though_o some_o philosopher_n in_o their_o jangle_a humour_n have_v make_v a_o doubt_n of_o it_o yet_o i_o think_v no_o sober_a and_o wise_a christian_a will_v deny_v it_o but_o whether_o the_o matter_n of_o it_o be_v the_o same_o with_o that_o of_o these_o inferior_a body_n adhuc_fw-la sub_fw-la judice_fw-la lie_fw-la est_fw-la it_o have_v be_v and_o still_o be_v a_o great_a question_n among_o divine_n the_o ancient_a father_n and_o doctor_n of_o the_o primitive_a church_n for_o the_o most_o part_n follow_v plato_n hold_v that_o it_o agree_v with_o the_o nature_n of_o the_o elementary_a body_n yet_o so_o as_o it_o be_v compound_v of_o the_o fine_a flower_n and_o choice_a delicacy_n of_o the_o element_n but_o the_o schoolman_n on_o the_o one_o side_n that_o follow_v aristotle_n adhere_v to_o his_o quintessence_n and_o by_o no_o mean_n will_v be_v beat_v from_o it_o since_o say_v they_o if_o the_o element_n and_o the_o heaven_n shall_v agree_v in_o the_o same_o matter_n it_o shall_v consequent_o follow_v that_o there_o shall_v be_v a_o mutual_a traffic_n and_o commerce_n a_o reciprocal_a action_n and_o passion_n between_o they_o which_o will_v soon_o draw_v on_o a_o change_n and_o by_o degree_n a_o ruin_n upon_o those_o glorious_a body_n now_o though_o this_o point_n will_v never_o i_o think_v be_v full_o and_o final_o determine_v till_o we_o come_v to_o be_v inhabitant_n of_o that_o place_n whereof_o we_o dispute_v for_o hardly_o do_v we_o guess_v aright_o at_o thing_n that_o be_v upon_o earth_n and_o with_o labour_n do_v we_o find_v the_o thing_n that_o aâ—e_v at_o hand_n but_o the_o thing_n that_o be_v in_o heaven_n who_o have_v search_v out_o wisâ—_n 9_o 16._o yet_o for_o the_o present_a i_o shall_v state_n it_o thus_o that_o they_o agree_v in_o the_o same_o original_a matter_n and_o sure_o moses_n methinks_v seem_v to_o favour_v this_o opinion_n make_v but_o one_o matter_n as_o far_o as_o i_o can_v gather_v from_o the_o text_n out_o of_o which_o all_o bodily_a substance_n be_v create_v unus_n irat_fw-la toto_fw-la vultus_fw-la in_o orb_n ovid._n 1._o metam_fw-la so_o as_o the_o heaven_n though_o they_o be_v not_o compound_v of_o the_o element_n yet_o be_v they_o make_v of_o the_o same_o matter_n that_o the_o element_n be_v compound_v of_o they_o be_v not_o subject_a to_o the_o quality_n of_o heat_n cold_a or_o drought_n or_o moisture_n nor_o yet_o to_o weight_n or_o lightness_n which_o arise_v from_o those_o quality_n but_o have_v a_o form_n give_v they_o which_o differ_v from_o the_o form_n of_o all_o corruptible_a body_n so_o as_o it_o suffer_v nor_o nor_o can_v it_o suffer_v from_o any_o of_o they_o be_v so_o excellent_a and_o perfect_a in_o itself_o as_o it_o whole_o satiate_v the_o appetite_n of_o the_o matter_n that_o be_v inform_v the_o celestial_a body_n then_o meet_v with_o so_o noble_a a_o form_n to_o actuate_v they_o be_v not_o nor_o can_v in_o the_o course_n of_o nature_n be_v liable_a to_o any_o generation_n or_o corruption_n in_o regard_n of_o their_o substance_n to_o any_o augmentation_n or_o diminution_n in_o regard_n of_o their_o quantity_n no_o nor_o any_o obstructive_a alteration_n in_o respect_n of_o their_o quality_n i_o be_o not_o ignorant_a that_o the_o controversy_n touch_v the_o form_n what_o it_o shall_v be_v be_v no_o less_o than_o touch_v the_o matter_n some_o hold_v it_o to_o be_v a_o live_n and_o a_o quicken_a spirit_n nay_o a_o sensitive_a and_o rational_a soul_n which_o opinion_n be_v stiff_o maintain_v by_o many_o great_a and_o learned_a clerk_n both_o jew_n and_o gentile_n and_o christian_n suppose_v it_o unreasonable_a that_o the_o heaven_n which_o impart_v life_n to_o other_o body_n shall_v themselves_o be_v destitute_a of_o life_n but_o this_o error_n be_v
