_n who_o must_v dispense_v the_o grace_n of_o the_o sacrament_n and_o the_o effect_n of_o that_o sacrament_n therefore_o depend_v not_o upon_o the_o minister_n intention_n and_o purpose_n but_o upon_o the_o of_o sin_n from_o whence_o as_o it_o will_v follow_v that_o those_o sacrament_n be_v of_o necessary_a use_n as_o which_o both_o the_o one_o and_o the_o other_o injunction_n oblige_v we_o to_o believe_v so_o they_o be_v also_o so_o necessary_a by_o virtue_n of_o the_o former_a that_o they_o can_v be_v neglect_v without_o sin_n and_o by_o the_o latter_a if_o not_o the_o former_a that_o man_n can_v hope_v for_o the_o grace_n of_o they_o where_o those_o sacrament_n be_v in_o like_a manner_n neglect_v for_o beside_o that_o every_o neglect_n of_o a_o command_n be_v as_o such_o a_o sin_n the_o severe_a usage_n of_o infant_n and_o child_n may_v not_o more_o reasonable_o be_v believe_v than_o their_o original_a sin_n upon_o the_o account_n of_o the_o great_a evidence_n there_o may_v be_v of_o it_o but_o whether_o we_o can_v any_o more_o deny_v the_o original_a sin_n of_o infant_n and_o child_n upon_o the_o account_n of_o our_o inability_n to_o apprehend_v how_o they_o shall_v
