5._o yet_o if_o the_o miscarriage_n be_v so_o great_a in_o the_o order_n even_o of_o these_o circumstance_n or_o in_o the_o manner_n of_o duty_n as_o shall_v overthrow_v the_o duty_n itself_o and_o
