that_o can_v hold_v no_o water_n and_o what_o authority_n profit_n or_o advantage_n have_v the_o true_a minister_n and_o apostle_n of_o christ_n word_n now_o in_o the_o false_a teacher_n mouth_n with_o their_o meaning_n upon_o they_o even_o this_o sad_a and_o lamentable_a effect_n they_o thereby_o steal_v away_o the_o heart_n of_o people_n from_o the_o sense_n of_o the_o immediate_a motion_n of_o god_n holy_a spirit_n in_o they_o and_o to_o gainsay_v its_o powerful_a teach_n and_o the_o universal_a love_n of_o god_n in_o the_o move_n of_o his_o universal_a holy_a spirit_n through_o all_o the_o world_n in_o its_o convince_a and_o reprove_v the_o world_n of_o sin_n etc._n etc._n and_o then_o to_o set_v they_o upon_o vain_a and_o unprofitable_a service_n first_o have_v turn_v their_o heart_n and_o mind_n out_o of_o the_o way_n that_o the_o holy_a spirit_n of_o truth_n lead_v in_o and_o then_o set_v they_o upon_o a_o vain_a labour_n and_o travail_v in_o seek_v but_o never_o find_v till_o at_o length_n they_o conclude_v with_o the_o devil_n doctrine_n that_o there_o be_v no_o way_n out_o of_o a_o body_n of_o sin_n and_o death_n on_o this_o side_n the_o grave_n and_o such_o well_o tune_v instrument_n to_o make_v melody_n to_o the_o praise_n and_o honour_n of_o god_n this_o be_v the_o substance_n show_v forth_o by_o holy_a people_n praise_n to_o the_o lord_n for_o his_o work_n of_o deliverance_n as_o be_v record_v in_o the_o scripture_n of_o truth_n when_o the_o child_n of_o israel_n be_v deliver_v and_o their_o foe_n destroy_v then_o sing_v moses_n and_o the_o child_n of_o israel_n and_o this_o be_v the_o substance_n the_o lord_n shall_v reign_v for_o ever_o and_o ever_o and_o miriam_n with_o the_o woman_n go_v out_o with_o timbrel_n and_o dance_n in_o a_o heavenly_a melody_n unto_o the_o lord_n who_o have_v deliver_v they_o but_o the_o wicked_a and_o proud_a who_o hate_n to_o be_v reform_v they_o have_v nothing_o to_o do_v to_o take_v the_o name_n of_o the_o lord_n in_o their_o mouth_n and_o none_o but_o wicked_a instrument_n dare_v bring_v those_o scripture_n to_o stir_v youth_n up_o to_o be_v prodigal_n and_o to_o spend_v their_o portion_n of_o precious_a time_n in_o riotous_a live_n in_o keep_v company_n with_o some_o who_o wallow_v in_o pride_n and_o idleness_n sodom_n sin_n and_o except_o such_o prodigal_n do_v turn_v whilst_o the_o door_n of_o mercy_n do_v open_a and_o they_o find_v a_o reception_n into_o the_o father_n house_n by_o a_o true_a unfeigned_a repentance_n they_o shall_v never_o witness_v that_o melody_n or_o music_n whereby_o the_o soul_n be_v make_v to_o leap_v for_o joy_n which_o the_o prodigal_n obtain_v through_o a_o true_a repentance_n and_o return_v to_o his_o father_n house_n he_o have_v not_o that_o music_n and_o melody_n among_o the_o harlot_n nor_o when_o he_o keep_v swine_n mind_n that_o see_v the_o generation_n of_o the_o wicked_a job_n 21.11_o they_o send_v forth_o their_o little_a one_o like_o a_o flock_n and_o their_o child_n dance_v they_o take_v the_o timbrel_n and_o harp_n and_o rejoice_v in_o the_o sound_n of_o the_o organ_n they_o spend_v their_o day_n in_o wealth_n and_o in_o a_o moment_n go_v down_o to_o the_o grave_n therefore_o they_o say_v unto_o god_n depart_v from_o we_o we_o desire_v not_o the_o knowledge_n of_o thy_o way_n what_o be_v the_o almighty_a that_o we_o shall_v serve_v he_o etc._n etc._n see_v here_o you_o wicked_a generation_n of_o proud_a profane_a person_n who_o stir_v up_o the_o lust_n of_o the_o eye_n the_o lust_n of_o the_o flesh_n and_o the_o pride_n of_o life_n one_o in_o another_o by_o your_o light_n frothy_a behaviour_n in_o your_o wicked_a invention_n oh_o for_o shame_n do_v not_o go_v about_o to_o cover_v your_o evil_a work_n by_o the_o instigation_n of_o wicked_a instrument_n who_o wrest_v the_o holy_a man_n word_n which_o if_o persist_v in_o will_v be_v to_o their_o destruction_n and_o of_o all_o they_o that_o follow_v they_o therein_o see_v what_o the_o prophet_n amos_n pronounce_v to_o they_o that_o chant_v to_o the_o
