measure_n of_o knowledge_n which_o our_o creator_n have_v give_v unto_o we_o to_o set_v in_o order_n in_o one_o sense_n be_v a_o kind_n of_o speech_n which_o be_v use_v when_o from_o out_o of_o a_o great_a mix_v and_o confuse_a multitude_n of_o man_n these_o be_v marshal_v and_o put_v in_o order_n of_o a_o army_n and_o indeed_o it_o be_v observe_v of_o a_o well_o discipline_v army_n that_o it_o be_v one_o of_o the_o most_o orderly_a thing_n in_o the_o world_n when_o each_o officer_n and_o soldier_n notwithstanding_o their_o vast_a multitude_n know_v and_o stand_v in_o his_o proper_a place_n rank_n and_o file_n not_o move_v one_o hand_n breadth_n from_o out_o of_o it_o to_o the_o right_a hand_n or_o to_o the_o left_a and_o they_o do_v move_v and_o act_v nothing_o without_o command_n or_o order_n and_o so_o when_o we_o read_v in_o joel_n 2._o 7_o 8._o and_o they_o shall_v march_v every_o one_o on_o his_o way_n and_o they_o shall_v not_o break_v their_o rank_n neither_o shall_v one_o thrust_v another_o they_o shall_v walk_v every_o one_o in_o his_o path_n observe_v all_o this_o for_o these_o thing_n be_v so_o write_v and_o dictate_v by_o his_o spirit_n hereby_o we_o be_v show_v and_o instruct_v how_o god_n be_v infinite_o please_v and_o delight_v with_o this_o thing_n of_o order_n in_o his_o army_n and_o in_o the_o very_a great_a camp_n for_o so_o it_o be_v there_o call_v verse_n 11._o as_o indeed_o it_o be_v of_o his_o creature_n or_o create_a being_n and_o from_o hence_o i_o will_v observe_v and_o make_v kâ—â—wn_v though_o it_o may_v seem_v a_o little_a digression_n he_o do_v fight_v their_o baâ—tels_n in_o dispossess_v their_o enemy_n from_o out_o of_o it_o and_o give_v they_o the_o land_n of_o canaan_n in_o truth_n in_o this_o sense_n he_o be_v the_o lord_n of_o their_o host_n as_o he_o do_v lead_v forth_o the_o child_n of_o israel_n by_o their_o host_n from_o out_o of_o the_o land_n of_o egypt_n and_o give_v they_o possession_n of_o the_o promise_v land_n and_o so_o in_o another_o sense_n inasmuch_o as_o we_o be_v to_o publish_v the_o name_n of_o the_o lord_n ascribe_v you_o greatness_n unto_o our_o god_n deut._n 32._o 3._o and_o forasmuch_o as_o a_o host_n or_o army_n be_v one_o of_o the_o great_a and_o most_o terrible_a thing_n here_o live_v on_o the_o earth_n therefore_o when_o the_o spirit_n or_o spiritual_a man_n will_v ascribe_v greatness_n unto_o god_n they_o do_v in_o this_o manner_n express_v it_o by_o his_o be_v lord_n which_o signify_v chief_a ruler_n and_o that_o he_o have_v dominion_n and_o authority_n over_o they_o have_v create_v
teach_v it_o unto_o we_o by_o that_o common_a knowledge_n which_o he_o have_v give_v unto_o we_o as_o his_o reasonable_a creature_n but_o yet_o god_n will_v more_o abundant_o to_o acqnaint_v we_o with_o a_o lesson_n of_o so_o very_o great_a importance_n as_o indeed_o it_o be_v to_o every_o one_o of_o we_o and_o see_v that_o the_o same_o have_v a_o much_o further_a meaning_n and_o require_v word_n which_o we_o find_v write_v in_o the_o bible_n as_o the_o word_n of_o moses_n samuel_n job_n david_n and_o the_o prophet_n or_o those_o in_o the_o new_a testament_n as_o the_o word_n of_o the_o evangelist_n and_o apostle_n who_o yet_o do_v write_v and_o speak_v they_o but_o we_o shall_v consider_v of_o it_o high_o and_o further_o as_o the_o word_n of_o god_n and_o christ_n which_o god_n and_o christ_n speak_v by_o they_o as_o when_o we_o send_v a_o letter_n to_o one_o at_o a_o hundred_o miles_n distance_n who_o we_o have_v know_v or_o hear_v of_o we_o do_v by_o that_o same_o letter_n speak_v to_o he_o in_o effect_n yea_o and_o as_o much_o to_o their_o knowledge_n and_o understanding_n as_o if_o we_o be_v in_o the_o same_o room_n together_o and_o we_o do_v talk_v to_o they_o face_n to_o face_n so_o i_o have_v often_o think_v that_o the_o scripture_n be_v as_o the_o letter_n or_o epistle_n of_o the_o most_o high_a god_n which_o be_v send_v unto_o we_o the_o inhabitant_n of_o this_o earth_n for_o hereby_o god_n do_v speak_v unto_o we_o from_o heaven_n the_o habitation_n of_o his_o holiness_n which_o be_v more_o than_o a_o thousand_o or_o a_o million_o of_o miles_n distance_n from_o we_o all_o one_o as_o if_o we_o hear_v outward_o his_o voice_n which_o in_o that_o sense_n no_o man_n have_v see_v god_n at_o any_o time_n nor_o hear_v his_o voice_n or_o as_o if_o as_o moses_n of_o old_a time_n have_v in_o every_o city_n they_o that_o preach_v he_o be_v read_v in_o the_o synagogue_n every_o sabbath_n day_n even_o so_o now_o christ_n have_v those_o who_o continual_o preach_v he_o as_o moses_n have_v â—_o by_o how_o much_o he_o be_v not_o only_o great_a than_o moses_n but_o even_o great_a than_o the_o very_a angel_n of_o god_n and_o who_o will_v not_o hear_v the_o minister_n of_o christ_n who_o preach_v he_o or_o who_o preach_v the_o word_n of_o god_n for_o whosoever_o preach_v the_o word_n of_o god_n preach_v christ_n in_o as_o much_o as_o christ_n be_v the_o word_n of_o god_n neither_o will_v such_o be_v persuade_v if_o christ_n shall_v come_v once_o again_o into_o the_o world_n after_o the_o same_o manner_n as_o he_o do_v which_o will_v not_o be_v so_o for_o his_o next_o come_v will_v be_v unto_o judgement_n which_o will_v be_v in_o glory_n and_o in_o power_n and_o in_o flame_a fire_n take_v vengeance_n on_o they_o that_o
