who_o service_n it_o be_v principal_o intend_v and_o some_o such_o thing_n in_o so_o plain_a and_o easy_a a_o method_n seem_v to_o be_v desire_v the_o gentleman_n of_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n we_o may_v be_v sure_a will_v not_o be_v please_v with_o this_o method_n because_o we_o do_v not_o take_v the_o scripture_n in_o their_o sense_n and_o with_o their_o interpretation_n but_o those_o we_o think_v be_v comment_n which_o destroy_v the_o text_n and_o therefore_o we_o have_v no_o mind_n to_o they_o and_o we_o shall_v not_o have_v the_o text_n neither_o by_o their_o good_a will_n for_o they_o do_v not_o love_v that_o that_o dangerous_a book_n shall_v come_v into_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o common_a people_n for_o fear_v lest_o they_o shall_v think_v that_o the_o text_n be_v against_o they_o but_o however_o they_o endeavour_v to_o make_v themselves_o master_n of_o the_o sense_n and_o interpretation_n that_o that_o may_v be_v for_o they_o thus_o if_o the_o text_n be_v ready_a to_o strike_v they_o they_o put_v out_o its_o eye_n by_o the_o exposition_n that_o it_o shall_v not_o know_v how_o to_o direct_v its_o blow_n and_o then_o they_o be_v safe_a enough_o but_o we_o can_v think_v ourselves_o oblige_v to_o take_v every_o thing_n upon_o trust_n that_o they_o say_v but_o they_o refer_v we_o also_o to_o tradition_n and_o the_o consent_n of_o the_o father_n for_o the_o understanding_n of_o the_o scripture-doctrine_n which_o we_o be_v not_o against_o but_o unless_o we_o will_v take_v this_o tradition_n and_o this_o consent_n of_o the_o father_n from_o their_o mouth_n likewise_o they_o will_v not_o be_v please_v so_o that_o as_o they_o will_v have_v it_o our_o faith_n must_v be_v ultimate_o resolve_v only_o into_o the_o present_a voice_n of_o their_o church_n and_o we_o must_v not_o condemn_v any_o of_o her_o doctrine_n because_o they_o say_v they_o shall_v not_o be_v condemn_v that_o be_v they_o will_v be_v judge_n in_o their_o own_o case_n for_o fear_v of_o the_o worst_a it_o be_v well_o know_v that_o we_o make_v use_v of_o tradition_n and_o the_o judgement_n of_o the_o father_n as_o well_o as_o they_o and_o we_o do_v not_o fear_v to_o refer_v ourselves_o to_o they_o in_o the_o matter_n contest_v between_o we_o but_o then_o they_o must_v give_v we_o leave_v to_o make_v use_n of_o tradition_n a_o little_a more_o catholick_o than_o they_o do_v and_o not_o to_o seek_v it_o only_o from_o the_o voice_n of_o their_o church_n for_o we_o hope_v as_o long_o as_o we_o have_v eye_n we_o may_v read_v the_o father_n as_o well_o as_o they_o and_o we_o do_v not_o know_v why_o we_o may_v not_o as_o well_o understand_v their_o sense_n as_o also_o the_o sense_n of_o the_o holy_a scripture_n have_v the_o same_o mean_n for_o it_o only_o the_o worst_a be_v we_o want_v infallible_a part_n which_o we_o do_v not_o know_v but_o they_o may_v want_v as_o well_o as_o we_o but_o what_o be_v it_o but_o a_o great_a derogation_n from_o the_o holy_a scripture_n and_o the_o holy_a ghost_n the_o author_n of_o it_o to_o think_v that_o of_o itself_o it_o be_v equal_o apt_a to_o deceive_v as_o to_o instruct_v to_o induce_v into_o error_n as_o to_o lead_v into_o truth_n what_o be_v this_o but_o to_o level_v it_o with_o the_o heathen_a oracle_n that_o speak_v always_o with_o that_o ambiguity_n that_o no_o body_n know_v what_o to_o make_v of_o it_o and_o therefore_o they_o be_v as_o soon_o deceive_v by_o it_o as_o not_o but_o yet_o be_v not_o this_o in_o effect_n the_o very_a sense_n of_o the_o church_n of_o rome_n or_o why_o else_o do_v she_o so_o studious_o withhold_v the_o bible_n from_o her_o member_n for_o fear_v lest_o they_o shall_v have_v more_o hurt_n by_o it_o than_o good_a if_o they_o take_v it_o by_o itself_o what_o be_v this_o but_o under_o pretence_n of_o take_v care_n of_o her_o child_n to_o call_v her_o father_n and_o husband_n who_o she_o pretend_v so_o great_a respect_n to_o all_o to_o naught_o and_o to_o
