faithful_a we_o see_v die_v still_o even_o as_o other_o do_v therefore_o it_o be_v conclude_v by_o some_o that_o temporal_a death_n be_v not_o the_o wage_n of_o sin_n for_o then_o when_o we_o be_v free_a from_o sin_n by_o christ_n we_o shall_v be_v free_v from_o that_o our_o answer_n to_o this_o be_v death_n that_o christ_n have_v free_v all_o his_o elect_a not_o only_o from_o eternal_a but_o even_o from_o temporal_a death_n though_o not_o from_o both_o in_o the_o same_o manner_n from_o temporal_a death_n first_o in_o hope_n of_o which_o the_o apostle_n speak_v 1_o cor._n 15._o say_v the_o last_o enemy_n that_o shall_v be_v destroy_v be_v death_n mean_v temporal_a death_n at_o last_o than_o it_o shall_v be_v destroy_v mortal_a shall_v put_v on_o immortality_n as_o the_o apostle_n the_o total_a removal_n and_o riddance_n of_o the_o relic_n of_o sin_n from_o which_o they_o be_v not_o free_v in_o this_o life_n but_o when_o they_o die_v than_o all_o sin_n be_v take_v away_o for_o as_o at_o the_o first_o sin_n bring_v death_n into_o the_o world_n so_o to_o the_o faithful_a now_o death_n carry_v it_o out_o again_o three_o their_o entrance_n into_o heaven_n and_o to_o be_v at_o home_o with_o the_o lord_n from_o who_o we_o be_v absent_a as_o long_o as_o we_o be_v at_o home_n in_o these_o body_n four_o simile_n to_o prepare_v their_o body_n for_o renew_v at_o the_o last_o day_n that_o be_v do_v by_o death_n for_o as_o a_o decay_a image_n or_o statue_n must_v first_o be_v break_v that_o it_o may_v be_v new_a cast_n so_o these_o body_n of_o we_o must_v be_v break_v by_o death_n that_o they_o may_v be_v cast_v into_o a_o new_a mould_n of_o immortality_n at_o the_o general_a resurrection_n but_o here_o as_o some_o sin_n remain_v so_o death_n remain_v though_o we_o be_v in_o christ_n yet_o we_o be_v still_o in_o that_o estate_n wherein_o it_o be_v appoint_v to_o all_o man_n once_o to_o die_v thus_o even_o temporal_a death_n be_v leave_v to_o the_o child_n of_o god_n to_o be_v undergo_v before_o they_o come_v to_o heaven_n it_o be_v leave_v to_o they_o i_o say_v and_o that_o just_o in_o respect_n of_o the_o remnant_n of_o sin_n yet_o they_o undergo_v it_o no_o other_o way_n but_o for_o their_o own_o good_a and_o benefit_n however_o temporal_a death_n in_o its_o own_o nature_n to_o a_o unbeliever_n be_v the_o wage_n of_o sin_n and_o as_o temporal_a death_n so_o eternal_a death_n for_o when_o god_n tell_v man_n that_o in_o the_o day_n he_o finned_a he_o shall_v die_v the_o death_n he_o mean_v not_o only_o temporal_a but_o eternal_a death_n he_o mean_v that_o principal_o as_o i_o show_v before_o in_o that_o the_o apostle_n oppose_v it_o to_o eternal_a life_n in_o the_o next_o clause_n of_o the_o sentence_n now_o christ_n have_v free_v all_o commit_v for_o be_v the_o offence_n of_o a_o infinite_a majesty_n it_o deserve_v a_o infinite_a punishment_n for_o we_o know_v oftence_n be_v reckon_v of_o for_o their_o greatness_n according_a as_o the_o greatness_n of_o the_o person_n be_v against_o who_o they_o be_v commit_v if_o he_o that_o clip_v the_o king_n coin_n or_o deface_v the_o king_n arm_n or_o counterfeit_v the_o broad_a seal_n of_o england_n or_o the_o prince_n privy_a seal_n aught_o to_o die_v as_o a_o traitor_n because_o this_o disgrace_n tend_v to_o the_o person_n of_o the_o prince_n much_o more_o ought_v he_o that_o violate_v the_o law_n of_o god_n die_v the_o first_o and_o second_o death_n too_o because_o it_o tend_v to_o the_o deface_v of_o the_o image_n and_o the_o disgrace_n of_o the_o person_n of_o god_n himself_o who_o be_v contemn_v and_o dishonour_v in_o every_o sin_n second_o subject_n sin_n be_v infinite_a in_o respect_n of_o the_o subject_n wherein_o it_o be_v the_o soul_n of_o man_n see_v the_o soul_n be_v immortal_a and_o of_o a_o everlasting_a substance_n and_o that_o the_o guilt_n of_o sin_n and_o the_o blot_n together_o stain_v the_o soul_n as_o a_o crimson_a and_o scarlet_a die_n upon_o wool_n and_o can_v no_o more_o be_v sever_v from_o the_o soul_n than_o the_o spot_n from_o the_o leopard_n it_o remain_v as_o the_o soul_n be_v eternal_a and_o as_o that_o be_v everlasting_a so_o sin_n be_v infinite_a in_o durance_n and_o continuance_n and_o deserve_v a_o infinite_a wage_n and_o punishment_n which_o be_v eternal_a death_n three_o desire_v it_o be_v infinite_a also_o in_o respect_n of_o the_o tie_n between_o the_o desire_n and_o endeavour_v of_o a_o impenitent_a sinner_n for_o his_o desire_n be_v to_o walk_v on_o still_o in_o sin_n and_o except_o god_n cut_v off_o the_o line_n of_o life_n never_o to_o give_v over_o sin_v but_o he_o will_v run_v on_o infinite_o commit_v sin_n even_o with_o greediness_n and_o it_o be_v reason_n that_o as_o god_n accept_v the_o will_n for_o the_o deed_n in_o godliness_n so_o he_o shall_v punish_v the_o will_n for_o the_o deed_n in_o wickedness_n if_o we_o sin_v according_a to_o our_o eternity_n in_o our_o will_n and_o purpose_n to_o sin_n god_n will_v punish_v we_o according_a to_o his_o eternity_n it_o be_v just_a that_o they_o that_o will_v never_o be_v without_o sin_n if_o they_o may_v have_v their_o own_o will_n shall_v never_o be_v without_o punishment_n thus_o we_o see_v eternal_a death_n be_v the_o wage_n of_o sin_n though_o sin_n be_v commit_v in_o a_o moment_n though_o it_o be_v a_o transcient_a wicked_a child_n here_o it_o be_v a_o judgement_n to_o the_o parent_n and_o to_o the_o child_n too_o upon_o the_o parent_n as_o far_o as_o he_o be_v guilty_a of_o the_o neglect_n of_o his_o duty_n and_o of_o evil_a example_n and_o the_o like_a so_o he_o be_v punish_v in_o the_o shame_n that_o befall_v his_o posterity_n as_o it_o be_v a_o blessing_n upon_o a_o man_n that_o he_o be_v not_o ashamed_a to_o sit_v in_o the_o gate_n as_o solomon_n speak_v no_o man_n can_v upbraid_v he_o with_o his_o child_n 31._o so_o it_o be_v a_o correction_n to_o god_n child_n even_o when_o their_o
