manby_n p._n 64._o but_o methinks_v his_o lp._n shall_v when_o he_o consider_v the_o true_o christian_n moderation_n of_o such_o nonconformist_n reflect_v with_o some_o concern_n on_o his_o own_o uncharitable_a principle_n towards_o they_o in_o that_o discourse_n which_o he_o have_v never_o yet_o disow_v and_o it_o will_v seem_v very_o unreasonable_a in_o he_o to_o be_v too_o peremptory_a in_o demand_v this_o from_o the_o dissenter_n unless_o he_o will_v express_v equal_a charity_n on_o his_o part_n and_o declare_v the_o lawfulness_n of_o communion_n with_o their_o church_n and_o since_o he_o can_v deny_v but_o that_o he_o have_v so_o fair_a example_n of_o catholic_n charity_n set_v before_o he_o i_o hope_v he_o will_v follow_v they_o for_o otherwise_o this_o request_n will_v appear_v on_o his_o side_n very_o partial_a and_o unreasonable_a and_o i_o hope_v this_o discourse_n may_v convince_v he_o that_o we_o have_v no_o sinful_a human_a invention_n among_o we_o to_o affright_v he_o a_o act_n of_o indulgence_n and_o then_o our_o assembly_n be_v allow_v by_o the_o law_n will_v not_o come_v within_o the_o reach_n of_o it_o 6._o for_o his_o advice_n to_o the_o dissent_v minister_n of_o derry_n to_o warn_v their_o people_n against_o such_o book_n as_o maintain_v principle_n contrary_a both_o to_o they_o and_o those_o of_o the_o establish_v church_n since_o he_o be_v please_v of_o this_o latter_a sort_n and_o agree_v with_o we_o in_o own_v that_o by_o christ_n appointment_n the_o particular_a church_n in_o convenient_a district_n ought_v according_a to_o scripture_n precedent_n to_o associate_v under_o one_o government_n and_o these_o again_o to_o unite_v themselves_o into_o great_a combination_n of_o provincial_n and_o nâ—tional_a church_n the_o difference_n between_o you_o and_o we_o be_v concern_v these_o particular_a district_n namely_o whether_o the_o government_n of_o they_o ought_v to_o be_v in_o a_o presbytery_n with_o a_o bishop_n as_o precedent_n insuperable_a obstacle_n out_o of_o our_o way_n and_o we_o humble_o conceive_v there_o be_v that_o apparent_a absurdity_n and_o uncharitableness_n in_o these_o canon_n that_o will_v justify_v our_o desire_n of_o their_o be_v discard_v 1._o they_o be_v in_o our_o judgement_n guilty_a of_o a_o apparent_a absurdity_n for_o we_o be_v excommunicate_v by_o they_o without_o any_o other_o admonition_n inexcusable_a in_o one_o respect_n than_o the_o rigour_n of_o the_o council_n of_o trent_n in_o their_o anathema_n viz._n that_o our_o convocation_n pretend_v to_o no_o such_o infallibility_n in_o
