and_o advise_v but_o to_o determine_v ecclesiastical_a difference_n and_o to_o ordain_v decree_n which_o may_v be_v bind_v to_o the_o church_n such_o power_n the_o apostle_n and_o elder_n be_v here_o at_o the_o motion_n of_o and_o by_o delegation_n from_o the_o church_n meet_v together_o assume_v unto_o themselves_o they_o come_v together_o to_o consider_v of_o this_o matter_n vers._n 6._o chap._n 15._o and_o have_v consider_v of_o the_o church_n difference_n they_o determine_v they_o determine_v they_o they_o draw_v up_o ordinance_n and_o decree_n concerning_o they_o which_o be_v here_o by_o they_o to_o attempt_n be_v no_o less_o than_o high_a and_o unwar●antable_a presumption_n answ._n here_o be_v the_o main_a and_o principal_a evasion_n whereby_o all_o the_o argument_n take_v from_o this_o first_o pattern_n of_o synodical_a assembly_n be_v suppose_v to_o be_v elude_v and_o make_v void_a give_v i_o leave_v to_o close_v with_o it_o as_o brie●ly_o and_o yet_o as_o full_o as_o i_o can_v in_o way_n of_o answer_n aver_v the_o contrary_a to_o this_o confident_a supposition_n viz._n that_o the_o apostle_n however_o they_o be_v extraordinary_a person_n and_o in_o pen_v of_o sacred_a scripture_n be_v assist_v and_o direct_v by_o a_o immediate_a spirit_n yet_o in_o this_o business_n they_o do_v not_o proceed_v by_o virtue_n of_o any_o apostolical_a authority_n as_o man_n immediate_o inspi●ed_v but_o only_o as_o pastor_n and_o teacher_n assis●ed_v by_o the_o di●●ction_n of_o a_o ordinary_a spirit_n that_o it_o be_v so_o the_o evidence_n be_v clean_o and_o i_o think_v ●ndeniable_a 1_o for_o first_o wherefore_o else_o shall_v paul_n have_v make_v this_o ●ourney_n from_o a●●ioch_n to_o hier●●s●●em_fw-mi paul_n as_o a_o apostle_n he_o be_v able_a to_o have_v decide_v
