dispute_n of_o the_o lawfulness_n of_o a_o classical_a presbytery_n dispatch_v before_o we_o return_v to_o it_o again_o and_o then_o we_o first_o settle_v the_o ordinary_a way_n which_o be_v the_o rule_n before_o we_o conclude_v of_o the_o extraordinary_a way_n for_o the_o present_a necessity_n and_o the_o other_o of_o those_o paper_n be_v not_o a_o state_v the_o question_n but_o a_o dispute_v so_o agree_v on_o by_o that_o whole_a committee_n nemine_fw-la contradicente_fw-la and_o as_o such_o present_v to_o the_o assembly_n and_o such_o receive_v by_o they_o with_o expression_n of_o much_o content_a and_o joy_n therein_o jan._n 14._o it_o be_v urge_v by_o one_o of_o these_o brethren_n that_o have_v now_o accommodate_v in_o one_o point_n in_o the_o seat_n of_o the_o power_n of_o excommunication_n it_o will_v be_v to_o their_o prejudice_n unless_o all_o other_o particular_n express_v in_o the_o paper_n may_v be_v accommodate_v also_o upon_o this_o the_o whole_a be_v commit_v both_o what_o be_v before_o conclude_v and_o what_o be_v yet_o remain_v to_o be_v discuss_v and_o out_o of_o a_o tender_a desire_v not_o to_o break_v with_o our_o brethren_n in_o this_o great_a point_n of_o excommunication_n wherein_o we_o hope_v we_o have_v so_o happy_o begin_v to_o accommodate_v there_o be_v such_o condescension_n to_o they_o as_o that_o in_o conclusion_n that_o clause_n only_o except_v which_o concern_v the_o order_n peace_n and_o unity_n which_o christ_n have_v establish_v in_o his_o church_n that_o whole_a directory_n of_o excommunication_n both_o for_o matter_n and_o word_n be_v as_o we_o conceive_v according_a to_o our_o brethren_n mind_n and_o the_o assembly_n to_o gratify_v they_o and_o out_o of_o a_o earnest_a desire_n and_o expectation_n of_o a_o main_a and_o most_o of_o what_o they_o practical_o desire_v and_o how_o can_v a_o paper_n which_o be_v the_o act_n of_o other_o as_o well_o as_o of_o themselves_o and_o contain_v but_o most_o of_o accommodation_n for_o they_o ordinary_o to_o enjoy_v congregation_n unless_o when_o it_o shall_v happen_v in_o a_o parish_n that_o the_o minister_n can_v administer_v the_o sacrament_n to_o all_o in_o what_o these_o brethren_n have_v object_v and_o argue_v against_o the_o question_n in_o the_o debate_v past_a and_o have_v therein_o be_v full_o answer_v vi_o but_o whereas_o they_o say_v it_o be_v profess_v public_o that_o it_o be_v not_o a_o allow_a way_n or_o course_n of_o this_o assembly_n for_o any_o of_o the_o brethren_n to_o bring_v in_o paper_n unless_o they_o be_v make_v a_o committee_n we_o say_v first_o possible_o the_o unwary_a reader_n may_v think_v this_o and_o some_o other_o passage_n in_o their_o paper_n that_o speak_v the_o same_o language_n to_o have_v be_v the_o public_a vote_n or_o declaration_n of_o the_o assembly_n which_o whatever_o it_o be_v be_v but_o the_o expression_n of_o one_o brother_n and_o our_o brethren_n know_v well_o that_o it_o have_v be_v often_o first_o that_o if_o there_o be_v such_o a_o answer_n give_v it_o be_v but_o the_o answer_n of_o some_o one_o man_n which_o the_o brethren_n will_v at_o least_o by_o insinuation_n charge_v upon_o the_o whole_a assembly_n second_o we_o wish_v these_o word_n true_a and_o that_o the_o assembly_n have_v not_o sit_v to_o debate_v the_o opinion_n of_o a_o few_o man_n viii_o the_o next_o thing_n they_o allege_v and_o which_o they_o say_v be_v a_o sufficient_a testimony_n of_o this_o their_o willingness_n be_v their_o earnest_n contend_v to_o have_v some_o question_n which_o say_v they_o you_o all_o
