it_o be_v as_o absurd_a to_o believe_v what_o contradict_v our_o sense_n in_o a_o object_n of_o sense_n as_o to_o extend_v these_o maxim_n to_o object_n which_o be_v insensible_a and_o only_o in_o idea_n the_o seem_a domonstration_n of_o these_o and_o such_o like_a contradiction_n arise_v from_o the_o apply_v of_o the_o maxim_n take_v from_o physical_a and_o material_a thing_n to_o mathematical_a idea_n which_o be_v in_o the_o mind_n only_o and_o have_v no_o existence_n in_o the_o nature_n of_o thing_n and_o the_o same_o absurdity_n may_v be_v start_v upon_o any_o other_o subject_n by_o confound_v the_o several_a notion_n and_o property_n of_o thing_n of_o different_a nature_n that_o the_o whole_a be_v great_a than_o part_n of_o it_o be_v a_o physical_a axiom_n and_o which_o our_o sense_n can_v give_v we_o no_o assurance_n but_o that_o our_o reason_n may_v be_v mistake_v in_o it_o and_o whenever_o we_o pass_v the_o proper_a bound_n of_o each_o faculty_n and_o judge_v the_o of_o difficulty_n concern_v the_o object_n belong_v to_o one_o faculty_n by_o abstract_a notion_n belong_v to_o another_o we_o must_v necessary_o fall_v into_o error_n and_o confusion_n when_o they_o be_v use_v about_o thing_n of_o another_o nature_n thus_o if_o a_o man_n shall_v judge_v of_o sound_n by_o his_o idea_n of_o colour_n or_o of_o colour_n by_o his_o notion_n of_o sound_n he_o may_v multiply_v contradiction_n without_o end_n and_o yet_o these_o be_v not_o more_o different_a than_o sensible_a object_n be_v from_o insensible_a and_o material_a from_o immaterial_a god_n
