council_n when_o it_o may_v be_v there_o be_v ten_o time_n as_o many_o bishop_n who_o do_v not_o come_v to_o the_o council_n as_o those_o who_o do_v and_o why_o shall_v the_o less_o number_n of_o more_o fit_a person_n 3._o this_o authority_n do_v not_o result_v from_o that_o superior_a jurisdiction_n which_o one_o bishop_n or_o all_o the_o bishop_n in_o the_o world_n have_v over_o any_o one_o single_a bishop_n but_o from_o that_o obligation_n which_o every_o bishop_n have_v as_o far_o as_o he_o can_v to_o take_v care_n of_o the_o whole_a flock_n of_o christ_n as_o i_o explain_v it_o in_o
