a_o saint_n in_o it_o without_o spâ—ts_n god_n have_v reserve_v the_o time_n of_o full-â—â—â—â—nsing_a of_o his_o people_n to_o another_o world_n christ_n can_v cleanse_v his_o people_n present_o now_o when_o as_o there_o be_v one_o that_o belong_v to_o jesus_n christ_n and_o that_o christ_n have_v set_v his_o love_n upon_o from_o eternity_n christ_n see_v such_o a_o one_o wallow_v in_o the_o filth_n of_o sin_n o_o the_o very_a bowel_n of_o christ_n do_v earn_v o_o christ_n take_v they_o and_o with_o his_o own_o blood_n cleanse_v they_o and_o will_v never_o leave_v wash_v and_o cleanse_v of_o the_o soul_n till_o he_o have_v cleanse_v it_o from_o all_o its_o spot_n and_o present_v it_o before_o the_o father_n and_o mark_v in_o the_o second_o place_n christ_n love_v we_o and_o this_o be_v a_o fruit_n of_o christ_n love_n to_o cleanse_v we_o from_o our_o spot_n and_o then_o he_o give_v himself_o that_o he_o may_v cleanse_v we_o perhaps_o you_o think_v it_o be_v of_o little_a moment_n to_o be_v cleanse_v from_o the_o filth_n of_o your_o sin_n but_o christ_n account_v it_o such_o a_o matter_n that_o he_o will_v give_v his_o life_n for_o it_o i_o account_v the_o cleanse_n thy_o heart_n be_v thus_o that_o thou_o account_v the_o love_n of_o christ_n to_o consist_v in_o this_o and_o that_o thou_o can_v prize_v christ_n upon_o this_o that_o he_o give_v himself_o to_o the_o end_n that_o he_o may_v cleanse_v thy_o soul_n from_o the_o sin_n sure_o thou_o do_v prize_n cleanse_v from_o sin_n indeed_o and_o if_o thou_o do_v prize_v it_o at_o so_o high_a a_o rate_n this_o be_v that_o work_v out_o that_o sin_n that_o be_v in_o they_o now_o the_o ungodly_a they_o have_v sin_n but_o they_o have_v no_o principle_n of_o life_n to_o work_v it_o out_o hence_o in_o prov._n 25._o 26._o the_o righteous_a when_o they_o fall_v they_o be_v say_v to_o be_v like_o a_o trouble_a fountain_n now_o you_o know_v a_o fountain_n that_o be_v trouble_v or_o if_o there_o be_v dirt_n and_o into_o such_o great_a sin_n when_o do_v you_o ever_o know_v any_o one_o godly_a man_n fall_v to_o be_v such_o a_o apostate_n as_o to_o hate_v the_o saint_n and_o yet_o to_o turn_v again_o to_o god_n for_o thereby_o you_o may_v know_v whether_o he_o be_v godly_a or_o no_o if_o it_o be_v a_o temptation_n in_o one_o that_o be_v godly_a though_o he_o do_v apostatise_n very_o far_o yet_o he_o will_v return_v back_o again_o but_o for_o my_o part_n i_o never_o know_v it_o nor_o hear_v of_o any_o man_n that_o be_v a_o professor_n of_o religion_n and_o fall_v for_n far_o as_o to_o hate_v the_o saint_n to_o hate_v other_o godly_a man_n and_o to_o persecute_v they_o i_o never_o know_v any_o example_n that_o come_v again_o but_o now_o you_o shall_v have_v many_o godly_a man_n that_o fall_v foul_o i_o but_o yet_o their_o heart_n be_v towards_o the_o saint_n and_o they_o think_v that_o they_o be_v in_o a_o bless_a condition_n though_o i_o have_v a_o wicked_a and_o vile_a heart_n and_o i_o can_v prevail_v against_o such_o and_o such_o corruption_n yet_o there_o be_v those_o that_o be_v able_a to_o prevail_v against_o their_o corruption_n there_o be_v those_o that_o be_v godly_a o_o they_o be_v in_o a_o happy_a condition_n o_o happy_a be_v such_o a_o man_n such_o a_o woman_n they_o be_v not_o overcome_v with_o such_o corruption_n as_o i_o be_o overcome_v with_o so_o that_o though_o they_o be_v overcome_v with_o sin_n yet_o they_o will_v still_o have_v their_o heart_n towards_o the_o saint_n and_o prise_v those_o that_o be_v not_o overcome_v with_o such_o corruption_n as_o they_o be_v but_o now_o it_o be_v not_o so_o with_o the_o wicked_a four_o the_o last_o symptom_n of_o spiritual_a life_n that_o be_v in_o the_o saint_n be_v this_o though_o they_o be_v overcome_v with_o much_o corruption_n yet_o you_o shall_v find_v this_o ever_o in_o they_o they_o do_v not_o lose_v the_o savour_n and_o relish_v of_o the_o most_o spiritual_a ministry_n and_o the_o word_n as_o other_o do_v wicked_a man_n they_o be_v so_o defile_v with_o their_o corruption_n that_o that_o take_v away_o all_o their_o relish_n and_o taste_v of_o spiritual_a thing_n they_o can_v relish_v a_o spiritual_a ministry_n more_o than_o a_o filthy_a one_o but_o now_o take_v one_o that_o ever_o have_v any_o true_a godliness_n in_o he_o though_o he_o be_v very_o foul_o fall_v perhaps_o into_o some_o gross_a sin_n yet_o he_o be_v able_a to_o taste_v the_o word_n in_o some_o degree_n he_o can_v taste_v a_o difference_n between_o ministry_n and_o ministry_n yea_o between_o company_n and_o company_n between_o the_o spirit_n of_o one_o man_n and_o the_o spirit_n of_o another_o i_o say_v he_o do_v not_o whole_o lose_v his_o savour_n but_o still_o he_o have_v some_o kind_n of_o savour_n to_o taste_v a_o difference_n between_o that_o that_o be_v spiritual_a and_o carnal_a and_o especial_o in_o the_o ministry_n of_o the_o word_n he_o find_v some_o savour_n in_o that_o for_o if_o ever_o he_o be_v convert_v it_o be_v a_o spiritual_a work_n of_o the_o word_n that_o do_v convert_v he_o and_o there_o be_v some_o seed_n of_o it_o do_v remain_v in_o his_o heart_n hence_o be_v that_o of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n by_o the_o apostle_n saint_n peter_n 1_o epist_n c_o 1._o ver_fw-la last_o the_o word_n of_o the_o lord_n endure_v for_o ever_o and_o â—his_fw-la be_v the_o word_n which_o by_o the_o gospel_n be_v preach_v â—o_o you_o now_o this_o word_n of_o the_o lord_n he_o do_v not_o mean_a here_o the_o very_a book_n and_o letter_n of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n but_o he_o mean_v the_o word_n of_o god_n upon_o the_o heart_n of_o the_o godly_a for_o so_o you_o shall_v find_v he_o speak_v of_o it_o in_o the_o 23._o v_o be_v bear_v again_o not_o of_o corruptible_a seed_n but_o of_o incorruptible_a by_o the_o word_n of_o god_n which_o live_v and_o abide_v for_o ever_o for_o all_o flesh_n be_v as_o grass_n and_o all_o the_o glory_n that_o be_v all_o work_n of_o nature_n and_o common_a gift_n they_o vanish_v but_o the_o word_n of_o god_n endure_v forever_o that_o be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n upon_o the_o heart_n â—f_n the_o saint_n there_o be_v a_o spiritual_a seed_n and_o efficacy_n of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n that_o first_o do_v beget_v the_o soul_n that_o do_v abide_v for_o ever_o there_o be_v none_o fall_v off_o so_o but_o have_v some_o seed_n of_o the_o spiritualness_n of_o god_n word_n that_o do_v abide_v in_o their_o heart_n that_o do_v enable_v they_o to_o savour_n god_n word_n thus_o you_o see_v their_o spot_n be_v not_o deadly_a o_o that_o if_o any_o of_o you_o that_o have_v godliness_n and_o have_v fall_v foul_o from_o god_n that_o you_o will_v but_o consider_v of_o these_o thing_n be_v there_o such_o seed_n of_o life_n remain_v in_o you_o you_o be_v those_o that_o do_v yet_o belong_v to_o he_o therefore_o do_v not_o you_o fall_v off_o more_o and_o more_o if_o you_o be_v one_o that_o do_v belong_v to_o god_n you_o will_v not_o abuse_v recover_v so_o you_o have_v your_o sin_n and_o the_o godly_a man_n have_v his_o sin_n and_o outward_o the_o godly_a man_n sin_n appear_v as_o much_o as_o you_o do_v i_o but_o you_o may_v be_v to_o death_n for_o all_o that_o as_o now_o according_a to_o this_o similitude_n of_o a_o spot_n sometime_o a_o man_n have_v some_o kind_n of_o grievous_a spot_n upon_o his_o flesh_n cause_v by_o some_o distemper_n well_o but_o yet_o this_o be_v not_o so_o now_o as_o in_o the_o time_n of_o the_o plague_n when_o you_o see_v those_o blue_a token_n on_o you_o which_o they_o call_v god_n token_n though_o perhaps_o you_o have_v no_o other_o spot_n nor_o sore_n so_o many_o man_n and_o woman_n may_v seem_v to_o live_v very_o strict_o and_o not_o break_v out_o into_o such_o scandalous_a sin_n as_o other_o do_v and_o their_o spot_n seem_v not_o to_o be_v so_o full_a of_o corruption_n as_o other_o man_n be_v i_o but_o there_o â—â—e_v the_o blue_a spot_n of_o a_o plague_n upon_o they_o â—â—at_o be_v be_v the_o most_o natural_a work_n of_o your_o heart_n it_o may_v be_v you_o think_v your_o heart_n be_v good_a why_o because_o you_o have_v many_o good_a mood_n in_o time_n of_o sickness_n o_o no_o your_o heart_n may_v be_v very_o bad_a for_o all_o that_o but_o look_v how_o your_o heart_n do_v work_v when_o you_o be_v most_o in_o peace_n and_o free_a from_o danger_n that_o be_v the_o most_o natural_a work_n of_o a_o man_n heart_n and_o then_o sixthly_a that_o be_v the_o most_o natural_a work_n of_o a_o man_n heart_n when_o he_o be_v himself_o which_o he_o do_v with_o most_o deliberation_n a_o man_n may_v do_v otherwise_o then_o the_o natural_a temper_n of_o his_o heart_n will_v carry_v he_o on_o to_o on_o a_o sudden_a but_o it_o can_v be_v say_v a_o man_n self_n as_o paul_n say_v it_o be_v not_o i_o that_o do_v it_o but_o sin_n that_o dwell_v in_o i_o but_o now_o when_o a_o man_n upon_o deliberation_n and_o examination_n will_v do_v a_o thing_n than_o he_o do_v they_o come_v but_o to_o be_v themselves_o and_o then_o their_o heart_n will_v not_o close_o with_o they_o so_o much_o when_o temptation_n rise_v it_o may_v draw_v awaytheir_o heart_n i_o but_o when_o put_v you_o on_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n make_v no_o provision_n for_o the_o flesh_n to_o fulfil_v the_o lâ—sts_n thereof_o you_o can_v put_v on_o the_o lord_n jesus_n 〈…〉_z yet_o make_v over_o take_v they_o when_o a_o man_n shall_v be_v contrive_v and_o plot_v he_o will_v have_v such_o satisfaction_n to_o a_o sinful_a lust_n i_o say_v he_o seek_v to_o overtake_v his_o sin_n rather_o than_o his_o sin_n overtake_v he_o that_o be_v the_o first_o thing_n second_o suppose_v the_o sin_n have_v in_o some_o measure_n overtake_v a_o saint_n yet_o in_o the_o second_o place_n it_o be_v not_o easy_o entertain_v suppose_v sin_n do_v come_v and_o present_v itself_o and_o follow_v a_o child_n of_o god_n i_o say_v sin_n be_v not_o easy_o entertain_v it_o be_v not_o admit_v upon_o easy_a term_n a_o wicked_a man_n will_v admit_v of_o his_o sin_n upon_o very_o easy_a term_n some_o sin_n at_o least_o if_o your_o servant_n shall_v leave_v the_o door_n by_o the_o latch_n you_o will_v suspect_v they_o to_o be_v in_o covenant_n with_o the_o thief_n that_o they_o be_v one_o plot_v with_o the_o other_o so_o when_o any_o man_n shall_v admit_v of_o a_o sin_n upon_o easy_a term_n that_o sin_n shall_v get_v in_o easy_o into_o the_o soul_n it_o be_v a_o sign_n there_o be_v a_o â—eague_n between_o the_o soul_n and_o sin_n a_o gracious_a heart_n be_v watchful_a against_o sin_n and_o be_v careful_a to_o keep_v it_o out_o to_o lock_v and_o bolt_n it_o out_o it_o will_v â—â—t_n leave_v the_o door_n at_o latch_n so_o as_o to_o admit_v of_o
sin_n upon_o easy_a term_n three_o yet_o suppose_v sin_n have_v get_v in_o a_o gracious_a heart_n be_v easy_o convince_v of_o his_o sin_n a_o little_a matter_n will_v convince_v he_o after_o his_o that_o second_o neither_o will_v a_o child_n of_o god_n ordinary_o plead_v that_o it_o be_v a_o temptation_n o_o i_o it_o be_v a_o temptation_n that_o have_v prevail_v against_o i_o i_o be_v tempt_v to_o it_o and_o such_o and_o such_o be_v the_o cause_n of_o it_o i_o but_o a_o gracious_a heart_n will_v rather_o charge_v the_o wickedness_n that_o be_v within_o it_o then_o charge_v a_o temptation_n though_o he_o be_v overcome_v with_o a_o sin_n yet_o when_o the_o truth_n of_o god_n come_v it_o meet_v with_o something_o within_o the_o heart_n that_o be_v suitable_a to_o the_o truth_n and_o it_o present_o close_v together_o you_o have_v a_o notable_a example_n for_o that_o in_o the_o prophet_n david_n 1_o sam._n 25._o 32._o for_o the_o understanding_n of_o it_o you_o may_v cast_v your_o eye_n upon_o some_o verse_n before_o you_o shall_v find_v that_o david_n be_v in_o a_o way_n of_o sin_n that_o his_o choler_n have_v get_v up_o and_o prevail_v against_o he_o and_o he_o be_v â—â—out_v a_o advocate_n to_o plead_v for_o believer_n with_o the_o father_n when_o ever_o they_o sin_n against_o the_o father_n there_o stand_v christ_n their_o advocate_n plead_v he_o watch_v if_o there_o come_v in_o any_o accusation_n against_o they_o if_o the_o law_n or_o the_o devil_n or_o conscience_n shall_v send_v up_o a_o accusation_n christ_n stand_v as_o a_o advocate_n to_o plead_v their_o cause_n you_o know_v i_o suppose_v what_o a_o advocate_n in_o law_n do_v mean_a he_o stand_v to_o plead_v the_o cause_n of_o his_o client_n &_o whatsoever_o come_v in_o against_o he_o he_o be_v make_v acquaint_v withal_o that_o he_o may_v stand_v to_o plead_v this_o be_v the_o case_n of_o the_o child_n of_o god_n notwithstanding_o their_o sin_n they_o have_v a_o advocate_n with_o the_o father_n their_o portion_n though_o such_o as_o it_o belong_v not_o to_o will_v be_v â—eady_a to_o snatch_v at_o it_o and_o that_o be_v the_o second_o thing_n in_o the_o different_a way_n of_o god_n deal_v with_o his_o child_n when_o they_o sin_n and_o with_o the_o ungodly_a thou_o sin_v as_o other_o do_v thy_o sin_n for_o the_o act_n may_v be_v the_o same_o but_o when_o thou_o have_v sin_v who_o stand_v before_o the_o father_n to_o plead_v thy_o cause_n what_o have_v christ_n to_o do_v with_o thou_o or_o thou_o to_o do_v with_o he_o but_o rather_o thy_o conscience_n and_o law_n and_o devil_n stand_v plead_v against_o thou_o and_o none_o to_o answer_v for_o thou_o but_o three_o when_o a_o godly_a man_n sin_n god_n deal_v with_o he_o not_o according_a to_o the_o law_n of_o justice_n but_o according_a to_o the_o law_n of_o grace_n we_o be_v not_o under_o the_o law_n say_v the_o apostle_n concern_v believer_n but_o under_o grace_n when_o another_o sin_n the_o law_n pass_v present_o upon_o he_o but_o say_v the_o apostle_n in_o rom._n 8._o 1._o there_o be_v no_o condemnation_n to_o they_o that_o be_v in_o christ_n jesus_n the_o law_n can_v pass_v upon_o they_o to_o condemn_v they_o they_o be_v not_o to_o be_v deal_v withal_o according_a to_o the_o law_n but_o according_a to_o grace_n now_o the_o ungodly_a when_o they_o sin_n they_o be_v deal_v withal_o according_a to_o the_o law_n god_n will_v do_v they_o no_o wrong_n but_o the_o law_n must_v pass_v upon_o they_o yea_o not_o only_o so_o but_o they_o be_v deliver_v from_o the_o law_n and_o from_o all_o the_o curse_n of_o the_o law_n i_o the_o lord_n have_v promise_v that_o he_o will_v spare_v they_o as_o a_o man_n do_v his_o only_a son_n that_o serve_v he_o in_o mal._n 3._o last_o if_o thou_o be_v a_o child_n this_o be_v thy_o portion_n and_o they_o shall_v be_v i_o say_v the_o lord_n of_o host_n in_o that_o day_n when_o i_o make_v up_o my_o jewel_n and_o i_o will_v spare_v they_o as_o a_o man_n spare_v lord_n will_v spare_v they_o as_o a_o father_n spare_v his_o own_o son_n that_o serve_v he_o a_o father_n will_v not_o cast_v cut_v his_o son_n from_o his_o house_n and_o disinherit_v he_o for_o every_o offence_n that_o he_o do_v commit_v neither_o will_v god_n deal_v so_o with_o his_o child_n though_o they_o have_v spot_n though_o they_o have_v infimity_n and_o hence_o we_o find_v that_o christ_n and_o so_o cover_v himself_o before_o god_n which_o do_v you_o think_v be_v the_o better_a cover_n her_o be_v the_o difference_n between_o a_o child_n of_o god_n and_o you_o five_o and_o then_o fast_o god_n child_n though_o they_o sin_n yet_o still_o they_o be_v in_o covenat_n with_o god_n god_n have_v take_v they_o in_o to_o a_o 〈◊〉_d verlasting_a covenant_n with_o himself_o that_o be_v make_v good_a this_o covenant_n that_o god_n have_v make_v with_o they_o must_v stand_v now_o o_o what_o a_o different_a condition_n be_v one_o in_o from_o the_o other_o now_o though_o there_o may_v be_v thought_n in_o wicked_a heart_n to_o abuse_v these_o thing_n yet_o i_o name_v they_o to_o this_o end_n that_o you_o may_v see_v the_o exceed_a difference_n between_o the_o state_n of_o one_o and_o the_o state_n of_o the_o other_o and_o that_o so_o by_o this_o you_o may_v be_v restless_a in_o your_o own_o spirit_n till_o you_o come_v to_o know_v that_o you_o be_v in_o the_o state_n of_o these_o man_n that_o be_v so_o happy_a that_o be_v that_o you_o be_v of_o the_o number_n of_o god_n child_n i_o shall_v not_o need_v to_o stand_v to_o give_v further_a note_n and_o evidence_n for_o the_o very_a open_n of_o the_o point_n about_o the_o defferent_a behaviour_n of_o one_o in_o respect_n of_o their_o sin_n from_o the_o other_o will_v be_v enough_o to_o show_v who_o be_v in_o this_o condition_n and_o who_o not_o who_o god_n will_v deal_v with_o all_o in_o this_o gracious_a manner_n in_o respect_n of_o their_o sin_n and_o who_o not_o however_o man_n of_o the_o world_n will_v deal_v so_o much_o the_o more_o harsh_o with_o those_o that_o do_v offend_v if_o they_o can_v take_v any_o one_o that_o make_v profession_n of_o religion_n trip_v in_o any_o thing_n they_o will_v be_v more_o severe_a against_o they_o than_o against_o other_o because_o of_o their_o profession_n well_o god_n do_v not_o do_v so_o if_o there_o be_v uprightness_n in_o the_o heart_n no_o you_o will_v say_v it_o be_v not_o because_o of_o that_o but_o because_o of_o cloak_v wickedness_n with_o their_o profession_n well_o if_o you_o be_v sure_a your_o heart_n be_v right_a in_o that_o that_o profession_n your_o soul_n do_v love_n and_o therefore_o it_o be_v the_o great_a grief_n of_o your_o soul_n that_o any_o one_o that_o make_v profession_n of_o religion_n shall_v dishonour_v it_o by_o wicked_a course_n then_o i_o say_v can_v you_o approve_v your_o heart_n before_o god_n that_o your_o heart_n be_v grieve_v and_o trouble_v and_o not_o rejoice_v at_o it_o that_o you_o can_v sin_v any_o advantage_n against_o profession_n as_o some_o do_v then_o i_o confess_v if_o the_o thing_n be_v vile_a and_o foul_a and_o such_o a_o thing_n as_o you_o can_v in_o charity_n see_v that_o it_o may_v stand_v with_o truth_n of_o grace_n to_o be_v a_o mere_a infirmity_n but_o a_o wickedness_n than_o you_o may_v follow_v it_o to_o the_o very_a foot_n and_o bottom_n and_o those_o that_o shall_v trouble_v the_o people_n of_o god_n with_o gross_a and_o vile_a sin_n and_o think_v to_o colour_v they_o over_o with_o profession_n of_o religion_n it_o be_v just_a with_o god_n they_o shall_v be_v trouble_v but_o if_o we_o have_v time_n we_o shall_v speak_v somewhat_o to_o that_o in_o the_o close_a of_o all_o we_o come_v now_o to_o the_o application_n of_o thâ—_n point_n only_o this_o caution_n about_o this_o thing_n cau._n take_v heed_n that_o you_o deceive_v not_o your_o heart_n about_o this_o thing_n if_o a_o man_n have_v two_o child_n one_o be_v godly_a and_o the_o other_o be_v proeen_v if_o they_o can_v have_v a_o advantage_n over_o one_o that_o be_v the_o more_o godly_a they_o will_v be_v more_o bitter_a to_o he_o than_o the_o other_o and_o if_o they_o have_v two_o servant_n one_o godly_a the_o other_o profane_a why_o the_o profane_a one_o shall_v fare_v better_o than_o the_o godly_a if_o they_o can_v have_v but_o the_o least_o advantage_n against_o they_o well_o howsoever_o thou_o deal_v with_o child_n or_o servant_n when_o thou_o have_v take_v they_o in_o a_o fault_n that_o the_o wicked_a find_v more_o favour_n from_o thou_o yet_o god_n deal_v otherwise_o his_o child_n shall_v find_v favour_n from_o he_o only_o let_v they_o take_v heed_n that_o they_o do_v not_o turn_v their_o hand_n to_o wickedness_n or_o their_o heart_n to_o folly_n confident_a that_o they_o give_v satisfaction_n to_o themselves_o in_o any_o way_n of_o wickedness_n we_o have_v all_o our_o infirmity_n and_o there_o be_v a_o end_n as_o if_o there_o be_v no_o shall_v fall_v to_o sin_n against_o light_n against_o thy_o conscience_n thou_o will_v hardly_o be_v able_a to_o discern_v any_o difference_n between_o thy_o sin_n and_o the_o sin_n of_o the_o wicked_a and_o therefore_o look_v to_o thyself_o in_o this_o thing_n oh_o let_v those_o that_o be_v godly_a take_v heed_n that_o they_o bring_v not_o themselves_o in_o regard_n of_o their_o own_o sense_n in_o to_o as_o lamentable_a a_o condition_n as_o the_o wicked_a be_v to_o have_v as_o much_o horror_n of_o conscience_n in_o their_o own_o ceiling_n as_o thewicked_a and_o ungodly_a have_n o_o how_o great_a a_o pity_n be_v it_o that_o those_o between_o who_o and_o the_o wicked_a god_n have_v make_v so_o great_a a_o difference_n yet_o that_o through_o their_o negligence_n they_o shall_v bring_v themselves_o into_o as_o great_a a_o horror_n as_o the_o wicked_a and_o ungodly_a be_v in_o and_o last_o that_o this_o may_v not_o be_v abuse_v let_v those_o that_o pretend_v unto_o god_n and_o say_v they_o be_v his_o child_n and_o they_o be_v in_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n and_o speak_v much_o of_o freegrace_n and_o yet_o by_o their_o wicked_a scandalous_a life_n do_v manifest_a that_o indeed_o they_o be_v not_o god_n child_n let_v they_o know_v that_o their_o spot_n be_v the_o worst_a spot_n of_o all_o they_o be_v not_o only_o the_o spot_n of_o wicked_a man_n but_o even_o have_v the_o spot_n of_o devil_n upon_o they_o if_o any_o spot_n be_v a_o loathsome_a a_o accurse_a a_o abominable_a spot_n it_o be_v the_o spot_n of_o a_o man_n or_o woman_n that_o make_v much_o profession_n of_o the_o gospel_n and_o yet_o live_v a_o scandalous_a wicked_a and_o ungodly_a life_n and_o especial_o there_o be_v some_o who_o spot_n be_v such_o as_o the_o heart_n of_o a_o man_n can_v but_o tremble_v at_o the_o very_a thought_n of_o they_o those_o that_o will_v put_v off_o their_o sin_n even_o to_o god_n himself_o they_o take_v liberty_n to_o sin_n and_o say_v they_o can_v do_v nothing_o without_o he_o and_o so_o give_v way_n to_o wickedness_n and_o think_v if_o god_n will_v give_v they_o more_o grace_n than_o they_o shall_v do_v better_a but_o till_o then_o they_o can_v not_o be_v better_o and_o so_o what_o blame_v there_o be_v they_o lay_v it_o upon_o god_n himself_o o_o what_o a_o spot_n be_v this_o that_o thou_o will_v cast_v thy_o sin_n upon_o the_o infinite_a pure_a god_n it_o be_v very_o observable_a in_o this_o text_n they_o have_v corrupt_v themselves_o their_o spot_n be_v not_o the_o spot_n of_o god_n child_n oh_o do_v not_o think_v to_o cast_v it_o upon_o god_n as_o if_o moses_n shall_v have_v say_v do_v not_o you_o think_v to_o cast_v your_o sin_n upon_o god_n for_o you_o have_v corrupt_v yourselves_o and_o your_o spot_n be_v not_o the_o spot_n of_o god_n child_n and_o then_o for_o other_o that_o take_v liberty_n in_o sin_n they_o think_v that_o all_o their_o sin_n be_v do_v away_o by_o the_o blood_n of_o jesus_n christ_n and_o therefore_o they_o may_v take_v liberty_n and_o though_o they_o dare_v not_o say_v that_o therefore_o they_o may_v yet_o this_o be_v the_o language_n of_o their_o heart_n and_o life_n many_o that_o in_o these_o latter_a day_n have_v speak_v much_o about_o the_o covenant_n of_o free_a grace_n yet_o they_o have_v make_v the_o blood_n of_o christ_n that_o be_v appoint_v by_o god_n to_o cleanse_v we_o from_o our_o iniquity_n they_o have_v make_v this_o blood_n a_o occasion_n of_o defile_v their_o soul_n by_o their_o iniquity_n o_o what_o a_o horrible_a spot_n be_v this_o that_o thou_o shall_v make_v the_o blood_n of_o christ_n to_o be_v the_o cause_n of_o it_o as_o far_o as_o thou_o can_v that_o must_v be_v a_o abominable_a defilement_n when_o
