determine_v in_o a_o church_n which_o be_v a_o congregation_n of_o the_o faithful_a so_o in_o the_o case_n of_o the_o offence_n of_o the_o church_n or_o congregation_n the_o matter_n be_v at_o last_o judge_v in_o a_o congregation_n of_o church_n a_o church_n of_o church_n for_o what_o be_v a_o synod_n else_o but_o a_o church_n of_o church_n now_o from_o all_o these_o former_a proposition_n which_o to_o this_o to_o wit_n in_o what_o sense_n it_o may_v and_o aught_o to_o be_v admit_v that_o a_o church_n of_o a_o particular_a congregation_n be_v independent_a in_o the_o use_n of_o the_o power_n of_o the_o key_n and_o in_o what_o sense_n not_o for_o in_o what_o sense_n the_o church_n of_o a_o particular_a congregation_n be_v the_o first_o subject_n of_o the_o power_n of_o the_o key_n in_o the_o same_o sense_n it_o be_v independent_a and_o in_o none_o other_o we_o take_v the_o first_o subject_n and_o the_o independent_a subject_n to_o be_v all_o one_o 1._o corollary_n the_o church_n be_v not_o independent_a on_o christ_n but_o dependent_a on_o he_o for_o all_o church-power_n the_o reason_n be_v plain_a because_o he_o be_v the_o first_o subject_n of_o all_o church-power_n by_o way_n of_o sovereign_a eminency_n as_o have_v be_v say_v and_o therefore_o the_o church_n and_o all_o the_o officer_n thereof_o yea_o and_o a_o synod_n of_o church_n be_v dependent_a upon_o he_o for_o the_o
