but_o that_o the_o covenant_n be_v great_a the_o promise_v exceed_o great_a and_o precious_a but_o all_o the_o matter_n be_v if_o they_o be_v sure_a this_o be_v the_o thing_n that_o make_v ungodly_a thy_o house_n say_v christ_n to_o zacheus_n when_o he_o call_v he_o down_o from_o the_o tree_n 2._o you_o shall_v find_v one_o even_o david_n in_o personal_a covenant_v with_o god_n who_o utter_v determine_v that_o sanctification_n be_v necessary_a for_o our_o be_v but_o consolation_n be_v only_o necessary_a for_o our_o well_o be_v we_o may_v go_v to_o heaven_n and_o have_v very_o little_a of_o comfort_n but_o we_o can_v go_v to_o heaven_n without_o sanctification_n and_o he_o be_v right_o lay_v the_o foundation_n to_o have_v the_o covenant_n his_o encouragement_n when_o he_o come_v to_o his_o last_o word_n that_o be_v mind_v the_o command_a part_n and_o duty_n in_o the_o covenant_n as_o well_o as_o the_o promise_a part_n nay_o that_o be_v rather_o bind_v to_o the_o command_a observation_n some_o have_v make_v of_o the_o covenant_n if_o we_o have_v be_v altogether_o and_o have_v all_o our_o head_n lay_v together_o there_o be_v not_o one_o syllable_n out_o that_o shall_v have_v be_v in_o and_o in_o that_o shall_v have_v be_v out_o what_o be_v there_o what_o disease_n what_o condition_n of_o life_n if_o thou_o be_v acquaint_v with_o the_o covenant_n that_o thou_o will_v not_o find_v abundant_o satisfy_v within_o the_o covenant_n so_o that_o we_o may_v say_v of_o it_o as_o that_o word_n song_n 7.13_o at_o our_o gate_n be_v all_o manner_n of_o pleasant_a thing_n new_a and_o old_a which_o i_o have_v lay_v up_o for_o my_o well_o belove_a some_o take_v that_o as_o relate_v to_o the_o covenant_n be_v there_o not_o all_o manner_n of_o pleasant_a fruit_n to_o be_v everlasting_a thou_o be_v god_n mark_v there_o a_o eternity_n take_v two_o everlasting_z 2._o a_o thing_n be_v say_v to_o be_v everlasting_a when_o it_o have_v a_o proper_a eternity_n so_o isaiah_n 9.6_o christ_n be_v call_v wonderful_a counsellor_n the_o mighty_a god_n the_o everlasting_a father_n the_o prince_n of_o peace_n now_o everlasting_a be_v to_o be_v take_v in_o the_o second_o sense_n everlasting_a covenant_n that_o be_v a_o eternal_a covenant_n from_o eternity_n to_o eternity_n quest_n 2._o whether_o be_v this_o a_o peculiar_a privilege_n of_o the_o covenant_n of_o grace_n that_o it_o be_v everlasting_a the_o reason_n of_o this_o difficulty_n be_v 1._o the_o covenant_n of_o work_n be_v old_a in_o time_n for_o it_o be_v make_v with_o man_n in_o a_o state_n of_o integrity_n 2_o
