to_o be_v unquestionable_a though_o without_o and_o at_o a_o distance_n from_o all_o mean_n and_o ministry_n from_o without_o there_o be_v no_o capacity_n either_o of_o will_n or_o power_n in_o any_o man_n but_o suitable_a to_o the_o mean_n and_o ministry_n there_o must_v be_v and_o be_v a_o capacity_n both_o of_o power_n and_o will_n in_o all_o man_n not_o but_o that_o the_o capacity_n both_o of_o power_n and_o will_n be_v of_o god_n but_o that_o of_o he_o there_o be_v such_o a_o capacity_n in_o all_o man_n that_o be_v man_n and_o not_o debilitate_a of_o the_o ordinary_a capacity_n of_o man_n appear_v from_o these_o five_o follow_a ground_n 1._o in_o that_o god_n have_v state_v it_o to_o be_v the_o bind_a duty_n of_o all_o man_n suitable_a to_o the_o mean_n and_o ministry_n they_o
