he_o will_v have_v say_v the_o word_n â—f_n kohel_n rather_o than_o kohele_v which_o be_v â—n_o the_o feminine_a gender_n kahal_n be_v a_o assembly_n &_o congregation_n of_o people_n or_o the_o whereby_o we_o may_v perceive_v that_o this_o name_n be_v a_o note_n for_o ever_o of_o his_o repentance_n how_o that_o he_o forsake_v the_o evil_a into_o which_o he_o have_v fall_v and_o turn_v again_o to_o the_o lord_n his_o god_n for_o the_o holy_a scripture_n do_v testify_v that_o solomon_n do_v marry_v outlandish_a woman_n which_o be_v idolater_n they_o draw_v away_o his_o

a_o man_n to_o be_v wise_a in_o his_o own_o eye_n there_o be_v many_o of_o these_o fool_n which_o be_v crafty_a fool_n they_o be_v deep_a in_o fetch_n suspicious_a vainglorious_a and_o proud_a it_o be_v not_o possible_a with_o word_n to_o express_v what_o inconvenience_n and_o plague_n these_o bring_v unto_o country_n town_n and_o family_n where_o they_o bear_v sway_v you_o shall_v see_v they_o like_a unto_o unbrideled_a colt_n it_o be_v no_o marvel_n though_o solomon_n do_v behold_v these_o and_o bring_v they_o in_o as_o a_o part_n of_o the_o plague_n which_o be_v under_o the_o sun_n there_o be_v a_o innumerable_a rabblement_n of_o idle_a fool_n which_o fold_v up_o their_o hand_n and_o eat_v their_o own_o flesh_n there_o be_v many_o miser_n which_o turmoil_v without_o end_n to_o heap_v up_o riches_n for_o they_o can_v not_o tell_v who_o they_o pinch_v their_o own_o belly_n there_o be_v also_o as_o we_o may_v well_o perceive_v if_o we_o look_v upon_o the_o quarrel_n in_o law_n and_o contention_n among_o society_n and_o company_n that_o there_o be_v also_o very_a many_o conceit_a fool_n all_o be_v full_a of_o fool_n the_o whole_a world_n be_v trouble_v with_o fool_n if_o there_o be_v mo_z sort_n they_o be_v not_o here_o mention_v because_o these_o three_o be_v sufficient_a to_o be_v bring_v forth_o upon_o the_o stage_n learn_v out_o of_o this_o place_n a_o necessary_a lesson_n when_o you_o be_v to_o choose_v any_o to_o bearâ—_n office_n of_o government_n either_o alone_a or_o together_o with_o other_o take_v heed_n that_o you_o make_v not_o choice_n of_o such_o fool_n that_o be_v of_o such_o as_o be_v wise_a in_o their_o own_o estimation_n such_o man_n will_v trouble_v all_o the_o more_o wit_n they_o have_v the_o more_o dangerous_a you_o shall_v find_v they_o the_o more_o wilful_a and_o heady_a and_o the_o further_a of_o from_o receyve_v admonition_n man_n can_v live_v no_o pleasant_a life_n but_o where_o there_o be_v the_o comfort_n of_o society_n miserable_a therefore_o be_v the_o condition_n of_o this_o present_a life_n through_o the_o multitude_n of_o these_o three_o sort_n of_o fool_n which_o be_v most_o noisome_a to_o themselves_o and_o bring_v vexation_n unto_o other_o let_v we_o go_v forward_o i_o see_v say_v he_o all_o the_o live_a walk_v under_o the_o sun_n with_o the_o second_o child_n
next_o he_o do_v in_o general_n express_v which_o be_v the_o right_a way_n and_o which_o be_v the_o wrong_n the_o one_o be_v in_o these_o word_n draw_v near_o to_o hear_v the_o other_o in_o these_o rather_o than_o to_o offer_v the_o sacrifice_n of_o fool_n for_o they_o perceive_v not_o that_o they_o do_v evil_a solomon_n do_v in_o a_o word_n set_v down_o that_o which_o moses_n and_o the_o prophet_n do_v so_o much_o and_o so_o often_o urge_v namely_o that_o the_o true_a worship_n of_o god_n have_v for_o the_o ground_n &_o foundation_n sincere_a obedience_n harken_v to_o the_o voice_n of_o the_o lord_n thy_o god_n in_o all_o that_o he_o command_v thou_o thou_o shall_v walk_v in_o his_o commandment_n his_o statute_n ordinance_n and_o law_n thou_o shall_v add_v nothing_o unto_o his_o word_n thou_o shall_v take_v nothing_o therfro_o in_o this_o place_n he_o say_v draw_v near_o to_o hearken_v that_o be_v to_o be_v understand_v that_o we_o must_v give_v ear_n unto_o y_fw-mi t_z which_o god_n speak_v for_o there_o aught_o to_o be_v no_o voice_n in_o god_n house_n but_o his_o own_o it_o be_v high_a sacrilege_n for_o any_o other_o voice_n but_o god_n to_o be_v utter_v there_o preach_v utter_v nothing_o but_o god_n word_n it_o be_v not_o their_o own_o voice_n but_o he_o there_o be_v one_o law_n giver_n which_o be_v able_a to_o save_v and_o to_o destroy_v we_o have_v then_o one_o sovereign_a lord_n and_o king_n even_o the_o king_n of_o king_n and_o lord_n of_o lord_n and_o first_o we_o must_v begin_v with_o this_o to_o give_v ear_n unto_o his_o voice_n we_o know_v not_o how_o to_o worship_v he_o we_o may_v not_o worship_v he_o after_o our_o own_o devise_n for_o of_o such_o he_o say_v they_o worship_v i_o in_o vain_a teach_v for_o doctrine_n man_n precept_n he_o have_v prescribe_v full_o and_o perfect_o in_o every_o point_n how_o we_o shall_v worship_v he_o we_o be_v therefore_o will_v to_o draw_v near_o to_o hear_v for_o if_o we_o fail_v in_o this_o and_o will_v be_v worshipper_n not_o regard_v to_o hearken_v we_o fail_v in_o the_o foundation_n and_o go_v awry_o out_o of_o the_o way_n in_o all_o that_o we_o do_v therefore_o herein_o take_v heed_n to_o thy_o foot_n when_o thou_o go_v to_o god_n house_n to_o hear_v and_o not_o to_o do_v be_v not_o worth_a aught_o be_v you_o doer_n of_o the_o word_n and_o not_o hearer_n only_o deceive_v yourselves_o the_o holy_a doctrine_n of_o god_n and_o be_v ignorant_a and_o unskilful_a in_o his_o way_n for_o which_o he_o call_v they_o fool_n in_o this_o place_n he_o do_v wish_v man_n to_o take_v heed_n of_o it_o because_o these_o fool_n do_v nothing_o but_o sin_n when_o they_o come_v to_o worship_v god_n al_n that_o they_o do_v be_v accurse_v and_o abominable_a yea_o even_o their_o prayer_n &_o whol_n worship_n yet_o he_o say_v they_o do_v not_o perceive_v that_o they_o do_v evil_a their_o blind_a devotion_n to_o seek_v god_n seem_v to_o themselves_o a_o goodly_a ie_fw-fr well_o and_o that_o be_v one_o great_a part_n of_o their_o folly_n thus_o we_o see_v the_o sense_n of_o his_o word_n now_o will_v i_o come_v to_o apply_v this_o doctrine_n more_o particular_o that_o we_o may_v know_v who_o they_o be_v that_o err_v &_o how_o miserable_a their_o estate_n be_v and_o first_o i_o will_v begin_v with_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n and_o all_o papist_n this_o doctrine_n do_v overthrow_v they_o
