sufficient_a then_o to_o say_v they_o have_v abraham_n to_o their_o father_n in_o that_o the_o time_n be_v come_v that_o they_o must_v express_v that_o faith_n public_o themselves_o which_o be_v in_o the_o holy_a ghost_n seldom_o give_v at_o the_o time_n of_o baptism_n ghost_n it_o prove_v that_o such_o a_o one_o may_v baptise_v as_o can_v give_v the_o gift_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n so_o that_o you_o be_v meet_v with_o either_o way_n yea_o it_o do_v plain_o appear_v by_o scripture_n that_o the_o holy_a ghost_n be_v seldom_o or_o never_o give_v in_o the_o act_n of_o baptism_n but_o sometime_o before_o baptism_n as_o at_o the_o sermond_n make_v by_o peter_n to_o cornelius_n act._n 10._o 44._o and_o sometime_o after_o baptism_n as_o in_o that_o forenamed_a passage_n of_o the_o samaritan_n yea_o it_o be_v without_o dispute_n that_o such_o might_n baptise_v who_o can_v not_o or_o at_o least_o do_v not_o give_v the_o gift_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n with_o it_o instance_n in_o philip_n as_o also_o in_o that_o passage_n touch_v cornelius_n where_o peter_n be_v not_o say_v to_o baptize_v they_o to_o who_o he_o preach_v for_o the_o text_n say_v he_o command_v that_o they_o shall_v be_v baptize_v now_o who_o be_v there_o present_a to_o command_v but_o either_o cornelius_n or_o his_o kinsman_n or_o his_o six_o brethren_n which_o come_v thither_o with_o he_o from_o joppa_n and_o for_o cornelius_n and_o kinsman_n to_o baptize_v one_o another_o be_v ridiculous_a to_o imagine_v therefore_o it_o must_v needs_o follow_v that_o it_o be_v the_o six_o brethren_n or_o some_o of_o they_o not_o be_v give_v as_o in_o act_n 18._o 8._o etc._n etc._n by_o all_o which_o it_o appear_v that_o baptism_n may_v be_v administer_v by_o they_o who_o can_v not_o or_o at_o the_o least_o do_v not_o give_v the_o holy_a ghost_n with_o it_o sect_n 10._o obj._n the_o apostle_n seem_v to_o contradict_v that_o precept_n give_v by_o our_o saviour_n unto_o t●●●_n mat._n 28._o 19_o willing_a they_o to_o baptize_v in_o the_o name_n of_o the_o father_n son_n and_o holy_a ghost_n it_o be_v the_o apostle_n practise_v to_o baptize_v only_o in_o the_o name_n of_o the_o lord_n jesus_n as_o these_o scripture_n witness_v viz._n act._n 2._o 38._o and_o 10._o 48._o &_o 19_o 5._o &_o 8._o 16._o rom._n 6._o 3._o ans_fw-fr there_o be_v no_o question_n but_o the_o apostle_n do_v follow_v that_o jesus_n knowledge_n viz._n a_o good_a grammarian_n a_o rethorissian_n and_o a_o logissian_n so_o be_v it_o in_o spiritual_a knowledge_n to_o which_o there_o be_v also_o three_o degree_n to_o be_v attain_v before_o one_o can_v be_v form_v a_o complete_a christian_a viz._n the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o old_a testament_n and_o the_o new_a testament_n and_o the_o spiritual_a interpretation_n thereof_o and_o it_o be_v worthy_a of_o our_o best_a observation_n to_o consider_v the_o mutual_a harmony_n of_o the_o scripture_n to_o attain_v this_o spiritual_a knowledge_n as_o aforesaid_a for_o in_o relation_n to_o this_o threefold_a knowledge_n we_o have_v a_o trinity_n of_o person_n in_o the_o deity_n which_o co-opperate_a with_o they_o and_o be_v agreeable_a and_o proportionable_a to_o they_o answerable_a to_o which_o there_o be_v also_o a_o threefold_a faith_n viz._n a_o fundamental_a faith_n a_o historical_a faith_n and_o a_o justify_v faith_n the_o first_o agree_v with_o god_n the_o father_n as_o the_o creator_n make_v know_v in_o the_o old_a testament_n the_o second_o to_o the_o son_n as_o a_o redeemer_n in_o the_o new_a testament_n and_o the_o three_o to_o the_o holy_a ghost_n in_o the_o spirituality_n of_o the_o letter_n in_o both_o of_o they_o the_o first_o alude_v to_o the_o knowledge_n of_o god_n as_o he_o be_v in_o himself_o the_o 2._o as_o he_o be_v in_o his_o son_n
