ordinance_n so_o you_o say_v again_o then_o may_v woman_n &_o child_n claim_v a_o inâ—erest_n in_o those_o key_n for_o they_o have_v a_o place_n and_o order_n in_o the_o church_n as_o well_o as_o presbyterial_a way_n to_o the_o prelatical_a for_o the_o present_a only_a mark_n that_o the_o presbyterial_a way_n give_v the_o power_n of_o church_n government_n neither_o to_o the_o clergy_n alone_o as_o the_o prelacy_n nor_o to_o the_o people_n alone_o or_o chief_o as_o the_o brownist_n do_v but_o to_o both_o for_o the_o presbytery_n classical_a as_o well_o as_o congregationall_a consist_v of_o pastor_n and_o rule_v elder_n who_o be_v the_o representative_n of_o the_o people_n and_o choose_v by_o their_o consent_n but_o to_o give_v the_o brethren_n the_o people_n alone_o without_o officer_n a_o power_n to_o elect_v ordain_v censure_n etc._n etc._n as_o the_o author_n do_v whatever_o these_o brethren_n do_v be_v to_o put_v not_o only_o the_o chief_a as_o brownist_n do_v but_o the_o whole_a of_o the_o rule_n into_o their_o hand_n which_o for_o aught_o i_o know_v the_o brownist_n do_v not_o nor_o do_v the_o presbytery_n swallow_v up_o the_o people_n interest_n as_o they_o affirm_v they_o will_v have_v we_o think_v though_o we_o believe_v they_o be_v not_o stranger_n to_o the_o plot_n of_o this_o author_n either_o before_o or_o since_o his_o go_v over_o they_o enter_v their_o dissent_n against_o some_o opinion_n and_o passage_n of_o this_o author_n in_o the_o platform_n by_o he_o describe_v i_o purpose_v not_o here_o to_o debate_v much_o less_o to_o decide_v the_o than_o they_o alone_o be_v the_o first_o subject_n not_o of_o liberty_n only_o but_o of_o authority_n also_o and_o so_o this_o proposition_n be_v needless_a a_o second_o argument_n be_v take_v from_o their_o independent_a and_o indispensable_a power_n in_o church_n censure_n which_o be_v ratify_v in_o heaven_n the_o same_o answer_n will_v serve_v to_o this_o also_o for_o first_o the_o brethren_n alone_o without_o elder_n say_v you_o may_v censure_v and_o if_o right_o do_v it_o be_v indispensable_a not_o to_o be_v reverse_v by_o any_o power_n on_o earth_n because_o ratify_v in_o heaven_n
