the_o sacrament_n as_o often_o as_o you_o be_v trouble_v &_o tempt_v through_o your_o sin_n in_o your_o conscience_n cumber_v through_o the_o fear_n of_o death_n or_o of_o hell_n trouble_v by_o weakness_n either_o of_o body_n or_o of_o soul_n or_o that_o you_o be_v faint_a heart_a in_o faith_n or_o that_o you_o be_v burden_a with_o any_o weakness_n or_o feebleness_n whatsoever_o it_o be_v wherewith_o the_o devil_n the_o world_n or_o the_o flesh_n will_v hinder_v you_o in_o your_o inheritance_n or_o blessedness_n seek_v here_o comfort_n in_o the_o word_n and_o sign_n give_v in_o this_o sacrament_n by_o christ_n which_o he_o have_v at_o his_o last_o supper_n leave_v unto_o you_o where_o upon_o he_o die_v and_o have_v no_o doubt_n at_o all_o but_o that_o god_n in_o temptation_n work_v
