dead_a letter_n which_o can_v speak_v and_o i_o have_v no_o reason_n to_o expect_v whilst_o i_o be_o doubt_v whether_o the_o word_n mean_v capisucchi_n or_o de_fw-fr meaux_n sense_n that_o the_o letter_n shall_v disappear_v and_o other_o letter_n rise_v in_o the_o room_n of_o they_o and_o make_v word_n plain_a enough_o to_o end_v the_o dispute_n and_o therefore_o i_o think_v we_o must_v do_v as_o the_o vindicator_n give_v leave_v and_o suspend_v our_o judgement_n at_o least_o till_o the_o sit_v of_o the_o next_o general_n and_o approve_a council_n that_o shall_v be_v call_v to_o reason_n that_o they_o will_v take_v we_o off_o from_o the_o scripture_n we_o have_v not_o any_o security_n by_o council_n unless_o we_o have_v a_o infallible_a spirit_n to_o interpret_v and_o then_o i_o fancy_n there_o will_v be_v no_o need_n of_o council_n at_o all_o for_o a_o infallible_a way_n of_o interpret_n the_o scripture_n will_v excuse_v any_o man_n dependence_n upon_o council_n that_o have_v it_o now_o after_o these_o man_n have_v vilify_v the_o private_a use_n of_o the_o scripture_n and_o have_v in_o effect_n make_v nothing_o of_o they_o for_o this_o child_n of_o the_o church_n to_o come_v now_o at_o last_o in_o his_o distress_n and_o make_v as_o little_a of_o general_n council_n be_v a_o just_a infatuation_n upon_o he_o who_o do_v not_o see_v that_o to_o get_v off_o the_o two_o popery_n which_o be_v so_o notorious_a he_o will_v allow_v nothing_o to_o be_v popery_n but_o the_o very_a express_a word_n of_o their_o council_n which_o indeed_o have_v a_o sense_n that_o this_o man_n call_v the_o church_n sense_n but_o than_o you_o be_v to_o ask_v no_o body_n what_o that_o sense_n be_v for_o whoever_o he_o be_v that_o you_o ask_v he_o give_v you_o but_o his_o own_o sense_n or_o his_o private_a sentiment_n and_o at_o this_o rate_n i_o confess_v it_o will_v be_v impossible_a to_o find_v out_o two_o popery_n in_o the_o church_n because_o popery_n be_v nothing_o but_o the_o church_n sense_n but_o than_o you_o will_v not_o be_v able_a to_o find_v so_o much_o as_o one_o popery_n in_o the_o church_n and_o that_o it_o may_v be_v the_o vindicator_n never_o think_v of_o for_o whilst_o every_o body_n give_v his_o own_o sense_n to_o the_o word_n of_o the_o council_n as_o they_o say_v every_o one_o of_o we_o do_v to_o the_o word_n of_o the_o scripture_n indeed_o that_o the_o old_a popery_n be_v the_o true_a popery_n and_o the_o new_a to_o be_v but_o a_o imposture_n or_o a_o mistake_n of_o those_o of_o the_o roman_a church_n that_o have_v of_o late_o bring_v it_o up_o 6._o and_o last_o if_o protestant_n do_v not_o make_v those_o different_a sense_n for_o they_o but_o each_o party_n in_o that_o church_n make_v they_o for_o themselves_o than_o this_o distinction_n of_o a_o old_a and_o a_o new_a popery_n be_v no_o misrepresentation_n falsification_n or_o calumny_n of_o protestant_n but_o a_o distinction_n ground_v upon_o the_o real_a disagreement_n
