be_v perform_v by_o we_o and_o that_o we_o see_v ourselves_o unable_a to_o perform_v they_o may_v be_v move_v to_o seek_v for_o they_o at_o the_o hand_n of_o god_n who_o be_v the_o only_a giver_n of_o they_o quest_n what_o need_n be_v there_o for_o they_o to_o repent_v who_o have_v former_o receive_v pardon_n of_o their_o sin_n and_o can_v possible_o perish_v because_o christ_n death_n be_v a_o full_a satisfaction_n not_o only_o for_o their_o sin_n past_a but_o for_o all_o that_o ever_o they_o shall_v commit_v during_o this_o life_n answ_n yes_o certain_o repentance_n be_v very_o needful_a for_o they_o and_o therefore_o the_o apostle_n councel_v they_o among_o the_o rest_n of_o their_o spiritual_a armour_n ephesian_n 6._o to_o have_v their_o foot_n shod_a with_o the_o preparation_n of_o grace_n and_o mercy_n through_o christ_n answ_n the_o fault_n be_v in_o man_n who_o through_o the_o corruption_n of_o his_o heart_n resist_v this_o grace_n and_o mercy_n offer_v and_o so_o harden_v his_o heart_n in_o sin_n choose_v rather_o to_o enjoy_v his_o pleasure_n here_o then_o to_o humble_v himself_o to_o walk_v with_o god_n to_o enjoy_v his_o grace_n and_o mercy_n for_o ever_o quest_n have_v the_o elect_a any_o more_o power_n in_o themselves_o than_o other_o to_o repent_v and_o turn_v to_o the_o lord_n answ_n no_o none_o at_o all_o but_o repentance_n be_v the_o gift_n of_o god_n as_o we_o say_v before_o and_o it_o be_v he_o that_o by_o his_o spirit_n do_v effect_v this_o great_a work_n in_o they_o 2_o tim._n 2.25_o quest_n why_o do_v not_o god_n give_v repentance_n to_o all_o and_o so_o save_v all_o by_o christ_n that_o so_o all_o man_n may_v for_o ever_o glorify_v and_o praise_v his_o mercy_n answ_n it_o be_v his_o purpose_n from_o all_o eternity_n as_o well_o to_o set_v
