to_o beget_v discord_n betwixt_o his_o majesty_n and_o his_o subject_n and_o the_o dislike_n of_o his_o majesty_n government_n and_o the_o reproach_n of_o the_o same_o and_o the_o say_a law_n and_o act_n of_o parliament_n be_v never_o understand_v or_o libel_v upon_o in_o any_o other_o sense_n and_o all_o the_o former_a act_n of_o parliament_n which_o relate_v to_o the_o crime_n of_o leasing-making_a in_o general_a term_n and_o under_o the_o qualification_n foresay_a as_o tend_v to_o beget_v discord_n betwixt_o his_o majesty_n and_o his_o subject_n be_v explain_v and_o full_o declare_v as_o to_o what_o be_v the_o true_a meaning_n and_o import_n thereof_o by_o the_o 134th_o act_n par._n 8._o james_n 6._o which_o relate_v to_o the_o same_o crime_n of_o leasing-making_a and_o which_o be_v express_o describe_v in_o these_o term_n to_o be_v wicked_a and_o licentious_a public_a and_o private_a speech_n and_o untrue_a calumny_n to_o the_o disdain_n and_o contempt_n of_o his_o majesty_n council_n and_o proceed_n and_o to_o the_o dishonour_n and_o prejudice_n of_o his_o highness_n and_o his_o estate_n stir_v up_o his_o highness_n subject_n to_o mislike_v and_o sedition_n
