without_o good_a work_n moreover_o though_o it_o be_v not_o so_o safe_a to_o say_v they_o be_v meritorious_a yet_o see_v they_o be_v reward_v many_o of_o those_o call_v the_o father_n have_v not_o spare_v to_o use_v the_o word_n merit_n which_o some_o of_o we_o have_v perhaps_o also_o do_v in_o a_o qualify_a sense_n but_o no_o way_n to_o infer_v the_o popish_a abuse_n above_o mention_v and_o last_o if_o we_o have_v that_o notion_n of_o good_a work_n which_o most_o protestant_n have_v we_o can_v free_o agree_v to_o make_v they_o not_o only_o not_o necessary_a but_o reject_v they_o as_o hurtful_a viz._n that_o the_o best_a work_n even_o of_o the_o saint_n be_v defile_v and_o pollute_v for_o though_o we_o judge_v so_o of_o the_o best_a work_n perform_v by_o man_n endeavour_v a_o conformity_n to_o the_o outward_a law_n by_o his_o own_o strength_n and_o in_o his_o own_o will_n yet_o we_o believe_v that_o such_o work_n as_o natural_o proceed_v from_o this_o spiritual_a birth_n and_o formation_n of_o christ_n in_o we_o be_v pure_a and_o holy_a even_o as_o the_o root_n from_o which_o they_o come_v and_o therefore_o god_n accept_v they_o justify_v we_o in_o they_o and_o reward_v we_o for_o they_o of_o his_o own_o free_a grace_n the_o state_n of_o the_o controversy_n be_v thus_o state_v these_o follow_a position_n do_v hence_o from_o arise_v in_o the_o next_o place_n gardnering_n to_o use_v geometrical_a and_o mathematical_a experiment_n and_o such_o other_o thing_n of_o this_o nature_n in_o all_o which_o thing_n we_o be_v not_o to_o forget_v god_n in_o who_o we_o other_o thing_n if_o it_o have_v take_v a_o deep_a place_n in_o the_o heart_n and_o possess_v the_o mind_n it_o will_v be_v hard_a for_o the_o man_n so_o in_o love_n to_o drive_v out_o of_o his_o mind_n the_o person_n or_o thing_n so_o love_v yea_o in_o his_o eat_n drink_v and_o sleep_v his_o mind_n will_v always_o have_v a_o tendency_n that_o way_n and_o in_o business_n or_o recreation_n however_o intent_n he_o be_v in_o it_o there_o will_v but_o a_o very_a short_a time_n be_v permit_v to_o pass_v but_o the_o mind_n will_v let_v some_o ejaculation_n forth_o towards_o its_o belove_a and_o albeit_o such_o a_o one_o must_v be_v conversant_a in_o those_o thing_n that_o the_o care_n of_o this_o body_n and_o such_o like_a thing_n call_v for_o yet_o will_v he_o avoid_v as_o death_n itself_o to_o do_v those_o thing_n that_o may_v offend_v the_o party_n so_o belove_v or_o cross_v his_o design_n in_o obtain_v the_o thing_n so_o earnest_o desire_v though_o there_o may_v be_v some_o
